I cannot recommend Pine to Palms Automotive enough! My son(19) was on a road trim from MN to CA and back, and began having engine trouble in Palm Springs. He lucked upon Pine to Palms, thank goodness, and they made him feel at home, even giving him a ride to the local diner that they enjoy. Unfortunately, the car had some major engine issues, and throughout the process Elizabeth was super great about communicating with me regarding repairs and working with my warranty company to make sure they covered as much as possible. Pines to Palms (and especially Elizabeth) truly excelled and made a terrible situation much less stressful. 100% recommend - do not hesitate to take your car to them for any reason. You will not be sorry. I am truly thankful that we ended up there!

Kenny is the most honest and fair owner I have ever met. I would not take my X1 BMW to anybody else. He is super cool and laughs at my jokes. So he okay in my book. His shop can probably fix an automotive problem that you encounter. The dont make guys like Kenny any more. A real shame.

I unfortunately bought a car from desert auto and 4 days later kaboom. About 4000 worth of work to be done from Subaru dealer written quote, got it done for 1500 less here. I had a major repair done here, air conditioning. Ken was great and saved me hundreds compared to the quotes I received in Orange county. I am going to be moving to Palm Springs soon, and will definitely leave my vehicle in the care of these folks !

They have treated me fairly, and honestly, and kept great communication with service times and updates.Most recently, did a spark plug replacement and injection service on my GMC pickup with 160K miles on it, and the mileage jumped 5 mpg on my next trip! In the 3 1/2 years weve lived in Palm Desert, Palm to Pines is the only auto repair weve used. Ken and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are very fair, and theyve never tried to sell me parts that were not needed. Also, theyre very accurate on when the vehicle will be ready for pick-up.When I need recommendations for services he doesnt provide (ie. auto detailing) Ken made arrangements to deliver and pickup the vehicle from the outside servicer. I have asked for help twice with my Tahoe. The first time it was my battery. Quick diagnosis and treatment. A new battery was installed in a matter of minutes- a NAPA battery with an excellent warranty.Second time was an oil change. I knew I needed new tires bug did not realize the suspension was out of whack. They got md new tires and remedied the suspension.Why did I return? They are polite and honest and gave me great service. I’ll be back

I had a great experience. The customer service was awesome. I made an appointment and when I arrived they asked what I needed. I knew it was a belt or two. They examined the vehicle. I signed off on exactly was was needing done, and was quoted the price before eccepting the work. The price was very fair. I will bring my car back again.

Could never get anybody who could figure out the vibration i was having. palm to Pines was my last resort. They found the A-Arm had the wrong bolt in it. Parts were only $2.00

Our rear window suddenly was stuck in the down position. We were passing through the Palm Springs area and leaving early the next morning. We called several shops in the area. In placing a call to Palms to Pines Automotive we were told to come on in. We were immediately helped, our car diagnosed and reasonably fixed all without an appointment. We were offered a ride to a nearby cafe while we waited and told the part would be ordered and the car would be done by 3:00. The car was ready prior to 3:00 and we were on our way. The owner, Kenneth Williamson runs a friendly, honest business and I would not hesitate to have his shop work on our Acura again. Highly recommended.

Considering to buy a used car but did not want to do so without having it checked out. Called their shop they answered the phone spoke with me and I was able to have the dealership bring the car drop it off & allowed them to do the inspection. It was very, very affordable. They completed the inspection- dealership came back & picked up the car once done. Eceptional customer service received great answers over the phone as well as estimates for needed repairs via email. I absolutely recommend do not ever buy a used car without going through them first! I highly recommend them. Excellent place..excellent service!

Very friendly and accommodating people! Had to make a 7 hour drive to San Francisco and they were able to see my car right away. Gave me frequent updates on the car and the parts wouldn’t come for a few days but they were able to come with another solution to get me on the road.

Definitely the best auto shop in the area. After spending way too much at Jessup, Goodyear and Ramona tires, I am happy to say all my auto needs are met with enthusiasm and attention to detail in an affordable way. This is the best auto repair shop I have been to here in the desert. This is where the locals go for auto repairs and it is clear as you are in the waiting room that just about every customer is a long term repeat customer. I have never felt cheated or being taken advantage of.

What a wonderful place !!!! We were on vacation and my car broke down ... We went to 2different shops that couldnt get us fixed up and back on the road in the 4 days we were staying .... So the tow truck driver took us here !!! How lucky we were !! The whole staff was friendly and made us feel at home ( kinda scary being outa town ) they had Victoria ( such a wonderful lady ) drive us back to our hotel and 2 days later picked us up and got us on our way !!! I live in Orange County and I referred our friends to Palms to Pines after they received a ridiculous estimate for a air bag light repair from the Toyota dealer there on I 10 just months after the dealer had already charged for a repair on the air bag system with the identical code. Not only did the dealer diagnose the air bag problem wrong but my friends had a separate issue with loosing brake fluid and all the dealer did for them was to keep adding fluid.Palms to Pines diagnosed and repaired the air bag light and the brake fluid problem for a third of what the dealer incorrectly diagnosed just the air bag light for.Thanks again

Repair shop thats family owned...owner was very kind...service manager was also nice and knowledgable...although I was quoted a price by owner...who wasnt available when my car was ready...my invoice amount due was twice as much...my alternator belt was squealing on my car...they did lower my amount when I discussed the rate I was given...but still about 50$ more then expected...wasnt told that the belt needed was ordered and on the way so I did wait just a tad bit longer...not a big deal tho...over all Im satisfied with the work performed....husband did bring car back recently due to belt issues...and was recommended for us to return to shop that did previous work...even though previous mechanic said no....I still believe that palms to pines was correct...it was work prior that caused issues not them....cashier inside did make me a tiny bit uncomfortable from mentioning common support group that Im involved with and felt slightly unsure if her views on us may of impacted our service being performed....probably not but it was awkward...I needed exhaust welding and they referred to to a great shop in Indio...i didnt give 5 stars only for small minor reasons....over all they did the job and I probably would return if needed be for future services....thanks again...

We just spent $$$$ on a checkup and the check engine light went on. After only driving 116 miles we were seriously concerned. It shook our faith in the previous mechanics. We checked around and heard good things about Palms to Pines. Sadly, they found transmission oil in our coolant! . Ken the owner was hopeful that the known mexhanic who had done the check up would honor his work and take care of the problem. NOT SO! He denied any responsibility! Ken and his staff corrected the problem and honestly went out of their way to make sure everything was 100%. Thanks Palms to Pine for everything.

Have been taking my cars to Ken and his staff for the last 18 years, for everything from regular maintenance, to diagnosing drive-train power-loss. As far as I am concerned there is no one else in town.

These guys are a fixture in Palm Desert for decades. Worked on my cars AC. The people are great and the price seemed appropriate.
