Went to look at Honda CRVs and found a great one just off lease with very low miles. It seemed that almost all the vehicles there (used) were in great shape and one could be confident purchasing almost any of them. We traded in our Civic and got a great deal that we were happy with. Ken the salesman was very knowledgeable, responsive to our needs and was a fair negotiator.
As a 60 year old I have dealt with a lot of dealerships after buying a new car. SE Honda is toed so far after 2 visits with my all time favorite Saturn. Both times they have my car serviced faster than promised (most are the opposite) and are available to respond to questions during the wait time.
Easy, no wait check-in. Expected minimum 3hr to complete scheduled service- pleasantly surprised everything was finished & on my way in only 1 1/2hrs!

Terrible experience. I took my car in because my AC is blowing hot air. My condenser is under an extended 10 year warranty because of the known leaks they have so i have them visually inspect the condenser on the terms of that warranty. They take it back for an hour and tell me they did not see any leaks in the condenser and told me the system is blowing at 40° and working like normal. The evacuation and recharge costs $310 so understandably i dont want to do one especially because their definition of normal is twisted and shady AF. I just cant win with Honda dealerships. I guess ill just have to contact a lemon lawyer and get compensated. Honda cannot and will not help me. They dont care. Its not their loss.

Called road side assistance, 1st guy never showed up. The second 50 minutes later . I called my insurance company, they were there with in 25 minutes.

I got told to come look at a car and when I got there I got yelled out of the office and humiliated ... Im finished with Southeastern Honda giving my business to Nissan of Melbourne

Friendly, courteous, and easy to make an appointment. Wait times are a killer. Like a major bummer. Like a severe migraine and there is a kid on drums, severe wait time. Oil change to a new tire etc etc seems to be the same.
Came in for a recall fix and they helped me quickly and kindly. Very efficiant system they have here. Everyone is very kind. Great customer service. Free coffee, snacks, and drinks.
I spoke with a salesman named Bob. He was very handsome and a very nice man. He can grind my valves anytime.
