We ordered custom 10 foot glass front doors and they are absolutely magnificent! The entire process from inquiring and making a selection to installation was a pleasure!The entire staff is amazing. The entire team is professional, works clean, very knowledgeable and precise. I can’t say enough great things about them!

Used to love this company, but I was disappointed in their response to a minor repair I had this past week. Im in the process of a major indoor renovation and after tearing out the countertops and back splash I needed to replace some vinyl stips boardering the window on three sides to accommodate the new countertops and back splash. I contacted California Window and Doors to get a price to repair. It should take no longer than 20-30 minutes to repair and their response was a cost of $310.00 and 3-4 weeks out to repair. The whole window cost was $950.00, so I thought it was a bit excessive and then asked if I could buy the vinyl strips and install myself. Ive received no reply. Ive acquired the strips from another company and will do it myself. Our next project is replacing all the windows and sliders in our home. Needless to say I will not include CWD in the quoting process.

Could not have been more impressed with the quality of product and service from everyone at California Window and Door. They replaced numerous windows and added a small side window while we were not in the country. Wed asked not to put the interior molding on as we wanted to see the windows first and then thought our contractor could just do it when we were present. Contractor didnt want to tackle this job, so we called back to California Window and Doors and they had a crew out the very next day to complete the job. I would highly recommend this company and will choose them again when we change out the rest of the windows. Ps..this is a completely unsolicited review. Theres nothing I hate more than a company asking you to post a favourable review for them.

The Team at California Window and Door is amazing. Tim took the time to explain the products available to me with no high pressure sales. Adessa, Christine and Brian in the office offered excellent support and answered all of my questions. The installation team is professional and polite. The work was done over 3 days and when they left, there was no evidence that they had been in the house at all. The Milgard windows they installed are performing perfectly. California Window and Door installed our windows and sliders almost 3 years ago. Since then, weve had a few really heavy downpours that resulted in our having significant leaks around and under the windows which I knew was possible in a retrofit to a home as old as ours (1973).Each time this happened, I called, spoke to Catherine, she kindly dispatched guys out to correct the problems. One of the guys was Andy. Today, the guy was Eric. There were other guys whose names I cant recall. In all cases, they were knowledgeable, respectful and took care to clean up. I would recommend California Window and Door to anyone. Their level of service and committment to customer satisfaction is without peer.

Tim is great. We ordered custom doors for our remodel and like any remodel, things can go wrong. Tims can do attitude was awesome. He immediately got to fixing the problem and used his leverage with his suppliers to get the situation corrected asap. I highly recommend this company.

Love Milgard Tuscany windows. Title 25 andvery efficient. Can’t say same about 8’ Milgard Tuscany Sliding door. Had installed less than year ago here in Desert Princess and sweating on inside between panes. Very disappointing. Quality is sub-par for price. Inferior product.
