Ive been a MetroPCS customer for nearly ten years and have always been satisfied with their service. I moved to South Palm Springs recently and unfortunately it seems to be a dead spot for the MetroPCS/T-Mobile network. I am reluctantly forced to change carriers. I am going to try Spectrum Mobile which has a pricing structure similar to MetroPCS. Thanks for all the years of good service!

The reps are known to add unwanted features without even letting customers know until they have to pay the bill the following month. I had insurance added to my plan without even being asked. I know it’s to improve the numbers on their board but it’s ridiculous. Management should not nag their employees so much that they feel forced to do things like this in order to meet their expectations.

I stopped by to pay my bill, and got a great deal on 2 new phones. Thank you Melissa! For your help, and Great service!

Went here with a friend and I was much impressed with the customer service and value. Their plans and phones are a much greater value than Verizon and I dont feel like I have to prepare to protect my soul when I go in, actually they are so friendly and helpful its the opposite. I will be back before the end of the month.

It is a pretty good service. They might tell you details about other carriers and making sure that it works for you. You do not need to pay extra if you cannot able to pay it on time. You could buy an unlocked phone to send it to MetroPCS in order to work. I had to take one star because other phones like the galaxy note and other phones that popular carriers are selling it, do not have it on sale but metro is part of t mobile. You can buy a phone from t mobile and send it to MetroPCS to activate it

Amazing customer service!!! I explained to them my problem with my phone and they quickly began to help me but one worker stood out the most. I believe her name was Yessenia. She had such a positive attitude and was able to help with the problem. I could tell that she really enjoys helping other and that she knows how to do her job. Im glad I chose MetroPCS as my mobile carrier

Great customer service. Got 3 new phones (2 transfers and 1 new lines) from them in last 2 months. They quite upfront with the limitations of the device which is good in sense that you get, what you paying instead of inflatingly state mobile features.Have great and unique referal offer also which i availed thrice in last year now.Always ask for current offers/deals. Especially the promos running some phones atm
