Loved this place with lot of bike options including for kids. They have helmets as well for free. All the equipment is thoroughly sanitized and super clean. They gave a cool bike map that leads to posh Palm Springs neighborhoods. Great views. If you are in Palm Springs, this bike rental is a must.

Have taken both my older electric bike for adjustments and repair and have had nothing but friendly fast and excellent service - even during the height of the pandemic. Yesterday I took my brand new e bike in to see what was wrong with my front tire. Within 5 seconds he saw the problem (it was an air adjustment that caused the tire to bulge) put the proper amount of air in and was done. It took less than 60 seconds start to finish. Couldn’t ask for better service!

5 Stars from Experienced Cyclists - Both of these gentlemen were super helpful. Were experienced cyclists so we knew what we wanted and they were able to address our questions. Tony did the initial set up and also gave a variety of route suggestions. Rocky made sure we got out of the door in a timely manner. The service was swift yet personable. What more could you want? We managed a nice leisurely 20 miles or so with the City Wide Loop and a few detours, by choice, to explore the architecture, and discover a few celebrity homes. Well be repeat customers for sure.

Conveniently located near an unlimited free parking garage. Bikes were in good condition. Helmets available. Extremely kind and helpful service. The staff member highlighted neighborhoods/bike routes. He also knew we were visiting and took the initiative to offer to take a photo of us. It’s the little things!

I love these guys. Needed two new tires and tubes- and they put in heavy duty tubes which was great (because if you think thorns wont puncture- think again), and they adjusted the brakes and did it all in less than two hours. I love BIKE!

Rented a couple road bikes for a ride out to Desert Hot Springs and the windmills. The guys here could not have been more helpful! Bikes were in great condition (met my bike-mechanic partners high standards) and they swapped out the pedals for the ones we brought. It was extremely busy when we were there, but things went very smoothly with pick-up and drop-off. Check it out -- there are bikes for everyone!

On Valentines Day these kind people were able to take in my bike and have it looked at first day Monday morning. Very friendly staff! Even though I was only getting my bike repaired and not renting a bike from them, they still treated me like a normal customer. They get pretty busy lately with rentals, so Im very appreciative of them taking the time to look at my bike!

We had arranged reservations a couple weeks before at another bike shop (Triabike) only to find that the bikes weren’t ready and did not get what we were expecting. After awful customer service we cancelled our reservation.The next day, we called this bike shop and they were extremely friendly and helped fit us with rental bikes that were perfect for our rides. On top of that, we returned the bikes a little early and we were refunded some money back. Absolutely amazing customer service, friendly people, and what we felt were very reasonable rates. Thank you so much for helping us have a great day and making it super easy for us. Will only consider this place in the future for rentals even if we have to drive out of our way.

Last month I was in need of a quick flat tire fix. I went to a shop close by and they were booked up, but recommended that I try BIKE Palm Springs. The door was closed/locked but I saw a number on the door (not realizing it was a delivery number) and called. Tony was there within 5 minutes even and fixed the tire. He was was incredibly helpful and super nice. Highly recommend this place!

These guys were great. I think their paperwork process was efficient. Their prices were great for what they were offering. I wanted to rent an electric bike for 4 hours, but because of the super hot weather, could only do an hour. They adjusted the fee accordingly. Tony got me set up quickly with exactly what I needed. He even gave me a great referral for a great lunch spot nearby. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough nice things.

I’m a coordinator and had a week to put together a killer weekend full of exclusive experiences. I called and spoke to Tony hoping to rent mountain bikes or e-bikes for my clients. While they had the inventory, Tony spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me giving me even more tips and contacts. I had the whole trip figured out by the time I hung up the phone. For various reasons, we didn’t need to rent bikes after all but thanks to Tony’s excellent customer service I hope to come back and drive business their way. Excellent friendly service the moment we walked in until we returned our bikes. The bikes were in perfect condition, helmets freshly sterilized and complimentary water. We were given a map and were able to take our time to see the sights such as “the doors”, architectural wonders, and some of the historical sights! We were given excellent service! Two days ago I decided to make a reservation to rent a bike from these guys, I did not read the directions carefully, but the reservation needs to be a 24 hour preparation period. But these guys were able to accommodate me the next day. The owner was excellent, he took the time to tell me everything I needed to know. The little map he gave me came in handy, it was an awesome ride. I recommend this place for everyone. Great prices. Great bikes. Great customer service.

Love Bike Palm Springs! The online rental reservation system was so easy to use and the staff was very helpful at pick up. Biking Palm Springs is a great way to see the town. There are several bike paths that are well marked and have dedicated bike lanes. Such a fun day!

Rented a mountain bike for the Labor Day week. Great bike and great service. Bret set me up and I had a nice conversation with him both at pickup and at the drop off. Hope the same bike is available during my springtime vacation. I was even offered the option of changing out the bike during the week to try a road cycle or an electric bike, but loved the one I had.My only suggestion would be that the bikes should come with a flat tire change kit. I road 165 miles during my rental, and was a bit concerned about possibly having a flat. I heard of tire changing stations, but I didnt see any (or maybe didnt notice).Great rental shop, keep up the good work!

Great place to rent! We were there Christmas week and even though busy, we didn’t have to wait. Employees very helpful and efficient! Suggestion: if you only ride a bike occasionally (like Christmas and other vacations) consider a hybrid bike. They are lighter weight and easy gearing. Have fun!

Excellent service with a smile! Store was busy when my husband & I arrived - only one staff member (perhaps the owner?) helping two groups, but he was very friendly / efficient and got us taken care of as quickly as possible. My husband & I rented electric bikes to explore the city and it was amazing how much of Palm Springs we saw, while still peddling and getting exercise. We had so much fun and are now converts to electric bikes - the only way to get around!

Friendly and helpful staff! They were great at fixing my flat on the spot. Made sure to put extra tough inner tubes with a liner and slime so i dont get a flat again on my new bike. Goathead thorns are apparently very popular here in Palm Springs and Scottsdale where i live, so they recommended these tough inner tubes with a liner and Im confident flats will be a rare occurrence for me from now on..... thank you for the prompt and great attention!

THE BEST BIKE RENTAL IN TOWN!!!!! No hassle service with limited paperwork before renting the bikes. The owner was the nicest to us and even recommend that we rent the bike by the hour vs full day, because we got there late into the day, and that was the cheaper option. Genuine Kind and Helpful!

My brother and I rented cruiser bikes from this place about 3 weeks ago, and totally enjoyed the experience. Tony was incredible. Based on the recommendation of a local we decided to rent bikes. Not only was fantastic and helpful and put up with all the shenanigans that a bachelorette party. He gave us directions to to sights and information on what roads were safe which we should avoid. All in all an incredible experience and would highly recommend going to see Tony at this amazing company.Also they have tandem bikes in case you are feeling team tandem.

We have been enjoying Palm Springs by bike all week. Tony and Rocky are the best! They fit out our family with two bikes, a trailer bike for our 6 year old and an infant seat for our 1 year old. They could not have been nicer to us or our kids.

I used BIKE P.S. during last weekends Modernism Week Fall Kickoff. Their 24-hour bike rental cost less than the 4-hour Mod. Week free ride, so I went with BIKE. Wanted to rent bikes over the Christmas holiday and rented from Bike Palm Springs rentals. Great customer service and great bikes!

Nice place to rent a bike. Very friendly service and patient with customers. Lots of bike options, but pricy.

It all came out great in the end for us with this place. The first bike we received for our half-day rental, the brake was rubbing against the back wheel and there was also a sharp spike pointing out where the fender attached. As my husband bent down to put our son in the bike trailer we rented, the spike impaled his butt cheek pretty badly. We returned within the hour, and the staff were friendly, gave us a replacement bike, and said they were going to fix the spike so no one else got injured. However they also said they would start our half-day rental from the time we received the second bike. When we returned, there was not a note on our file and a different staff member tried to charge late fee. After we explained the situation, he instead gave us a small discount. The equipment was of good quality, I would say just really make sure to inspect your bike before riding away and be sure to get your accurate rental time written down.

Had a problem with my own bike and stopped in to see if I could get helped so I could continue my ride. Tony found the problem, fixed the tire and would not accept payment or a tip. Even gave me a bike route map. Thank you for your kindness. ☺
