Love my golf cart from them.

They did a great job installing new batteries and stereo in my cart, so I then got them to repaint it, redo the upholstery and carpet. Looks like brand new and with the cost compared to buying new.

These guys fixed my cart when others refused or were unable . One of the well know cart shops in the valley told me I needed a new motor to fix my issues along with the other repairs they had already performed . Another shop did not want to touch my cart because it is a brand they don’t see everyday . Turns out this other shop put in a 300 amp controller when it really needed a 400 amp . I suspect this was done to save cost as it was a repair under warranty . . Felipe at AC Electric gave me the confidence to do the repair correctly . They have a systematic diagnostic approach rather than just start replacing parts and hoping for the best . Turns out all I needed is a wire replaced and a few adjustments . I was charged for diagnostics and a few hours of work no big deal. For the first time in months the cart runs great no new motor getting by with the smaller controller the other shop put in . If I have issues with this cart or others in the future I would go to AC Electric Vehicles . It appears to all be good .

The is with a doubt the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. I left my golf cart to be checked out and have new batteries installed in June. When the cart was delivered there was a chip in the front and back wheel arch was scratched and damaged. The owner told my wife that it was like that when they picked the cart up. This is untrue. If it was damaged they would have made me sign a statement like when you rent a car. There people are very bad business men. Stay away from them unless you want to have issues and problems. ONE REALLY BAD VENDOR IN THE COSCHELLA VALLEY?

My wife and I are from Alberta, Canada and have been coming to Outdoor Resorts Palm Springs for many years. This is a 5 star RV park consisting of approximately 1219 RV sites. A golf cart is almost a necessity within these huge park because of all the functions and activities spread out all over. When we made the decision to purchase a cart, we thoroughly researched a number of golf cart dealers.Meeting with Felipe Gonzalez, owner of AC Electric Vehicles, for the first time we absolutely knew this was the place we would do a deal. Throughout the process from buying to delivering Felipe Gonzalez and his whole team have been very conscientious and efficient! They are a total pleasure to work with and would recommend AC Electric Vehicles to any and all prospective buyers.

My boyfriend and I contacted NEVIC about building us a cart. Brandon was very courteous and offered to meet us at their manufacturing center in Indio. While there he gave us a tour of their facilities, and explained the cart building process to us.We picked out our options and they are building us a really beautiful cart based on Scotts first car. Their presentation and facility are very impressive. They left me with the impression that they are such a first rate and qualified builder.We are very excited to see the results!

My cart went in for repair. AC golf carts got my cart in and out in a quickly. Pickup and delivery was on time. Repairs were not too costly. Got our cart back within 2 days. Will return for next service!
