Only 1 person does live scan and they’re slow. I ended up calling corporate to review the incident in which I was rude. Since I guess standing and waiting was rude according to them? Idk what’s going on with this location.

Usually the store is great gets people in and out. But there is one employee that refuses to take the USPS packages. I always come here and drop my packages and so does the guy in line in front of me. The employee told me there is a size limit :/ cmon

Great customer care and yes they are open until 6:00pm on Saturdays . That’s a plus for me.

The notary always leaves early.

This UPS Store is a wonderful place to do business with. I not only rent a box here, but also use counter services frequently. The staff is Great and works well with all my families needs for services they offer.

I read the reviews before going into the store I have to say Im glad I decided to draw my own conclusions. My experience was more than I actually expected the staff person (Josh) who helped me was very nice you can tell he has strong customer service skills into todays society he is definitely an asset to your company.BY ALL ACCOUNTS THERE IS NO REASON NOT TO GO INTO THIS UPS STORE

Today, I was feeling under the weather with a terrible cold and could not muster the energy to make it down to the store to mail a parcel to my mom. I called into the store and spoke to an upbeat sales associate named George O. I was pleasantly surprised with his professionalism, seemingly genuine empathy for my sniffing and noticably uncomfortable voice over the phone, as well as his prompt and thorough assessment of my package delivery needs. He had my delivery scheduled, packaging taken care of in a matter of minutes.... I was actually feeling a bit better surprisingly by the end of the call.... I wish that everyone could be asstellar in customer service and at their job in general, as George was with me. Cudos!!!

I order stuff from amazon all the time and never have problems with delivery, first time they use UPS it’s lost, called customers service and they don’t care one bit, I will refuse any items that will be sent through then period!

Update--- 3.19.19 Thank you Josh/UPS Store for doing the right thing. They replaced my power cord and cracked power pack. Summer is almost here in Minnesota my OneWheel+ will have a workable charger. Thank You soo much.It was also store #2531W Ave K Lancaster location not this one. I apologize for my mix up. Thank you for taking action.Written earlier- I had moved from California back to Minnesota. I forgot a battery pack in California which I had my ex mail back to me via UPS. The lady who was there had separated the battery pack and the other cord that went with it. During the time it was suppose to be boxed up and shipped apparently she dropped it and failed to put the other cord in the box as well. Josh (store manager) called me. Trying to get UPS to examine the box. The box was not damaged Josh. This all happened at his store with his employees!! Why? It is missing my other cord and it was dropped & cracked. Josh says it wasnt dropped Bull is was just fine when it was brought to him and all contents were there. Poor customer service, poor taking responsibility. Everytime UPS calls is during work hours and I am not allowed to have my phone on me. When UPS calls the number says private caller so I cant call back. I call Josh all he says is ah ah I dont know they gotta examine the box. Sooo Im out $125 for a new power pack and cord. UPS did not damage the box, it failed at Store 4553. 《-(wrong - its store #2531) Weak!! (I missed up)

Had my package picked up the same day I missed the delivery. Not by me. Hopefully the outcome is better than when started.

Took a box of UVerse boxes (UPS handles all of their returns). Service was very quick--almost no waiting. Better than the experience Ive had at other stores when returning UVerse items. Maybe theyve improved since the past reviews. I like em!

Horrible customer service!! Asian woman is very rude. Very important package that I shipped through them was damaged. When I came to file claim, they lie to me about how it must be handled and refused to help. They basically told me they wont do anything for me. When I called UPS directly I got different information. I tried to call back to this place again, and Asian female after short time just hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!I didnt want to give them any stars but I think I have to to post this rating.

Got there at 5:30 to get a box and ship an amazon rental return. Was serviced by George and he was very quick and friendly :) was out in less thann 5 minutes!

Arrived 15 minutes before closing. Not only was the door locked but the security gate around the counter was pulled shut and I could see the clerk already counting the till.Counting the till I supposed to happen AFTER closing hours. I knocked on the glass but the clerk simply shook his head at me. I pointed at the hours in the window and he still just shook his head.

Its fine, quick easy a little expensive but good. Theyre always nice to me....

Just received a notification from Amazon that the tablet I returned was not in the box when they received it... The guy at this UPS store told me he would seal it up for me after I said I forgot to put the RMA slip in. He was busy at the time and he had given me a receipt so I said ok.. then a week and a half later I get a notice from amazon saying that the tablet was not in the box when they recieved it. Will never go here again and will be looking into filling charges tomorrow.

STAY AWAY!!! Horrible business ethics. Avoid at all costs please!!!! Very very rude and disgusting customer service. Please stay far far and dont give this place a penny of your business.

They just drop my pkg in the backyard and I have 2 rottweilers who destroyed it, very unprofessional. I wish theyve just left it on top of the trash can.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Never imagined that I will experience such rude customer service! My mistake, I should have checked first the reviews from other customers before I went there to do business with this old Asian lady. Dont deserve my one star!

Customer service is horrible . Went in to inquire about a package notice I received . While I was in there I inquired about a P.O. Box. When I stated that the price was out of my price range the girl just acted non chalant and shrugged her shoulders.
