I was in the location in Palm Harbor Fl at the corner of US Hwy 19 N and alderman. I had the worst experience of my life. I was waiting on my pick up order at a restaurant next door and went into this location to purchase a few beauty items and some vitamins. I was followed around the store and harassed by an employee. She was african american, i did not catch her name because i was so furious that she demanded I go check out even though i was not done shopping!!!! I had enough items in my cart that probably totaled over $150. I was so furious after her speaking to me like i was a criminal. I ended up pushing my full cart towards her and left. She should not be working there and treating your customers like this. I use the pharmacy too. I have 6 prescriptions i get filled there and after this experience i will be changing pharmacies. You just lost a very loyal customer!

Amazing pharmacy staff! Pam and Ashley and their team are a dedicated bunch who always make my pharmacy experience amazing. Meds are always filled quickly and accurately and handed off with a smile!😁

I was waiting in line on the pharmacy and they said your medication is ready but they came back and said we need to fill it up and pull aroundSo now we have these people who should be fired because they dony know what the truth is. DONT COME HERE!

Horrible customer service. Only 1 register open at 9:30 because the other one was closed by another associate who told me Id have to wait because he had to close the register NOW, with a snotty attitude. Now multiple people in line because cashier not able to complete 2 returns, one for myself and another customer ahead of me in less then 10 minutes each. Couldnt figure out how to return 2 tubes of lotion for the woman ahead of me. My return given back in 3 seperate transactions because she couldnt figure out how to do it and with attitude. Youre returning all this? Why? Really? It was one bag of stuff with a receipt. Then I had 3 items I was newly purchasing. One item ringing up at wrong price also. At this point, 6 people now in line behind me pitching fits, and I dont blame them. Meanwhile the other person working is outside putzing with carts and pretending like he doesnt see 7 people in line. I was informed by the woman attempting to handle my transaction that both she and the other worker are both managers. WOW is all I can say to that. I wont be back. Not with another Walgreens or CVS on every other corner in this town.

I had a very pleasant experience shopping at this Walgreens location. I came in to grab some miscellaneous items and I approached the register at the pharmacy due to the front being backed up; I was greeted by this wonderful young man named Robert. He provided extraordinary customer care and I plan on returning to this location in the future for all my Walgreens needs. I believe this young whippersnapper needs a raise.

Selling damaged products that have already been open. But won’t give a discount. Unbelievable.

Worst pharmacy I have dealt with. Computers randomly go offline for weeks and they refuse to transfer prescriptions.

Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient - even with masks & quarantine. I came for medicines, but the toilet paper was a bonus. Not many left, but one is all I was allowed to buy, and 1 was all I needed. Mikal was fast and friendly while checking me out. Positive experience!This is our favorite Walgreens. We always find what we need. Staff helps us if we can’t find something. When an item is out of stock, especially if it’s on sale, we get rainchecks. During quarantine, we can’t get rainchecks, which we understand.This Walgreens is also easy to get into and out of - via US19 N or Alderman Road. The parking lot is large and well lit. It also has two Redboxes on the south side, for your viewing pleasure.

Rude in the pharmacy... I was so dizzy and hardly made it to the pharmacy to get medicine.. I went to the drive thru.. and the lady came out and she is like u need to get in and buy the medicine we dont gave time!! How awful could it be when u r sick and need help then they deny it
