An awesome employee in the automotive center help me out with an oil issue on a rainy Friday night at closing time. I have forgotten his name but he was my hero and needs to be recognized.

If I could rate a zero I would. Spent 2 hours waiting for an oil change. Went and checked out (had other items too) I was in a hurry with two littles with me. Never paid any mind to the total. Next morning was looking at the receipt to see what I was charged and found out they didnt charge me for the oil change. Went to the car to see if I could tell if they actually did a change just to find out that they left my oil cap off and the engine cover. Went up to the store to find out what the heck was going on. Man said oh we didnt change your oil. Oh but they didnt bother to tell me either. Started raising a fuss as nobody at the counter seemed to care how my car was left. Manager came around but she was no help and a lady behind the counter kept running her mouth. Of course I ran mine too. Manager told me to leave so I did. Went home called up to the store to talk to the actual store manager. He handled the situation much better. I ended up going to Gattos to get my oil changed and the store manager covered the bill. All in all it came out okay but that lady behind the counter and the person that did NOT change my oil shouldve been fired.

Malabar Road location is much friendlier and flexible than the WM tire center I used to go to. Took very good care of my van and were pretty quick too.

The sales rep recommended a slightly higher price but explained clearly why it was the better option for our vehicle, and still within our budget.There was no pressure, the tires sold themselves, and I was happy the sales rep made his recommendation.

They are all very good at oil changes and are very efficient. We love to go shopping while the car is getting an oil change.

They say they open at 7 am but doors didnt open till 7:30, Management for AUTOMOTIVE DEPARTMENT did schedule anyone for the counter, The Techs had to step in and write the Service contract AND DO THE JOB ON THE CARS. GREAT JOB TO THE Techs and shame on the Manager for dropping the ball on a Saturday morning.This post is directed to the Automotive Manager NOT THE Technicians. I have been a customer of Walmart Malabar Rd Palm Bay Auto center for several years. Last Sat I arrived at 6:55am to get an oil change. I was 3rd to arrive. They were to open at 7 but did not. I went into the service bay and asked 2 techs if they were opening. The techs were not aware there was no one at the counter to open. They searched for a manager and did not find one and opened themselves at 7:30 and checked in 6 + customers themselves. Still no manager or asst manager to help. They had to pull an associate from another dept to help. None of them had access to the register. They worked together to get everyone checked in but being 3rd in line, I wasnt checked in until 7:45. While waiting prior to entry, I called to speak to a manager to complain about them not opening but instead got a Team lead but by that time the Techs opened the doors. After speaking to the TL on the phone and being checked in, I went to the service desk and asked to see the store manager. Instead of a manager, they sent the TL I spoke with on the phone. She seemed concerned and wrote down my concerns. Dont know if it went anywhere. Bottom line, My basic oil change was complete at 9:30ish (2.5 hrs after I arrived) and due to continued staff shortage, I didnt pay and get my car until almost 10:30 (another hour). I never got to speak with a manager of any kind. I posted a survey online with permission for a manager to contact me and nothing to date. To make matters worse. When I got home that same day, my rim had a major scratch and a gouge in my tire side wall. I know it wasnt there prior because I detailed my car the evening before and my rim was fine. A tech must have dropped something and no word said. Being the Auto center managers do not care for my concerns or to offer an apology, I will continue to shop at this Walmart but I will travel to get my veh serviced by another store.

Super friendly staff at the Auto Center. TIP: Weekdays offer significantly lower wait times at this location.

This walmart automotive was fast friendly and best price anywhere in town on a set of new tires. Cindy my specialist was awesome?!!

The store had what I was looking for. I did find the motor oil a bit pricey!

Very bad!!! The old man on the front desk called my for pick up my car rotation balance service because is ready.... he gave me the key and NEVER TOLD ME THEY COULDNT ROTATE THE TIRE because one is bad....I discovered myself and when I ask to him, he said...I had costumers that is why...I dont say anything....what?!!!But They called me: sur your car is ready!!!! But this disrespectful man just say: I had people with me....they should call and then I can pay for the tire but this man was very disrespectful.

Over it when I get here to do the shopping there out of stock half the time, mangers not following up on there ording- the parking is Atrocious the site in the fire lain or park in the middle of the road no doses anything about, or they speed throw, almost got Hite

I was an hour late for my appointment and they still worked me into their schedule. It only took about an hour of waiting for them to change and rotate all of my tires.

Quad tires there about a year-and-a-half ago before they pandemic I got a nail in a tire they couldnt fix it a prorated it got a brand new tire for $12.59 I think thats great engaged I think Ill always buy tire at Walmart

I came here with my daughters on a heavy rainy evening slipping and sliding all over the road with the tires I bought from Walmart and the warranty thank you to the lady that helped me and get me back on the road. FYI I love the purple

I was here getting 1 new tire for my car. The ladies working behind the counter and Charles were very nice and helpful however, when I politely asked if they could price match their own online price for the tire, the manager, Robert, treated me very poorly. He was very sarcastic and basically treated me like I was stupid and didn’t know anything, which I did not appreciate. Then when I came back to pay for the service, right in front of me, he told the young lady ringing me up to make sure to charge me for everything (disposal fee, balance, etc.) Which confused me, because I would expect to pay for everything anyway. I did not appreciate the way I was treated by Robert. But I do very much appreciate Charles and the women behind the counter for remaining friendly under such a poor manager.

It was great that I was able to get a tire change in one day. Having patience with the clerks its a must.

I spent ten minutes trying to come up with an adjective strong enough to express my thoughts on the negative experience I had. I called ahead and was told that an oil change should take 20-30 minutes and that there were currently 0 cars in the service bays. When I arrived 15 minutes later there were two cars in line, but I was again assured 20-30 minutes. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER I am still sitting here waiting for my car, yet I have counted 9 cars, 9!!! That have come and been finished since I got here. Again, I got nothing but A FLIPPING OIL CHANGE. This place is beyond loathsome

Best price on a battery for my car with a 5 year replacement warranty. Save me more than $50. No charge to put it in. Immediate service and fast. I do not like shopping at Walmart, but I will continue as an Auto Care customer.

Would have been 5 stars, but dude @ counter didnt write down instructions about the spare being on the car with the flat in the trunk. they ended up replacing 5 tires instead of 4 because of that guys negligence and made me wait another 35 min for them to fix it. the techs were great, price was right for cheapo tires.

I was very pleased. I did not have an appt., but I had gone in with a tire emergency and they were able to take care of the problem right away. Also, they only did what needed to be done without trying to sell me something more expensive and that I did not need. That means alit to me.

I bought two a new tires a month ago for the font of my car and seen a indent on the side of my tire. When I asked about it I was told its okay. 😔 I feel it should have been replaced. And I bought two for the back. Hopefully they will be okay.

The new automotive set-up takes some getting used too.Seems to be new staff in this department whom have difficulty working at a moderate pace.

I made the appointment 2 days ago to have my tires changed the salesperson help me make the decision to which of the tires I needed and this morning when I got there he checked me in got me to the front of the line and within 45 minutes I was done and on my way very very happy with the service the quickness of the service and on my way home I could even tell the way my car was driving it was much better thank you thank you thank you.

Bought 2 new trailer tires for my boat. Had 2 flats in 2 weeks. Was told sorry there is no warranty on trailer tires Manager described all the hazards of trailer sway and such and I was like yeah but the tires you replaced looked like they were 10 years old. Bottom line is I am out 209 dollars. Will never buy tires from Walmart again.

Theyre always swamped, but they are genuinely good people and always are helpful as quick as they can. Never leave unhappy.

Went for tire balancing whats totally beat two and a half hours to get it in I was out in 3 and 1/2 hours all the staff was very professional and courteous I would highly recommend it for anyone

Tire center was very busy but only one associate was working behind the counter. I would recommend making a reservation instead of just showing up.

Went in for a tire patch. Picked up the tire. They were nice enough to let me use their tire pressure gauge. The tire was at 30psi (max 44) I asked if they can fill it up more. The old mechanic in the back got upset and said “I’ll do it ONLY till 35 and that’s it”. Went to fill it more came back with the tire and said “here” and walked into the auto section of Walmart. His customer service was terrible and lack of care for his work. Makes me wonder if the patch is going to hold. If you read some other reviews that mention an older gentleman I think I had the same older gentleman that they had.

I went for 2 tires and an oul change. They drained my transmission fluid and than poured transmission fluid in my rear differential, so my transmission fluid was still empty. My vehicle would not move out of the bay after they drove it in and out times because the first time the drive it in and did the tires than back out. I noticed that they did not do the oil change so they drive it back in, and from there is wouldnt nice.In had to have my sons dad help me and he put in 4 quarts of transmission fluid. Since thus all happened Ive had to put in another 4 quarts.They messed up and failed to admit that they pulled the wrong plug, tried to cover it by putting the wrong fluid in the wrong location.If you dont know what your doing RESEARCH it first!!

Slow as molasses in the winter

They told me they couldnt take anymore cars when i was there at 5 pm and they closed at 7pm. I had my wife call them and see if she would get a different response and they told her the were too busy, as I watched the tire center guys socializing and no cars in the bays. I called management and they told me that they closed an hour early even though there was nothing postes, if you need tires I recommend you go to the local shops that care more about your business

Tried to get a $40 oil change at 5:00 PM and they would not do it. THEY CLOSE AT 7PM and there’s only ONE car in the garage. I’m extremely upset. I don’t get out of work till 4:30 and I came straight here to get told they can’t do my oil WHEN ITS 5:00 PM and they close at 7:00 PM.

Some service are reasonable some arent. Like the fact that you can shop while they repair and they call you when its finished

Waited an hour for my car to get an oil change and rotation. No big deal except my husband and I also had our small child with us. By the end if the hour it was raining and she needed to be changed when I saw an older man who does maintenance on the cars with lighter colored hair named Tim come with my car my husband went to get in the long line to pay when I asked him for the keys or to at least unlock my doors so I could put the groceries in the car and take care of my child, he gave me a dirty look and said paperwork not do you have your paperwork please or any form of an intellent sentence just paperwork. I said and pointed to my husband who acknowledged my pointing to him that he was in line and Tim responded with Im not giving you your keys until I get paperwork and stormed off. I honestly just wanted him to unlock the door so I could do as previously stated and I get not giving away keys before paying which I didnt want i just wanted him to hit unlock but customer service and politeness will bring me back not rude a hole behavior. Shame on you Tim for representing Wal-Mart in such a negative way. Wont be back with my business because of him.. all it takes is one person to turn multiple others away keep that in mind.

I bought a set of Dextero tires rated at 50,000 miles and they lasted about 12,000 miles. I went to have them rotated and was told they are too bald and that I had an alignment problem... alignment does not cause 50k tires to go bald after 12k mikes. Top that with extremely poor customer service and this place sucks.

The red head is trash and garbage and does NOT belong in an auto center.
