Came here to get a new battery for my watch. I noticed later that evening that none of the buttons were working to change the date, month, etc. Brought it back and they got it working as best that they could for no extra charge. Would recommend.

I went to Monson Jewelers to have my engagement ring re-made after I had sadly lost it. I was devastated to lose the ring, and I wanted an almost exact replica. Tim was great to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and was willing to work with me until the ring was just right. Every Christmas, my dad and I go to Tims store to buy jewelry for my mom. This has became a tradition in my family and I cherish it every year. Monson Jewelers came highly recommended from one of my sons teammates who bought an engagement ring from Tim and had such a great experience. I couldnt agree more. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Tim and one of his employees. Tim carefully explained everything about doing a custom piece and once he had exact pricing and a rendering and approval from me, the piece would go into production. 10 days later I had a piece that had both of my grandmothers diamonds in it as well as those my husband gave me. It turned out even better than expected. I will cherish it forever. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive! If I could give more stars, I would!

My teenage daughter worked for Tim during high school. Tim is wonderful to both his employees and customers. I purchased numerous pieces from him and have been very pleased. He is very fair and honest. Would totally recommend this store.

I will never go here again. I went to monson jewlers to get my silver ring sized down. When I got it back it was clear that they had stolen silver off my ring. When I got it back it was 50% thinner than when I had brought it in. It then began to stain my finger, so they clearly used some sort of alloy to cut down on the cost. Then when I took it back for the finger staining issue, they said they would fix it. When I came back the second time to pick it up, the ring was once again even thinner. And I was told, your ring will probably break because it is so thin. Once that happens just bring it back and we will do it again(at cost obviously). So a week went by and my silver ring snapped in half while riding my bike. I went to a different jeweler and they fixed it at a 10% discount of what monson did it for. Moral of the story, go any where else, and I am sure better work will be done for you.

The man working was extremely condescending and aggressive upon entrance. Kept reaching out and touching my arm softly and was apparently more worried about me making a claim against him before even talking sizing or price. Couldnt even give me a price right away for a simple sizing (he said hed need 3 hours to know) then tried to add on extra work to a piece that absolutely did not need it just so he couldnt be blamed for damage after he sized the ring? Took it to a super nearby competitor....they told me the price immediately, smirked at the repairs suggested (confirming my suspicions on Monson just upsaling or having problems working on antique jewelry in the past) and will have it done in less time....all without treating me like he was doing me a huge favor or worrying I was going to rob him after completion. 10/10 steer clear of this place if you value your jewelry and dignity.
