So happy with my glass purchase! The design and sales teams were so helpful to ensure that I got my custom, interior, frosted window glass pane just right. The price was right also! The glass was packaged securely for shipment and arrived on time and intact. Frames are not provided so I framed it myself with 2x4s, grooved and nailed together. I installed my new frosted glass window in a opening I made in my powder room wall. It can also be visible from the entrance into my home. Around the glass, I trimmed/painted the powder room wall inside and installed faux stone panels on the outside. Love it, love it!!

When our window first arrived and was still in the crate I was able to see right through it. My wife and I were terribly upset because this 3000.00 window was meant for our bathroom and needed to be opaque and not see through. When I spoke to the young lady in customer service she told me to remove the clear plastic protective sheet and I will not be able to see through it. I thought she was kidding. She said “trust me just remove the film”.Well we removed it and like a miracle we couldn’t see through the window. It was subsequently installed and unbelievably no one can see through. Not even a shadow.The under sea scene is just beautiful and everyone who sees it raves about its uniqueness and beauty.The window seemed like an expensive alternative to a shade or shutters but now that it is installed it is worth every penny. My referral to Sans Soucie came from AGS Stainless. Upon installation of the stainless balustrade, the folks at Sans Soucie implemented the design I had already approved from a design template. The two pieces of glass were packaged and shipped as promised. Delivery was smooth and the glass is installed! We look at the glass every night which is illuminated with a multi-color Philips light strip.Beautiful! Sans Soucie is a top tier vendor in their field.

OMG, this place was amazing. I got my front door from them after seeing it on Houzz and checking out the website. It was shipped to NJ. During the process the freight company poorly handled the door causing the jamb that was shipped with it to crack and break. A quick email with photos to them and they immediately sent out a new jamb. The quality of the door is incredible and the design is unlike anyone on our road has. I am very happy to have this as it increases the beauty of my house and make it unique.

We were in the market for a shower wall for our newly remodeled bathroom and ran across an advertisement for Sans Soucie Art Glass. After researching other companies, we decided to go with Sans Soucie to design our shower panel. We were able to work extensively with Shelby Jenkins and our artist, Julius Espiritu. We are extremely pleased with the quality and production of our bathroom piece. We were able to personally design the panel to our liking and desire; and this team did an awesome job in designing exactly what we wanted. We would definitely work with this fine group of people again if the opportunity arises again in the future. It is more costly than a lot of other walls we looked at, but the thing that makes the cost acceptable; is the ability to design your own special piece. I bought the soucie 3D frosted cross hatch frameless door to be used as a pocket door for my bathroom that is off my kitchen mud area entry. I wanted more light in the area instead of another solid wood door as I already had solid double closet doors in the space. The door besides allowing light is totally private and so cool with the interior design of the space. Aesthetically it’s beautiful and the carving is awesome. Definitely get carving. Quality is fantastic and I just found them searching for frosted glass doors on internet. It also coordinates with the upper cabinet cross hatch on my hallway cabinets in the area. Definitely buy a door or other products from them. You will love it. Can’t say enough good things.

Very nice work on a custom design that we did for a grandfather clock case. Communication was excellent and they did a great job making sure we understood the process and timing. Cost was a bit high especially when we had a change to the original pattern but you get what you pay for and the outcome was beautiful See for yourself.

Extremely easy to navigate website, quick responses to custom concepts. In the end we bought a prehung door with the winter tree 2D negative design. It looks incredible and provides just enough privacy for the water closet of our new bathroom. My builder found the delivery process incredibly organized and the shipping container was perfect. Price for this door was very reasonable including shipping to Michigan. This is a first rate company, and I will be back for my future project needs.

Im so glad I found Sans Soucie! I wanted to get special glass panels for the shower we were building in our new master suite, and a matching decorative window for that bathroom. From my first contact they were very friendly and helpful and worked with me to create beautiful plumeria panels. They started with a photo I took of a vase that has plumeria flowers. Their artist and I discussed it, and we agreed we needed more than the flowers, so I sent a photo of our plumeria plant that has nice looking leaves, and he drew a beautiful design from these. First he did a quick mockup to get the elements and their size and placement. I asked for some changes, and then he sent me a detailed computer drawing. We made a couple small tweaks and then it went to production. A few weeks later, they emailed me a status update with some pictures of my glass being made, which was really neat. A few weeks later it was delivered, and now it is in place. It looks amazing!During the process they answered many questions I had and gave me detailed installation directions and diagrams to give to my contractor to ensure the shower walls were built to suit and to give to the glazier for installation. We handled almost all of this by email, and they were always very quick to reply. They were truly a pleasure to work with.Ive attached photos of the shower and window glass with detailed closeups. The etching is so sharp and precise, I admire it every day. Its so elegant. Zoom in to see!(Note: I posted 5 photos but only 3 are showing. I tried to fix this, but the 2 showing closeups are still missing.)A few details to help anybody who wants to achieve a similar result for their own idea:- The plumeria shower panel and window are 3D carvings, cut deep into the glass. The shower panel is done on clear glass which is not private, and the window was done with frosted glass for full privacy (since it is in an outside wall of the house).- During the day, the window gives plenty of natural light to our bathroom vanity area, so I dont need to turn on lights, which is very nice.- The vertical bar pattern of the other shower panel is a simple 1D etching on clear glass. Bars are 3/8 wide separated by 1/8 clear. It makes a neat effect, but its not enough for privacy. For privacy you might need to reduce the clear lines to 1/16. They can advise you on this.- All 3 panels are low iron (Starphire) glass which is very white not green. It costs more, but I wanted a pure white effect. Any blue tint in the picture comes from the shower tile.- LED edge lighting makes it come alive. It makes a huge difference in showing the detail and beauty of the glass. I used FlexFire UB-DS-42K tapelight. 4200K (pure white), 3/8 wide, 12v connected to a Zurik dimmable transformer connected to a Diva CL dimmer switch, which works great. Its 463 Lm/Ft so its very bright. I couldnt find sealed/waterproof tapelights this narrow (to fit in a 3/8 channel), so after I stuck them to the bottom of the channel (self-adhesive), I spread about a 1/16 layer of silicone on them carefully to seal out water. So far so good.- Silicone is: M.G. Chemicals 1035 Premium RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant which is non-corrosive and safe for electronic circuit boards. It also serves to cushion the glass so the little rubber blocks arent used.- The window comes with a second flat pane of glass which is sealed to it, to 3/4 inch overall thickness to be put into a window frame. I ordered a custom-sized window from Milgard of the same style as my other windows and then took it to a glazier to replace the Milgard glass with the Sans Soucie glass. This was surprisingly reasonable cost.I highly recommend Sans Soucie to anybody who wants a beautiful custom art glass creation for their home or business.

I built a walk-in pantry for my kitchen and wanted it to have a really wonderful glass door that was as beautiful as it was inviting. I found the Sans Soucie company website which allowed me to select the etching (I chose the wispy tree). It shipped quickly, without a hitch, and arrived in perfect condition. Once installed, all I needed to do was stain and varnish. I am extremely happy with this door and how it accentuates my kitchen. Thank you Sans Soucie.

The door is positively beautiful and exactly as portrayed in the picture.I believe the excellent review should go to customer service. The first door arrived in excellent condition. I only realized when I went to install it that is was not a 24” wide door but it was a 28” wide door and would not fit. Factory oops. But, what could I do with such a large return? How to do it?I called customer service. To my surprise, they told me to keep the wider door and immediately sent out the 24” wide. Simple. No return packaging, no fuss, just great customer service!Now I have a great working door. The other door? I French cleated the larger door to the wall and back lit it as art.Many thanks Sans Soucie

The door is perfectly sized, excellent quality and beautiful! The ordering process went smooth and the customer representative was quick in replying, friendly and knowledgeable. The curbside delivery was awful: instead of delivering this expensive door in a professional way and bring it with a forklift or whatever to our door, the heavy door was dropped next to the street and we had to carry it ourselves to our house. As this very well packaged door was extremely heavy, we had to cut the door out of the crate and the packaging in the street, so my wife and I could carry this glass door via a long driveway to our house. We could hardly carry it and were very worried we would damage the door - and our backs.

This company rocks.!! I just purchased my third piece of glass from them. The first two were called Metacurl which I used in lieu of a wall separating my MBR shower from the bedroom letting lots of light in a dark space. The other piece is called High Tide which I used to replace an interior wall in my den letting more light into a long hallway. Both functional and gorgeous pieces of art at the same time. My last piece was for an exterior patio wall opening where I wanted a wind screen that still allowed me to have my ocean view. The design was a custom oceanic layout with a cute baby sea lion since I live at the beach and wanted something organic and whimsical to add to our rather minimalist house design. I attempted to remove the glass from the delivery box (not recommended unless you know what you are doing), and I managed to shatter it--all my fault.. However, these guys responded wonderfully and recreated it at cost and got another piece right out to me where it remained in the box until the professionals came to install it.Thank you Sans Soucie..your work is beautiful as is your service.

Service was great, the custom products we ordered arrived on time and looking as expected. My only small gripe is that the prices on the website can be a little deceptive because the displayed price may not include certain options (glass etching for example) that the website image shows.
