Really crappy experience. Walked in with my boyfriend and was excited to show him this line I learned about. Had to walk the salesman through the pitch literally step by step, as in: It does such and such, right? And if you get this then you get that, right? And don’t you have these? And this is good for this, right? Literally had to stop and say, “You know, he’s literally never tried or heard of the product like I have so could you do a full demo please of the products available and how to use them?” Then he says, “Oh! Ok.” 🙄So after I did all the work for him basically, we spend almost $300 for a full setup, so we think, only to get home and realize they didn’t ring up one key item. So I had to return the next day and but it separately and then, if that wasn’t annoying, the item I went back for didn’t fit the razor we had purchased so had to call and order another, more expensive razor since that was the only comparable model that would fit (that didn’t even go smoothly because they had to “check with corporate”).Fast forward 3 days later once they received the wrong item that I shipped back and since they assumed I had the receipt included but didn’t, now they have to research until they find the transaction roughly 10 days later now, just to give me a refund of the item. And all this trouble for a measly $7 discount on the newer more expensive razor that we “had” to buy to fit the rest of the setup we bought...So disappointed with the unappreciative, incompetent staff, including the manager who interrupted me in almost every sentence to insist he’s helping and he just needs this and that and can’t do this without this, a work-week-long “fix” for paying top dollar on a shaving investment. And while I paid a measly $7 less than every other client, I had to deal with this nightmare... by the way, it’s not the actual inconvenience that’s the issue, it’s how they handled it and acted like they’re letting me out of a contract and hooking me up by getting me a compatible setup (for more money in their pocket)....Love the product, don’t try this store if you can help it.
