Sold me an SUV with a known low oil pressure warning issue that was supposedly corrected, but still had same issue. I took my Vehicle thats under warranty in for service, they kept it for three weeks, indicated issue was fixed, and it still has same issue.Update to my recent post! Dealers Customer relations representative contacted me and promised to work with me towards resolving the issue with my SUV. She graciously offered to provide me a loaner vehicle while they work on servicing my SUV, and would contact me again to set it up. I am a repeat customer and was always treated well by their sales team and service department in the past, and would like that customer/dealer relationship to continue moving forward.

Service Associates were efficient and handled fixing my cars recall very well. However, I had to wait 1hour!!! To get a shuttle back to my house, which is 3 miles away. Scheduling has to be improved, since they do not allow courtesy cars anymore.

Terribly buying experience in March 2021 with our 2018 Ford Explorer. Finance department is a joke- especially Josh and Mark. At the time they did not honor the military discount for me nor the “double your stimulus” down payment. Bullied us into signing papers because we were there late after letting them know exactly what we were willing to do and not do (as far as down payment and financing). Will not buy from this dealership again. By OUR choice- All of our services on the SUV goes to Kelly Ford and not them bc I like how they treat us. Had to reach out to a finance manager in Daytona (sister company) to get ahold of PB location for them to call us back after avoiding us when they couldn’t give us a definitive answer if FORD MOTOR was financing us or not after telling us we could drive the Explorer home.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with respect by Zach. He was great! We spoke for a bit and he asked us what we were looking for. He brought around a couple of vehicles that met our criteria, so we didn’t have to walk around the lot in 90 degree temperatures. Zach was not at all pushy.Once we decided on a vehicle, Zach started the process and made it simple and seamless. Everyone else we came in contact with were equally awesome. From Ricky, getting the deal together, to Chris from the insurance area, who was amazing!! Chris saved us a lot of money on insurance, he was excellent!!!Last, but not least was Nickoli in the Finance department, who was great and got us a great warranty. Very bad communication, I make a appointment to fix my Ford Explorer sit leave it there 9am, they didn’t call me or letting me know nothing about my car. At 4pm I call them to check if they fix it or not or what the problem was they didn’t even touch my car in the whole day and informed me that I have to leave my car till next day so they can run a check up. So why even make a appointment in the first place it was a waste of my time. It was my first time and my last I will never return to this business. I spoke with Jason Faler please don’t make appointments if you don’t have enough employees stop waisted people time.

Last week I updated my review for this establishment to share how my experience went from great to terrible.Despite my bad experience, I called the dealership today asking for my spare key that was promised to me when I first bought the car back in October. I hadn’t heard back from them and decided to call and ask for it again. Upon learning that I had left a review of my poor experience, sales manager Matthew Turnmeyer, attempted to blackmail me into deleting the review in order to be given my key. This place continues to disappoint me and it is remarkable how they thought this tactic was a good idea. Provide better customer service and perhaps then will I have positive feedback for this dealership.

We have a month long trip planned and needed to get in for service quickly to resolve issues for a safe trip.. Customer support provided by Chris was timely and very professional. Technical service was performed by a very qualified and knowledgeable tech who took the time to speak with me and answer questions. Highly dissatisfied, the whole experience from the parts I ordered not showing up on dates I was told to having to make multiple trips back and forth to the dealership made it stressful, not to mention the over priced parts and extra high labor costs make the over all experience just that much worse. I only gave 1 star because the post made me pick 1-5 star but if it didnt I would have picked no stars. Sadly the only good thing I can say is I hope they keep the lady I dealt with around because she was actually nice to talk and deal with. I own more then 1 Ford vehicle and can say with honesty, I will not be taking any of them back to this dealership, Ill stick to my mechanic and take the lesson learned to not give a dealership service / repair a chance.

I truly appreciate the attentive service coordinator and the technician that repaired our vehicle quickly and efficiently.We came off of the interstate with a loud noise coming from the front of our 2012 Jeep. I was pretty much forced to use this dealership when my car broke down while I was on a trip and it was towed here since it was the closest dealership to me. Since my car was basically totaled I need a new one. The salesman was very nice we worked out a deal on a car however I was an hour away so I basically picked my car online they told me it was “new”, but it had been used as a loaner and it had 1200 miles on it so when I went to pick it up and it had 4000 miles on it I was very upset. Also the inside was covered in pollen . Someone from the dealership called me and offered to give me a free detail of my car because of all of this. Now fast forward six months later I am driving home from work and run over a nail and get a flat, imagine my surprise when I check the back and there is no spare tire. So now I have to get my car towed on top of buying a new tire. Long story short I would avoid this dealership they are very dishonest and will say whatever it takes to close a deal.

Went in there for a car wash today and was glad to hear that Steve is no longer the service manager. I’ve been in there a few times prior and have personally seen him yelling at his employees and belittling them. Not someone who is fit for management at all. I can guarantee that place probably lost a few good employees because of his actions. I know I wouldn’t want to work under him! It’s a shame it took them this long to take action. It would take too long to explain the level of incompetence with this place. Let’s just say a new 2018 Platinum Explorer has been here for over three months over the first 2.5 years of ownership and the vehicle basically was never driven during one year with COVID.Today I had three issues, oil change, fix a specific sensor which I told them before the specific sensor needing replaced and was told they had the parts, and the roof rack I tried to install last week I couldn’t because the rails were already rusted.After having the vehicle all day they accomplished none of the three. No idea how they failed to change the oil as well but sure enough they did. I guess it takes multiple trips and days for an oil change as well. 🤦‍♂️

To begin with, I am not a disgruntled customer, just a very disappointed customer. We recently had a very poor experience with the service department in which I was treated with great disrespect by the service writer. The experience during our recent scheduled service for our Mustang included a false statement on our paperwork that we declined a service which in fact was the core of the issue that they specifically accomplish. I do appreciate the GMs response to our issue and his understanding that the service department is in need of improvement, but their failure to understand the lack of integrity to formally document a complete false statement by their service writer was most disappointing. As a direct result, we cancelled our pending $65k purchase of a Ford F-150. As a reminder to any dealership, you can have the highest rated sales department, but if the service department does not take care of the customer, we will not return. My sincerest apologies to Robert as he truly deserved our sale.

I recently purchased a brand new car here. And took it back to have the tinting and leather seats done. Also home link.But when I picked it up the car had scratches on it the inside was dirty.Also only had less than 30 miles on it.But when I got it back it had over 200.I had to take it back there so they could fix the scratches. Dave Pariso and Matthew Turnmeyer we’re excellent to deal with start to finish. I found an F-150 I wanted online and from Naples Fl was able to negotiate a great deal with their help. I drove over today tor the dealership on Palm Bay Fl (3 1/2 hour trip) and was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the dealership. Dave went out of his way to ensure Iwas happy with the vehicle. The finance person (my fault I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous. He worked to get me a lower rate than my credit union. Worth the drive, I have a Ford dealership in Naples 2 miles from me and I will drive again to Palm Bay Ford when I need another vehicle. That was even waiting on a part to be ordered. Cheyenne J was always available when/if I had any questions concerning the situation of my vehicle.
