The wait was very short and the staff was very pleasant. The doctor was very informative, answered a lot of questions, explained how everything worked. She was very knowledgeable in her work and did not rush or make me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. I would gladly refer friends to this office.

My father needed hearing aids and from start to finish Gardner Audiology was a great experience for him. They explained things clearly and my father was very comfortable with everyone and everything that needed to be completed, so he could hear again. After picking up the hearing pieces my father can now hear me tell him I love you without me yelling and he can hear me very clearly now. if your thinking about hearing aids Gardner Audiology is the place to go. If my 88 year old father can do it, then anyone can. To be able to hear the simple things like I love you means everything to me and now my father can hear me without any problems. I have been exceedingly pleased with Gardner Audiology. I was hesitant to visit them at first - I am sure many of us dont think we need hearing aids! The doctor and trained and knowledgeable assistant have been wonderful at Gardner Audiology. Last night after I was in bed I watched a little more news, I thought to myself I am not understanding some of these words. Then it hit me, I dont have my hearing aids in anymore!.

I didnt have the option of no stars. The hearing Booth is ridiculously small and if youre claustrophobic would have a problem with this. The doctor Conter in Zephyrhills is openly rude and specifically refers to some of her patients as the problem children. The hearing aid molds that she provides to her company are small do not fit your ears and when you ask her about this she says oh thats how they were supposed to go. Shes not well adapt it tuning hearing aids to fit your needs as a human being. I hate this place. Avoid it at all costs.
