I went there about two weeks ago with an older Rolex Turn-o-graph. It was not running well and I thought it needed service (lubrication, etc.). From the moment I entered the store I got a good vibe. Its old school and the people who work there are old world artisans. I was greeted by Jessica who said she would have the watchmaker look at the watch. Then Robert came over and after speaking I knew he was very knowledgeable. Robert demagnetized my watch, said it was running fine and polished it. He said when it was ready they would be glad to send to Rolex and have it serviced. I spent a few minutes looking at Tudor timepieces with Jessica and will likely have to treat myself!The bottom line: fantastic customer service, knowledgeable staff and super nice people. They made a customer for life!
I was unbelievably impressed by how professional and personable everyone was to my wife, 1-year-old daughter, and I when we visited. They were welcoming and genuinely interested in getting to know you. It’s this impression that’ll make you think twice before visiting another jeweler. I want to share the positive experience I had at L&S today and to mention the in-house watchmaker, Robert Smith, in particular.A few months ago my grown-up son fell and twisted the bracelet on his Oyster Perpetual. Robert kindly corrected that for him in a couple of minutes - no charge. Today I called to ask if he could adjust the bracelet on a 1991 vintage Tudor Sub I just bought for my wife - again no charge. Both jobs were obviously very easy (for him - but I would even attempt it), but having them done by a certified watchmaker - on the spot, at no charge, was kind and generous. I was being given the same level of service as a man behind me looking at a $50,000 Patek. Similarly - Riakos who answered the phone when I called this morning, could not have been friendlier or more helpful.This positive, can-do attitude says a lot about the philosophy at L&S - providing a first class experience, where they are looking to form real relationships with their clients, irrespective of whether they need a quick fix, or are looking to spend thousands of dollars.I know where im going when I am looking for a new watch.Very impressive.
Fabulous store and lovely sales associates. So another day Lindsay got to know that I would love to add a GMT master II and another OysterFlex Daytona to my Rolex collection. Well, lets face it, these are high in demand and ADs just wont sell it to a customer without a good relationship. After 3 weeks or so, Lindsay called me when they receive both models. I live in OC so 2.5 hrs drive was crazy, but the lovely lovely jewelry store with blue colors outside was just worth it. I was actually surprised by their stock, they have multiple hard to find Rolex watches in their showcase like a Rolex museum. Had a nice a nice talk with Lindsay and she introduced me to Patek Philippe. Nice experience and will definitely come back. If you are in the area and trying to start a relationship with an AD, please definitely try them and ask for Lindsay!
I had a great experience with the fine folks at Leeds & Son. The service is excellent. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, engaged and knowledgeable. I had a simple request - add some links to a watch band. It was a busy afternoon in the store and Robert Smith found time to say hi, ask what I needed and promised to be back with me in 15 min. He was back in 10. A special word about Robert. His business card says Certified Master Watchmaker. In reality hes much more. Hes an experts expert. He didnt just add the links, he steam cleaned the band, cleaned the watch and adjusted for a perfect fit. He had a great attitude and bedside manner during what I am sure was a very busy day. Thanks Robert and thanks Leeds & Son. I will be sure to recommend your store to friends, family and anyone who happens to ask.
Hands down the best jewelry and luxury watch store I have ever been to. The store is immaculate and spacious. The selection of both jewelry and Swiss watches is fantastic. What really sets them apart is the customer service and customer care. The minute you walk in the door you are treated like family. Their approach to sales is second to none. It’s very apparent that the staff truly enjoys interacting with every customer that enters their business. Christy, Brett, and Judy were all a pleasure to deal. I look forward to visiting the store again after the remodel is complete, although I suspect I will be back at their temporary location before then. What an amazing place with an even more passionate and amazing staff. Was a very good experience. I’ve been there twice and both times, Jeff was excellent about showing me the most hard to find Rolexes. Moreover, there was a very large selection of different models. In Phoenix, it’s nearly impossible to find stainless steel models but Leeds had at least two each time I was there. I ended up buying the Datejust with the blue dial and couldn’t be happier. The store treats you like a valued client and that is really important when you’re dropping $10K plus on a watch. All in all, very satisfied and I’ll be back!

Married 61 yrs., I value my wife, my children and grandchildren and great grandchildren above all else, but following these beloved ones, my Cellini Rolex is a wristwatch Ive worn every day of my life for the past 40+ yrs. and it is my absolute pride and joy. It is my comforting blanket.Recently, my Rolex was severely damaged. Rolex repaired it to like new status; however, the clasp on the wristband was irreparably damaged.A Leeds and Son Certified Master Goldsmith took it upon himself to repair what was thought to be an impossible task. The customer service at Leeds & Son is just phenomenal. My wife and I have both needed repairs to our rings recently, and even though we didnt buy them at Leeds, they treated us like blue chip customers - fixing our items quickly, with little or nothing charged, and giving us top notch courtesy and hospitality. Leeds and Son has been very good to my family and I. You can just tell when a company prioritizes its customer service over anything. Its always smiles and greetings at Leeds & Son, so so different from 99% of the jewelry stores that not only have a snobbish aura, but are also.... very stale.Pre-pandemic, Leeds & Son had a section for kiddos that included snacks while Mom & Dad can shop -- they definitely keep their customers in mind. During the pandemic, precautionary measures are in place for a safe shopping experience like taking a temp at the door and having sanitizer ready whenever possible. In my last visit, they had a nice sanitized etch-a-sketch to keep my kiddo busy while I shop.Christy, my rep, is always so responsive, accommodating, kind and so fun to chat with! She has really taken care of us and we really dont plan to go anywhere else. I was told that the store is still family-owned, and it really shows with the way they treat their clients. Im a firm believer that a store and its employees are a reflection of the values of the business.
I spent several months looking for a mens diamond wedding band, in both stores and on-line, but nothing seemed quite right. Most were either too plain, or too gaudy, and I didnt trust some of the on-line places. I also felt that, if I were going to make such a significant purchase, I wanted it to be a bit of an experience.I dont know why I didnt think to go into Leeds, because wed had previously positive experiences there, but I eventually wandered in one day, while in Palm Desert. They had a small but absolutely beautiful selection. Beautiful. The ring I particularly liked, however, was mixed white and yellow gold and seemed a bit too flashy for my taste. No problem. Jeff said We can do that in platinum, if you prefer. Off we went.Two weeks later, they delivered the most spectacular wedding band! Just as importantly, everyone was as nice as can be, were great about keeping me updated on progress, and even had treats ready for my dog, when we went to pick up the ring.The entire experience at Leeds was first rate. Elegant . . . relaxed . . . memorable . . . a completely positive experience. I loved their final words to me, by the way: Thank you for letting us be a part of your big moment. How nice is that?

Ive been dealing with Leeds and Son since they started in the old Palm Springs Mall 50 years ago. The Customer Service we received from Mom and Dad back then is the same Customer Service they give today (two generations later). Thanks Terry, Rikki and Brett. You mom and dad (grandmother and grandfather) would be so proud if they could see you today.
Scratched watch case during sizing. I hesitate to rate my experience negatively, but am ultimately disappointed that a brand new watch was scratched during a routine sizing.I made multiple visits to the store over the course of a weekend to have a brand new Rolex watch sized. The watchmaker was very knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced during my first couple visits, and I would highly recommend dealing with him (watchmaker) only if you need work done.On the last visit, I requested to have a micro adjustment made on the clasp. A salesman (not the staff watchmaker) took my watch to the work area, and attempted to make the adjustment. I was able to observe the process through the window, and it appeared that he was unfamiliar, or unsuccessful on his first attempt with the sizing tool. The watchmaker arrived a few minutes later, but was working on another watch. The salesman asked the watchmaker for advice on making the adjustment, and was able to complete the process. After receiving the watch back and inspecting outside in the sunlight, I noticed a couple of scratches on the case side that appeared to be caused by a tool, or other metal contact.I hope (assume) that the scratches can be polished out during service, but it is disappointing to deal with this on a gift that was only worn a day before being damaged. Again, the experience with the watchmaker was positive and I would recommend their professional services, but the damage caused by the salesman was a negative experience. This was a significant purchase/gift from my wife, and I would not have expected damage during sizing as this store is an authorized Rolex dealer/service center.
This store is first class all the way. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Leeds and Son is from their TOP NOTCH customer service, to their absolutely stunningly gorgeous and abundant inventory. It just does not get any better when you are looking for the best in fine jewelry. I brought my wedding ring in for repair here yesterday as they are the only ones I would ever trust with it. They had it completely inspected, repaired, cleaned, and looking even better than it did the day I received in on bended knee! I still cant believe they did it so quickly and beautifully. While I was there I could not help myself and bought a beautiful necklace. Being in this store is like being in fantasy land--each piece is more beautiful than the next . They have everything from the biggest rock you have ever seen, and jewels right of the red carpet to something a bit more affordable yet still stunning enough to give you goosebumps when wearing it. And can we talk about the watches? It is Rolex heaven!!! Plus they carry other rare brands and another of my favorites, the Chanel J 12. The staff could not be nicer. They go out of their way and make you feel as if you are their most special customer. Brett takes extra special care of me, and Riki, Christy, Christine, and Jeff are always nice and helpful, but I dont like to talk to them too long, or I know I will walk out of there wearing 6 years salary on my wrist! Ha...... We are so lucky to have Leeds & Son here. I will be back to have my Rolex serviced soon and my jewels regularly inspected. Mike The Jeweler fixed my wifes wedding ring, which was missing a stone. He also checked all other stones and made sure they all where secure. When I received it back it had been polished and looked like new.
Phenomenal service always at Leeds, but a special thank you to gemologist Riakos who meticulously cleaned every tiny nook of my watch at no cost and it is pefect. After two years of everyday wear, it now looks brand sparkling new again!
