I use UPS frequently to ship my sales at different locations dependingon where Im at. I use it for both UPS and USPS drop off since they are supposed to be a full service for both. Recently I dropped packages for both UPS and USPS off. Never had issue at any location and it was not excessive-5 non large packages and was told in the future we will reject USPS packages unless its 1-maybe 2 because we dont have room as so many people are dropping off...never been told that before at any location -i was put off.If you cant do full service then dont advertise you can.

Ive been using UPS regularly for the last 25+ years with great satisfaction. We move to Palm Harbor from St. Pete in 2019. This year, and since using the alderman store in particular, Ive had multiple unsatisfactory experiences. The latest is the last straw - i needed to ship 1 can of spray paint, which is completely legal under all fed and state guidelines. And the process is simple. But UPS stores & their HQ would rather hide under the shield of “franchise” than raise the torch of “service”. in Palm Harbor, USPS sets the bar that UPS refuses.execs: you need to send your Alderman & area mgrs and directors to PH USPS and see how the pro’s do it. no excuses were made, only solutions were given.

Ashley, the manager and her team are the best of the best. I have given them many challenging items to ship and they make it happen! They will also give you real advice when it comes to sending things to your international family members. Always a pleasure.

Always had good experience here, but was disappointed with my lost recent experience. Sent important documents and they were put in a plain white paper envelope instead of the hard standard UPS envelope. envelope looked like it was ran over by all the UPS trucks in the facility

All staff is super friendly at this location. I came in and Jose was extremely personable and knowledgeable about what I needed sent and helped me find the easiest way. I will absolutely be back!

Awsome customer service every time I use this store. Today a young man there named Jay went above and beyond to help me return a package even though I came in not understanding the process.

If I could give more stars I would! The staff is always so helpful and friendly while returning/sending packages. The best of all is when I need something printed!!! Ashley is my go to person. She has been so helpful in making custom items, sayings and just about anything I have asked for or needed. I own a business and need things printed all the time. Not being technology savvy, Ashley has really taken on anything I ask for. I could not be more grateful that I found her and this UPS store. Thank you for making my life easier!!!

Stopped in this am for a quick Amazon return drop off. It was immediately at store opening and there was only one person working. One person in front of me, and I had to wait 10 minutes just to do a drop off. I would suggest maybe a self-serve drop off if you’re going to Offer Amazon drop off services, it is just a waste of time.

My go to store for all my mailing and shipping needs. ALL!! the staff and management is super knowledgeable on any shipping concerns and are always very friendly, and helpful in helping me get my packages mailed or for any other business/personal needs ie faxing or xeroxing. I recently had some packages to mail for a local business and I of course took them to my go to store. I was very happy with some other shipping options they offered for a package that needed to be there during the day next day..without me even asking they told me about a morning guaranteed shipping option that I didnt even know was offered to help us get the packages there in the time frame needed. They literally take the worry out of shipping!! Thanks Mail Boxes!!

When I walked in there was a long line and all I had was a drop off. The lady at the desk told me I could just leave it on the side that she would take care of it for me. Well, Nike never received their package needless to say someone stole it! BE CAREFUL AT THIS STORE ALWAYS GET YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AND RECIEPT!Ashley Walsh had done an amazing job tracking this package down! Thank you! 4 stars! She has gone above and beyond..

They charge 10 bucks for EACH notary stamp! Insane! Banks do it free. They tried to charge me 87 bucks to overnight a letter to North Carolina; the main office on Calumet St in Clearwater charged less than 30! Nice people but....HOLY SMOKES!

Just charged almost $40 for a small light xmas package to take 9 days and get to its location (ILL), after xmas, yes I said, to get there after xmas! I was told it will get there 12/27. Why does UPS take 9 days! and charge that much when Amazon can get there next day with free shipping?! Never again. UPS is causing their own demise and will be a thing of the past at this rate.

Terrible. UPS failed to deliver my package to Portland on time, then rather than try to fix the problem (i.e. do their job), the package was shipped back across the country to this Palm Harbor store. No refund, no attempt to re-ship the package, no attempt to fix a bad situation. Just kept my money and failed to deliver my package. I should have just gone inside, handed them $16 dollars and just left, because I received NOTHING on my end in the transaction other than the frustration of being essentially being robbed.

People that go for their first time dont realize this is the ups store not ups they are run differently make sure you ask before shipping a package yes they tend to add a few extra dollars to the price because if not then the store would make no money. Does a car dealer sell cars for the same price they buy them for? No they mark the price up to pay theor salesmen and saleswomen if not these people would mot get paid

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! I, got the new guy that didnt tell me I couldnt insure an item if it was going to a po box. EVEN though this UPS store packed the item - it broke - and the owner wont do a thing about it! I would have thought that since I paid them to pack it they would stand behind their work. WRONG! DO NOT USE THIS STORE!

They tried gouging the price. Went to ups hub and was 21$ not 27$. I was told the ups stores were supposed to be same price. No more ups stores for me.
