Five stars isn’t enough for this place! This store is awesome! Ashley is superb at knowing her hearing aids. I was having all sorts of issues with my hearing aids after moving to Florida from New Jersey. She fixed them all and configured my aids to do even more for me.! I am so very thankful that I found this place! It is excellent!

I had a hearing loss due to being a firefighter for 17 years. I have been self employed since 1993 and could not afford hearing aids. I went to Audibel on a whim and met Ashley. We went thru the testing my hearing loss was severe. Vanessa and Ashley informed me of the Starkey Foundation which could possibly assist me in getting hearing aids. When I received my hearing aids I could not believe the difference!!! Ashley was so helpful to me, I cried when I could hear again!! I am so happy and pleased with Ashley and Vanessa and all the help they gave and continue to give me at every appointment! I tear up every time I realize how much they have helped me. I am more involved in my life now !! My family and I are very grateful to Audibel and the Starkey foundation. Thank you so very much for giving me a better quality of life! I cherish the efforts of all involved !!

The entire staff at Audibel are very professional and friendly. I was impressed with the technology used for the evaluation but more impressed with the care given. Ashley spent a great deal of time during the appointment to ensure that I would be properly fitted and receive the best hearing results. She explained the test results in a clear fashion and answered all of my questions. It was such a pleasure to find a specialist that genuinely cares about her work and cares so much about her patients. If you are in need of a hearing specialist, I highly recommend Ashley and staff at Audibel.

This is a most amazing and caring, mission--oriented business I have ever seen - they are coming to a nursing home to establish a patient relationship and the front office staff is not just efficient but loving and kind - I am quite certain the technician will be and they could not have made things any easier or better - it was SUCH a surprise to hear what they would do for my Mother. Thank you to the staff and the management for something quite rare in this day and time - a loving, service and people-oriented business.

I love the staff here. My appointments have always started on time or early. I am looking forward to seeing the new space. They moved a few doors down the day after my last appointment.

From the moment I walked into this Audibel, I knew I was going to be treated like a king. The staff was super helpful, and Lexi gave me the most detailed hearing exam I have ever had in my life. We live in FL in the winter, but if I needed new hearing aides, theres no doubt that I would fly to this specific office from OH, simply because of the outstanding customer service.

I saw Alexis at the Palm Harbor office & my whole experience with her was Awesome!! I love my new hearing aids & she took the time to go over every part of them. The TV commercial they run is right on the money & then some!! I Will recommend anyone that needs hearing aids to call Alexis!!! Id go 10 Stars if I could!!!

What a great group of people working here! They are friendly, kind and you can tell they really care about everyone they see. If you dont have one of their hearing aids they will still treat you like one of their own patients and the batteries are only $1 for a pack! I couldnt be happier and the fresh coffee and cookies are a nice touch!

Genuine concern and professionalism is how I would describe my visits with Ashley at Palm Harbor Audibel.No more huh,pardon me,trying to make a sentence out of the couple of words I could understand and no more lip reading.Ashley provided me with a pair of hearing aids that were almost unnoticeable, in fact,when I went out to talk to my wife about the aids she honestly did not know that I had them on.Ashley provided me with several payment options that made it possible to own the hearing aids.Just a very good experience from start to finish.Highly recommend!

The technician was great, took excellent care of my mother. We have been going to another hearing aid center for about 2 years and this technician at Audibel Hearing did more for my mom in one visit than the other place did in 8 to 10 visits with us complaining about the hearing aids. I went with my mom a few times and my sister went with her also and they still did nothing. We will be going to Audibel Hearing from now on and recommend it for anybody.

Lexi and the staff are highly qualified people that go into great detail to try and make your life back to normal.I would highly recommend them to anyone who has hearing issues they are very caring and take the time to listen to all your issues.Having severe hearing loss is a terrible thing and embarrassing at times.I had my first ever hearing aid recently and unfortunately the improper fit was very uncomfortable,Lexi had no problem sending it back and getting a different version made for me.

Having obtained my first hearing aids over 10 years ago and and then stopped wearing them because the CIC style made the inside of my ears sweat. I finally succumbed to my husbands pleas to get new hearing aids. I first tried HI Health Innovations by my insurer, UnitedHealthCare, and while they were less than half the price of Audibels, I didnt like the quality or the customer service and returned them during my trial period. Also, comparing those hearing aids to the ones I got from Audibel was like comparing oranges and gorillas.I love my new Star 1200s, and chose them especially because I could hear TV through them, negating the need for headphones. Lexie has been great---from the hearing test process to helping me choose the aids that were compatible with my hearing loss and with my lifestyle. She has been diligent in following up with me to see if all was OK or did anything need tweaking.I recently lost my right hearing aid; I looked high and low for a week and couldnt find it anywhere. While I had purchased a Damage and Loss plan, I would still have to pay 25% of the cost of that aid to replace it, which I knew and was OK with because I never thought I would have to use it. Having had them for only a short time, I was devastated. Because of the circumstances of the loss, Lexie checked with her boss and he reduced what I would have to pay to less than 10%. You cannot find better customer service and regard for the customer than that!Thank you Audibel, Lexie (and Lexies boss and all the staff at the Palm Harbor office), for the great hearing aids and for OUTSTANDING customer service. I highly recommend Audibel brand of hearing aids and particularly the Palm Harbor Audibel Hearing Center.
