The Palm Harbor location was closed so went to Clearwater. Was having s good experience buying a mattress and sales seemed to be accommodating to us. Delivery was following day and paid for old mattress removal but they declined to remove as it had a spot. We paid for removal but we had to get rid of ourselves. Called sales rep and he said they would refund us by check. Three weeks later no refund. It is principal that you would not refund as stated. Not as if we received the service paid for. I am sorry for this review as we were happy upon leaving showroom the day of purchase. Again it would be nice if you sent a check to us as stated.

This place goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. I highly recommend them. I dealt with them in 2018 and 2020 and both times they had great customer service. And I love my mattress!

My wifes birthday we decided on a mattress as opposed to a couch. As a mail Carrier in the area I thought checking in with the BMC would be a good idea. I havent bought a mattress in over 15 years and a lot has changed with memory foam, mattress in a box, etc. I did a lot of research and BMC had the best prices. I basically got a mattress that had been sent back to the factory from a Macys or Sears that had closed down and I saved about $600 on it. Im very happy. Thanks Bridget.

I purchased 2 extra firm king sized mattresses from bmc. Josh was my salesman and he was very knowledgable, friendly and professional. He tried to tell me i should get the next level down which would be a little softer but I didnt listen. Of course he was right. I switched out for the softer mattress. No fuss no muss no questions asked. Bridget the manager was in the store the day I came in to switch. She is wonderful also. Set up the new delivery and pickup, no problem. And the prices are right. More reasonable than the mattresses you can buy online and so much easier to switch out if you arent happy with your purchase. Would highly recommend getting your next mattress here.

Went there on 4th of July and spoke with Bridget. She is very knowledgeable and we explained what we were looking for and she showed us some mattresses. Needless to say we ended up leaving with 2 mattress for 2 different rooms and at a great price. They are perfect and they were exactly what we were looking for. I got what normally is a $3000 mattress for less than $1400, brand new and sealed to boot! Bridget was very helpful and patient with me, I ended up going back three times before settling on my mattress. If you are looking for Stearns and Foster, this is the place to go.

After months of reviewing and visiting different area retailers I ended up at BMC Mattress for the 2nd trip. My final selection came down to a Sealy Hybrid. However, after some lengthy conversation, reviews, and testing, Bridgett Irwin (manager) suggested the Stearn & Foster pillow top (comfort firm). Initially, I was not looking at the Stearn & Foster since they are very expensive. Eventually, I decided to go with the Stearn & Foster that Mrs. Irwin recommended based on my sleeping habits. Yes - thus far it has worked out very well. She spent a great deal of time with me, patient, and very knowledgeable about the mattress (different manufacturers and types). Bottom line: reasonable price, low pressure selling, knowledgeable and friendly. Although these mattress might be considered blemished - they look new with the original plastic wrappings.

I previously had given BMC mattress a bad review. Im sorry I did give the bad review. The regional manager Mr Hibbet seen the review. He contacted us and wanted to know the details for the bad review. I explained we were very unhappy with the beds we purchased last September. He wasted no time to correct the situation. We now have the type of bed we were used to and we are very happy with our purchase! When they advertise they have your back they certainly do in more ways than one! I would not hesitate in recommending them as the best place to to purchase new bedding, also their prices cannot be beat!! Ask for Bridget, she is very customer focused!!

I bought a Stearns & Foster full mattress at BMC in Palm Harbor for a fraction of retail. I love the reinforced sides so theres no sagging and and it allows me the best sleep ever! I thought BMC stood for the best mattress company, but later learned it was Burlington Mattress Company. It is the best and ask for Bridget.....she really knows everything about all the brands and will marry you to the one best suited for your needs. 5 stars
