They try to milk you for all the money they can get. I called for a CV axle replacement estimate, and I was told that it would be between $300-$400 (most likely $400 assuming the way they milk your money). I then told them that I have my own CV axle that I purchased form autozone, so I would just need to be paying for labor. I was told that they don’t use customer parts. Every mechanic I called before and after told me that it was no problem for them to use customer parts.This conversation alone has me questioning the the company’s ethics. I would not take them for their word alone. If you’re getting your car fixed here, make sure to keep your eyes on them.Response:You’re not a restaurant. You’re an auto repair shop. That is literally the worst analogy you can use. How is it that every single place I called allows me to bring my part in? You are milking your customers for money, and the professionalism in your response is nonexistent. Watch yo mouth next time.

We went and got our alternator changed and we paid almost $600. The car didnt work right after that and we had to take it to the Nissan dealer, And they had to run all kinds of diagnostics to find out that it was just a groundwire that they had forgotten to connect. The people at the place were very nice but they need to double check their work because it costs us another $500 at the Nissan dealership to just get a groundwire attached.

Fast friendly service I had taken my truck to several other mechanics who couldnt find the issue high tech auto had it fixed and ready to go in about 2 hours

The staff are friendly, the service is quick, efficient and priced fairly. They do not seem like they try to tell you something else needs to be fixed, when it doesnt.Plus, they are in the AAA-approved auto repair shops for most vehicles.

These folks are very trustworthy. They have done oil changes, smog checks, clutch replacement and noticed a rear main seal that they let me know and fixed that I was unaware was leaking, head gasket replacement that the Subaru dealer messed up really badly. My vehicle, 2011 Subaru WRX. Thank you high tech auto for such amazing service.

We came here recommended by AAA after the fuel pump on our car malfunctioned and had to pull over due to loss of power. There were no leaks and no other problems. After we left it with them for a $119 diagnostic suddenly the gas tank had a hole in it and was leaking gas, the undercarriage near the tank was warped like it was hit by something, and we were told the tank had to be replaced and that they didnt know how it happened. Their guess was we hit something (which we would have noticed when it happened) or that someone tried to siphon gas from us at some point. We didnt have that problem on the road nor when we took it to the shop. If the tank had been leaking before, we would have caught the scent of gas or seen the leak and if we had hit something hard enough to warp the undercarriage we definitely would have noticed. It only happened after they took it into their shop. Super sketchy. And then we were expected to foot the bill for it all. We had to pay out of pocket again to have it towed somewhere else. Dont come here. Youll get scammed.

Still waiting on the fuel filter that had to be ordered and was already paid for. Its been almost 2 weeks now. I ordered one on Amazon and have it already. After reading the reviews I will not go back!

I have had to take my car here so many times, it’s embarrassing at this point! But, every time I am treated with respect and kindness. The men that work there do excellent work and always give me a fair price. They also explain everything to me in detail and break down the price every time. They also fix everything in a reasonable time frame and call to get permission before they do anything. I’ll always take my cars here for anything that needs to be done.

Always helpful and complete jobs promptly. Come here always for smog checks for all my cars. They have done minor scheduled maintenance jobs. Luckily never had any major car problems needed fixing. But i would give them my business if needed.

These guys are great. They are honest and tell you the truth. We have been coming here for years.

Legit place. Everyone there works well with each other. Got my brake job done, no problem on a Subaru.

AAA will send you there but they are way over priced 119 for just a inspection is crazy.... oh dont let me forget the 10%aaa discount (yay)plus they will 100percent try to tell you a million things are wrong with your car... if I was a lady or someone that didnt know much about cars I would defently choose another shop... good luck my friends....update to the reply under my message bottom line is there prices are outrageous you can get the same work done somewhere else for a lot cheaper LIKE I DID... got my car towed out of there saved about 3000 dollars thank God car runs like new again. Like I said in the original post find another shop this place is terrible lol

Hello just to let everyone know about the bad customer service and abusive price by this shop. Went in for a diagnostic explained the problem with my car then I explained tbe work that I had done on the car. His response was that i had already worked on the car that it would cost 119 dollars per hour and I asked why his response was that he was not going to spend all day on my car because he would not make enough for tbe bills. I asked him for my keys and said thank you very much. These guys charge abussively. By the time they are done with your car you probably have to take the car title in its better to let them have it than fix it. My aunt also took her car in the for diagnosis was $119 they charged her after 5 hours they called back and said it would cost her 989 dollasrs for a change of sparkplugs and to change the manifold. It was super easy to take of took it somewhere else only paid 420 for parts and labor. Stay away from this place please.

WAS THEN TOLD IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL 30.00 TO HAVE IT SMOGGED CHECKED AGAIN! 90.00 TOTAL !!!!? OKAY. BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS CONTACTED. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
