Great quality frames. I worked with Jason and he was the best. He would always give me updates. Although, each time i called, the woman working there are snarky on the phone and never know the answer to anything which is frustrating. They need to work on the customer service over the phone there. Other than that, great products and unexpected quick arrival for the product as well.

I originally reached out to someone in Glenview location (when it was still around) regarding a kitchen design and the guy who worked there was very rude, condescending and wouldnt work with me because he didnt like my budget. After few months and going thru different kitchen design places, I decided to give Studio41 another chance. I reached out to the main store on Pulaski in Chicago. I spoke with a nice lady who directed me to Joanna at Palatine location.I schedule a consultation & send Joanna all the designs ahead of our consultation as I really wanted someones expertise with the design. She was absolutely amazing. I felt like it was a first person who actually wanted to work with me regarding of my budget. She was super nice, very responsive, offered her design knowledge and spend hours upon hours working thru my crazy ideas and changes. She was very patient and understanding. She answered my text messages after hours and even during weekends which I feel bad about bugging her after hours.She really listed to me when I was telling her I want a practical kitchen. Her designs were spot on. The most I was impressed on was her professionalism and fast responses. You can tell she truly loves what she does.We ultimately decided to go with Ultracraft Cabinets. Even though we had many hiccups with the factory quality and delivery delay issues mainly due to Covid pandemic, we are so extremely happy and thankful to Joanna for working with us. We are definitely coming back to her for bathroom vanities later this year! I definitely recommend Joanna for any designs.

We are currently in the process of remodeling our kitchen and decided to go with Studio41. I am amazed as to how professional and tasteful Joanna S was in helping us accomplish our dream kitchen! She truly knows what you need and how to make to make the most use of your space. During the process, she was there to answer every question we had as well as make recommendations on details such as panels or molding that ended up making the kitchen look grand! I completely recommend Studio41 for all your kitchen and bath needs. We cannot wait to begin using our new gourmet looking kitchen that was very affordable!

I stopped by the Palatine location to check out kitchen cabinets. I really liked the color and style of one of the kitchens on display and wanted to get a design and a quote. Spoke to a consultant and they gave me a sheet to draw the layout and dimensions of my space and asked me to send it to them so they can start the design. I sent the drawing the day after but did not get a response for 4 days so I emailed the consultant to check-in. They replied they would get back to me in a couple of days. Two weeks and an ignored check-in email later I still have not heard from them. If their communication attitude is like this when they are supposed to win your business I can not imagine what it would be if you purchase something from them and there are issues with it. Anyway, now I know theyre not even worth considering.

We did our master bath and Agnes was our designer. She was very knowledgeable and helped design the style, color and even tile of our entire bathroom.

I have order kitchen back in January still haven’t recovered. Seals person Joanna was nice until I made payment and then Terrible customer service. She also order wrong pieces so I still don’t have my kitchen I order back in January and now it’s August I try talking to the manager Tarence they are just ignoring me and now they have it all pieces but I’m still waiting for a delivery. I tried corporate but nobody’s answering so please consider my review before you buying your kitchen over there it’s it’s a really headache !!!!!

Beautiful showroom. Huge selection. Truly had a wonderful experience working with Agnes. She helped me select and design my bathroom and cabinets. Her advice and expertise was very helpful. She was extremely kind and precise in calling me back. I highly recommend Studio 41 and Agnes as a designer.

Large selection but delays with orders arriving. We waited, delay, then another delay, etc... Had to change to another product. Have issues with a couple of the items we purchased. Getting them to help isnt easy. I finally gave up and am going through the manufacturer. For the price you pay at this store I would have expected better service. Just found out they sold me the wrong part for our shower. Too bad it is for a part that is behind the tile. I lowered rating from a two start to a 1 star. I will never use them again.

Not only does the showroom have all the latest and greatest products on display, but the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I absolutely loved working with Joanna S. Joanna went the extra mile to ensure we got everything we needed in a timely manner while also utilizing her extensive design expertise to guide our choices. I was introduced to a salesperson by the name of Joanna Szafraniec, who listened to all of my ideas of what I was looking for, was very patient, extremely professional, and knew every single line of product in the store! I originally went in with an idea of a layout for my kitchen that is quite large, and she offered amazing ideas to redesign it and made it much more functional. She has exceptional talent for detail and made the entire process a very easy one. I would encourage anyone looking to design a kitchen or bath, trying to match those selections with plumbing fixtures, and keep this all within your budget, to consider Joanna Szafraniec as your Salesperson and Designer! She always responded to my calls quickly and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with all my selections, and did not quit working until everything was delivered. Martin, and his crew did a Great job installing our new windows . They took precautions to make sure our floors and carpets were protected during the install. Took time to answer our questions and were polite. CLEANED UP JOB SITE !!!! Excellent Work ..

Stunningly beautiful bathroom and kitchen decor. Spacious showroom with conventional and unique model bathroom and kitchen displays. Amazing technology and and overwhelming number of options to look through. I had to leave the kitchen displays because they made me want to remodel my kitchen and I only went there to look at faucets.

The building signage appropriately highlights Kolher. They have extensive bath displays, with many sample tubs & vanities. I was very disappointed as I was looking for kitchen displays, especially countertops. I found the kitchen displays at Home Depot more useful.

Placed an order with this company is online and was very misled. The website said there would be free shipping, in fact there was a $75 shipping charge for a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. On top of that they tried to add on a very expensive drain assembly. I suggest ordering elsewhere
