Kelly is awesome. He went out of his way to come help me. A mouse or some other creature got into the engine compartment and chewed the ignition harness. Kelly repaired things, even going so far as taking some wires we needed from his own motorcycle to get the job done. Top notch!!

I needed a mobile mechanic, my truck has been stored and had two year old tags. Although Kelly is focused on opening his new shop, he agreed to come to me in Indio. Many mechanics have misdiagnosed my Ford Rangers problem. It was eating batteries while stored in my garage. Kelly quickly diagnosed the problem as bad fuel pump. This is an electric pump and was killing batteries prematurely up until it finally quit. Kelly gave me the option of cheaper easy to find aftermarket part, or step up to OEM Ford Motorcraft, a much more difficult part to find. I of course chose the harder to find part. He found one cheaper than I could find, plus obtained a lifetime guarantee. Kelly and his assistant returned to my home a couple days later, and installed new OEM fuel pump. My truck thinks its a kid, wants to go to the desert and throw sand again. Nobody hopes that they will need a mechanic. It sure is a good feeling to know one when you do need him.

These guys run an honest business and provide fantastic service. They took my Wrangler in the same day I called and had it ready and tuned by the same time the next day. Their prices are fair and they truly care about their customers.

I called Desert Mobile Mechanics today, among other shops, for a fleet vehicle solution. This was the only place that was even willing to give me a quote, as opposed to just telling me to come in. The gentleman I spoke with called me back about an hour after I gave him the rundown of our business needs. He gave me some really good solutions, and even gave me some good money saving suggestions. Its rare you find that kind of honesty. Ill definitely be referring anyone looking for car work.

A lifesaver! Our car blew a fuse in the middle of nowhere off the 10 on a very long trip. We were told it could be the alternator at the time and were nervous to drive so we pulled off. All mechanics were closed because it was evening and none were very nearby at all, I came across desert Mobile Mechanics and gave him a call, he offered to drive to us if necessary but ended up chatting through it and decided we could try driving to him, if we broke down he’d meet us and if we didn’t we’d make it to his shop, a win win! It was 10pm when we arrived but he assured us he’d be there. So friendly, so quick, just an all around great experience and we were back on our way within 20 minutes. Thank you so so much! You saved our trip!

Do not go here! Kelly is a Pathetic mechanic. Drinks on the job. Never completes work. Doesnt know how to run his business. He is closed most of his business hours. Does a terrible job at diagnosis of vehicles and tells customers to pay for multiple parts to fix the problem. Nothing ever gets fixed. On top of all of this he screws over his good employees the only people that make him money and then he doesnt pay them and blocks them. Very bad business man. Dont even think Kelly is fit to work at a McDonalds

I highly recommend this place to everyone, by far the best mechanic in the valley, unbeatable prices, and beyond honest people. Definitely will be coming back here, don’t waste your money anywhere else.

The gentleman that helped us saved us. We were on our way to AZ to go home and he managed to squeeze us in and help us out. We would not have been able to get home without him. No one else was open on a sunday late afternoon. On a side note, his hospitality was great as well. Desert mobile was the answer to our prayers

Best experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. A different mechanic shop had quoted me at more than double the price I ended up paying with Desert Mobile Mechanics. Luckily my wife found the number for Desert Mobile Mechanics, they were able to fix my vehicle quickly and at an awesome price. Bottom line great prices and quality work.

I found this place online looking for someone to replace a radiator support for my car and saw he had good reviews which is why I went to him first, the pricing is fair and you do get what you pay for and with this guy its great! He managed to get my part changed pretty quickly, kept me updated on pictures and texting which is what I like! Will definitely have him as my main and only mechanic, you should also take your vehicles here as well if they need fixing! Rate 5 of 5 stars, If I could it would be 6!

Kelly is the man. Knew immediately via phone that it was a recall part that was just a few bucks relatively speaking. Relative to replacing a whole transmission. He was honest. Came at 9 pm. Went to the parts store. Came back at 930. Couldn’t get the part but tried. Then returned early enough with the part to fix it so I can get to work... all under the same fee for the same diagnosisThat is service you can only pray for or dream of. I’d suggest him always.

I tried to call several times and no one picked up. Im just trying to get a quote but Im guessing you didnt want my business. I called one last time and the guy who answered was very rude and unprofessional. I recommend not going here, I want to see how he acts face to face with people. So unprofessional!

I got a quick diagnosis on my 1998 volvo s70. But the telephone number doesnt work now and I cant send a text to make arrangements for pick up tomorrow for my volvo. July 23rd .

I have tried calling multiple times. And when he did answer, he was not nice at all. No customer service what so ever. I asked if he could fix something on my car, so I brought it in and he took forever to finish it. Also wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for something small. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I cant give enough stars!We had been driving from Northern California since 3 AM, we finally reached Chiriaco Summit at 4 PM on our way to Phoenix. Stopped for a quick bathroom break, and my husband discovered that we had a broken valve stem on our tire.We contacted Kelly at Desert Mobile Mechanics and he arrived within 45 minutes. My husband and Kelly had the tire de-beaded, Kelly promptly installed a new valve stem, inflated the tire, leak checked it, and got the tire back on the truck, which got us back on the road within 30 minutes of his arrival!Again, highly recommend! This is definitely the place to call!
