I have been doing business with location for over a decade and this is the first time I have been treated so disrespectful. The two young ladies has no business dealing with the public the smart remarks was unnecessary especially when you made a mistake. Where I from an apology goes a long way. Thousands of dollars each year I have found no reason in the past to shop elsewhere but I will next time trust this isn’t the first time and won’t be their last. They showed no hesitation in rolling their eyes like I was bothering them. Sorry I thought it was their jobs they wore the staples uniform what was I thinking to expect some courtesy especially when I didn’t receive clearly what I paid for.

I have shopped at this store for over 10 years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful--I feel I get personal service.I have taken several books to the copy center to get converted to spiral bound, and theyve done an excellent job. A couple of the books had very narrow margins, but none of the text was chopped off--the work was done with precision.I highly recommend this store.

If you have design and/or printing needs, this is definitely the place to go. They designed and produced our CD covers in record time and the end product is BEAUTIFUL! Emily is an absolute star..... she followed up with telephone calls and emails through the entire process until the end with very prompt responses. EXCELLENT PRINT SHOP SUPER EMPLOYEESWe used the Staples print shop for campaign flyers on three occasions this month. They really do good work and their copies are sharp. Pick up is same day or next day so no long waits. Special thanks to Kelly, Emily, and Cristina for all of their help and superior knowledge. They work hard to please the customer. My flyers were perfect! If i dont get re-elected I will be back next year for more. :)

Bad customer service.I had a bad experience with one of the managers. I have done customer service training, and he achieved a questionable victory, it is known as winning the battle and losing the customer for life. I returned sealed unused product that was in perfect condition and actually not very expensive. I did not have a receipt because my Dad had bought it, and he died. It was however product currently sold, that was made by Staples, so there was no question that it was their product. The manager told me that at some point, that product had been sold as two for one, buy one, get one free, so I thought, fair enough, Ill return it at half price. He then proceeded to tell me he had to get my information to process the return. He kept me there for a long time while he took down my driving license, name, address, phone number etc, and put all the information in his computer. After all that he told me that he had to assume that two had been paid for, and that these were the two free ones, therefore the refund was zero. I have never heard such a crock. He wasted my time so he could flag me. Well, he won, cos he could, but he lost my business for life.

Ive always had great experiences with this location as everything is where they should be and the prices are very reasonable. Their back to school sales are really good and their overall prices are fantastic. It’s always been my one stop shop for my office supplier and just things I need around the house also. There are normally no long lines so its a quick In and out transaction and the customer service is always great. Staples is always the place for professional, clean and productive staff and stores. I highly recommend you visit here which searching for school and office supplies.

Eric Walchli met us at the door. He showed us printers and helped us decide what we actually needed, instead of just trying to sell us something more than we needed. He was very honest and very helpful, very knowledgeable and very thorough in his assistance. Thanks to Eric, we ended up getting a printer very similar to what we have now, an inkjet and not a laser, and we were able to go down the road and buy it for $10 cheaper than BJs. I think Eric knew we might be doing that and still did not hesitate in assisting us with all of our questions and concerns. Eric expressed some limitations to Laser Printers that I bet most people arent aware of and may keep them from buying a laser printer. I wholeheartedly thank and recommend Eric to Staples customers - he is the kind of customer service professional that you want handling your technological needs

Staples is the best place in my opinion for electronics, Ive purchased quite a few pcs, laptops, etc. there, Babcock and Palm Bay Rd. Staff members are always helpful and take their time answering questions and making suggestions.

My elderly father went in to print something out. They charge by the minute to use their computers. While he was looking for help, the counter kept going. In spite of the fact that he clearly didnt know what he was doing, the total cost came to over $10 to print one page! Shame.

Fast service. I put in an order for completion certificates and they were ready a day a head of schedule.

Quick and correct what else does a small biz want

Justin in the printing department helped me out with everything I needed. He thoroughly explained the pricing and printing options, printed me a sample, and when I didnt like it, found a better option of paper. He was patient even though I had no idea what I wanted and there where several other customers to be waited on. He took care of eveyone, myself included, with a smile. Thanks Justin!

Bad customer service. I went there to make copies; the girl at the service desk gave me a dirty look before trying to help me . I left and went somewhere else.

Nash was really at answering our questions and knew exactly want we wanted, give that man a raise and position

Staff was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.

I do see a future for Staples as well as Office Depot, but I do think they should innovate a bit more to draw customers in store and online.
