Ive had GE Monogram Expert fix my washer & dryer on 4 separate occasions in the last few years and will happily call them again whenever something breaks. Everyone Ive ever spoken to at the company has been friendly and helpful. Callbacks have been prompt and appointments are scheduled in a timely manner (anywhere from same-day to 3 days). The service technician has always been professional and competent - accurately diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Ive been lucky in that they have always had the necessary part with them. My 13 yo Amana dryers heating unit died. Stewart was punctual, diagnosed the problem, called for the part, obtained it, and installed it. He cleaned up after the job. I recently moved and just as the major problem areas were fixed and the house livable the Kitchenmaid fridge started dripping ice water onto the newly sanded floor. I called GE Monogram Expert and John came to the rescue. He knew immediately what the problem was, (a clogged drain line which caused a big build-up of ice), and had it fixed in no time. It was a lot of work and he informed me of all the steps he was taking. I was most impressed, would call him again and recommend him highly to anyone, hence my five-star review.
