You will in and out in less than a minute with a receipt and no fees.You wont even need to clarify with Amazon customer service!

This is a superior UPS store that goes above and beyond with exceptional customer service. I know that if I need something printed, notarized, shipped, and more that this store makes my life easier, better, and even safer (with exceptional COVID-19 precautions). No help and clueless

Costumer service is horrible been here twice and person at desk was very rude both times this last time tried to do an Amazon return needed to print a label and he looked at me and my mom and said what you dont have a printer never going back to this place !

A month ago I made a claim (late shipping, lost items and double pay on custom fees) based on that, they already did all the investigations with the shipment of what was lost and they came to the conclusion that by mistake they charged me double the customs fee, they tell me that I have to go to the store to look The agreement with the credit and now you say that I have to wait more days and make another claim and see what they decide to do. impossible where do you want me to put the claim back with BBB ?

Absloutely terrible and disappointed. Ive been waiting almost a month for my package just for it to keep getting delayed every single day by you guys. My package was supposed to come 3 days ago and it still hasnt arrived. Tweeted the UPS twitter and theyve done absolutely nothing to help and they do NOT respond to Direct Messages. Horrid.

Didnt even know this UPS store was here. Kind of hidden but super fast and friendly service. And not pricey like I thought it would be. Super cheap to fax and fast! And there customer service is on point

Terrible experience with Harry on 12/19. The story on how I ended up at this my second advised facility to track down a missing Christmas package that a was having some delivery issues is not what earned this review. Its the holidays logistic hic-ups happen, its understandable. This rating is for that special brand of awful customer service that was provided by Harry. After arriving there with my print out from my first Lancaster UPS directed stop, I can only describe Harry dismissive, rude and lacking any empathy, as it was made clear to me that without even checking my offered tracking information, my package wasnt here and it was not his job to track it. Apparently according to Harry thats not what they do there. Only with great insistence did I get him to do me the courtesy of running the tracking number as he was offering no solution to help other than the generic 800 number which led me there. Avoid

Finally a UPS store on the East side of Palmdale. Fast and friendly service whenever I go to drop off my packages for shipping.

The guy was extremely rude when I called about about shipping and pickup options. Didnt offer me a number to call or to tell me I could do it online. Ill never go to this location again.

The gentleman who helped us was very professional and friendly. Key location for East Palmdale.
