Very hard working individuals in this store .We broke down outside of Las Vegas and found this as the closest parts store around, car was over heating . Lights where dimming . We made it there and we didnt even know what to do . So Erik came out and looked under the hood and in 5 seconds he seen the problem and asked us to come in and get out of the heat for a minute . He asked the year and make and I still didnt know what the problem was . He went behind the counter and got us a belt, I guess it snapped and we didnt hear it . I asked him how hard is it to put on . He printed me some instructions and said he had some tools I could use and rented me a belt tool . I followed the instructions and in 20 minutes I had the belt on and felt like I knew what I was doing . Started the car and it started and the temperature started going right down . He said let it idle for a few minutes and we should be good . Made it all the way home after that to to Idaho. Thanks Erik ..

These folks are On the Ball! They are very Professional, kind, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. And, never have an ill demeanor nor disposition. Unlike some other businesses in Pahrump, like Accurate Auto Tint, or MasterTech. Those guys are jerks!

Sometimes I get someone who is very knowledgeable and helpful and goes the extra step to look things up to make sure what Im asking for is what I need.Other times I end up with someone who does the bare minimum and are not helpful and cant be bothered to look things up.I never know which service I will get.

Had my in cabin air filter at a reasonable price. They could use more help at the counter.

Went in to purchase a new battery for my car. The woman asked what kind in which I told her I wasnt sure. So instead of offering to check she proceeded to keep naming things off. When I went to go check myself she went to help another customer and make me wait over ten minutes for her to finish. She dissapeared in the back and I left.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the worker Trra. Another woman there I did not get a name short tiny women was very disrespectful and rude. I was about to walk out when Tera approach me and gave me the hope that I needed. She made sure I had all the correct tools and all the correct equipment and parts and even somehow convince me to buy additional backup supplies. If youre going into AutoZone make sure to ask for Tera as she went above and beyond her duties and helped me with great efficiency. It is because of workers like Tera that I continued and return to businesses.

The staff is terrible. To be fair thats most Auto Zones. Also please try stocking your selfs. Its not always the customers duty to order fuses that should be right on the self. This location does not even try. You are by law allowed to bring in 5 gallons of oil at a time to recycle. no mention of size of container what so ever. The GRAY shirt that works hear is always hassling me because I bring in the max allowed. He always acts like he cant take it because its a big container. I remind him of the law and he finally accepts but alway tells me if I dont bring my oil in smaller containers they may not accept it. Ha! I remind him of the law and that he works for Auto Zone and no where is it in writing that I must bring my 5 gal. Of oil to be recycled In multiple containers not even in Auto Zones oil recycling policy . Stay woke people you have rights and they may not like to recycle oil but its thier JOB & OBLIGATION by law to accept up to 5 gal. of oil per person per month to be recycled if they sell oil at that location to the public! Federal law for a company that sells oil to the public must provide a legal and ethical, environmental friendly oil recycling service of up to 5 gal. Period no special Auto Zone clause exists of that a 5 gal bucket is to heavy to carry so we will try to pressure the customer into dirtying even more container just to recycle oil at this location. Nonsense!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, nice people,reasonable prices

Even with the social distancing they were kind and helpful. I had a previous experience with them over the phone for a difficult to find part that they did not have and the guy found it for me at an online place and walked me thru getting to it! They now have a customer for life because of that! I will always go to them first!

Had worse experiance because they lied about ordering product and also had an attitude with me because I said something about them lieing about the order when I asked them about it at 2pm

I came in earlier today and bought all the wrong the things. They my returns and exchanges super easy with no hassle. They were also super helpful and helping me find the correct items.

Today I only bought a battery connecter for the forklift at my job. Back in the day when I used to drive older vehicles that needed things replaced, I was practically a regular at Auto Zone then. I still go there when I occasionally need something from there. Parts, price, and customer service is all great in there.

Like all, businesses, slow service and plastic shields... but, biggest complaint, is the lack of any automotive background in the VERY young help. It seems you have to educate them, in order to come close to what you actually want or need.... if it aint in the computer then it doesnt exist..jus sayin

I am from Ca. & went into buy screws for my license plates...but they were already on my car...but even though they were very busy...the lady took time to put my plates on. A big shot out to Auto Zone!!.

Eric and George are legit knowledgeable people. Steven, the district manager is hands-on and handles customer concerns quickly. The only issue is the corporate mandated diversity hiring of women whether they are qualified or not. This is a mistake by Autozone corporate to not just hire the right person for the job, no matter their gender. If you actually want real info you have to ask for George or Eric at the Pahrump location. If those two guys arent there and you need something in a hurry just call Oreilys. Advice to management and corporate: Give Eric and George a raise and then fire 2 people. You know who. Do the right thing.

*updated once again. Came in(3-21-21 @6:30pm) to get a battery for my kawasaki atv. Looked the battery up on the website first to make sure they had it in stock. So I go in and the cashier was so rude and treated me like a simpleton. Then tried to say there were no batteries in the price range I was expecting. So I asked about the one I saw online so then he finds another one thats double the price. I asked again about the one I saw online. He then finds it then tried to talk me out of buying it saying it wasnt right but I knew for sure it was correct. So then tries to push the double price on me again stating that no other battery would work in my vehicle. Omg. So frustrated I grabbed my original battery and went to oriellys and was helped far more efficiently and with more respect. And I happily upgraded to the more expensive battery. Its going to be awhile before I go back in this store.Updated to 5 stars because this store has vastly improved over the last few months.

Went in looking for an odd clip that eagle eyes didnt send me with my new fog lights, Selina was super helpful, even though they didnt have what I needed, I really appreciated her help and willingness to try and figure out an alternative option. Quick trip not much of a line

The employee had patience knowledge, so far 2 employees both males are awesome.

A friend & I were looking for slick 50 oil treatment . After about 15 minutes of searching, I asked for help. The employee was friendly, helping us look in the same areas again. A few minutes after he determined they must not carry it any more, I located the only 1 on the shelf. My friends eyesight is almost completely gone. The only thing I would suggest is the employee could probably lookup in the computer to verify whether or not it was an item they carry.

Good place for auto parts. Great place for FREE diagnostic, and they give you a printout. Helps when vehicle needs to go into the shop if youve got the printout in hand! No taking advantage of females!

Everything you need and great staff who are knowledgeable

This is the only AutoZone in the area and they have issues with getting things right. I ordered a rotor it was supposed to be there in two days. It took a week and a half because it wasnt ordered when I paid for it. It took me to call three times before it finally got ordered. Then I was supposed to get a 10% discount for waiting so long ans i didnt. Then I called for an ignition coil bolt. The women said they had only to get there and they didnt. She said she thought I said boot. All I could say was wow. I hate this place.

It is amazing how the the computer tells you one thing and then when someone else is in front of it all of a sudden it says something else. I kinda knew what I need but I wanted to verify with there computer so I walked to the counter and the employee asked for my info and the said that it was dealer fluid only and no other explanation or trying to asking a senior employee just I am screwed so I walk to the back and Google from my phone looking up the fluid then an employee I know showed up and he went and looked it up and bam I w as right Auto Zone you need some customers service classes or hire some people that can use a computer and some knowledge of vehicles this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location you can do better

Not very friendly

I purchased some items from the store as well as had one of the employees use their diagnostic tool to find out what code was tripped on my Ford Explorer. Its a terrific service they provide for customers.

Just spent the last 4 hours with my husband working on our car. And I just have to say what a wonderful team they have there!!! Eric, Zach and Johnathan went above and beyond to help us out!!!! We would have been totally screwed without them!!! Thank you so much AutoZone!!!

Our car broke down we sat on step outside to catch our breath before attempting to go in, mgr came out and rudely stated there is no loitering and mgr assumed that we were loitering and prevented us from even going in store all because we said excuse me may we ask a question about a car detail, and guy was very rude and said dont talk to strangers and went in store and lied to mgr on us! I will never step foot in this store because of the way management came and stereo typed us!

Dealt with them for years. Always helpful and courteous. Manager goes out of his way to assist in any way. Staff also go out of their way. Price match with other stores.

I was refused service today for a medical condition by Ron the parts department manager. This store discriminated and it’s not ok. Will NEVER return. Super rude and unprofessional. The BBB will be notified.

Spectacular experience with them. I thought my car was dying and they ran a diagnostic on it. Turned out it was a bad PCV valve, so I bought the four dollar part and in two minutes my car was doing great.Eric and Andrew were both incredibly helpful. Thank you two, especially!

I have always been impressed by the knowledge of the staff, I can always count on them knowing exactly what I need when sometimes I dont even know what it is. Take a picture of the part you need or explain what/where it is and they will surely get you what you need to get up and running.
