Its first come first serve. I waited a couple of hours. But they did an oil change, put a new cabin filter in, check all fluids and tires, brakes. All for just over $50. Great job.

Terrible quality tires. Bought all new tires plus their extended warranty for fixes and replacements. Within months I had 2 flats. Takes them half a day to tell you what they are going to do then they demand more money to actually put the warranty-covered tire on.

I just had a new set of tires put on my car. Did everything online, from purchasing the tires, to setting up install.. I arrived just before my appointment time, they took the car in, did a nice job, TESTED them (makes a difference), and completed the job without issue. They did so well that Im going to have another set done on my wifes car within the next month. This location seems to have a good crew. Ill be a constant customer as long as they continue to provide this level of service.

They came through for me in spectacular fashion. Like a lot of folks I got a flat tire in Death Valley. It wasnt repairable so I needed 4 new tires for my AWD. They had them, installed, fixed my headlight, and I swear the whole car runs better since we dropped in. I am SO GRATEFUL to this well organized team. I could not possibly have asked for more.

After 35-40 years of using walmart auto service they convienced me to go elseware . pahrump autocenter is the worst !

I went to the auto center late on a Sunday needing help with one of my tire balances. They cleaned and remounted the tire and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. Excellent service, would recommend.

After purchasing an expensive product from the Auto center with specific instructions from the assistant that a receipt would not be needed in order to return the item due to everything being in their computer system, I attempted to return or exchange the item, the csr denied the transaction as well as the same assistant manager. Normally, I would have taken a picture of the receipt but did not fret it as she assured me it was unnecessary. Now Im stuck with a pricey part that I dont need and not enough funds to get the part I do in fact need. Fair warning. This is why I stick to AutoZone where their customer service to loyal customers is their main priority and why they will get all my future funds for my auto needs

Can be very busy and they do their best to accommodate you with varying success. Walmart is where I go for oil changes and tires.

Quick and easy, dropped the car off, did my shopping and it was ready when they said it would be.

The girls back in the automotive center at the counter are very courteous and very knowledgeable the gentleman out where they change the oil and batteries are also very knowledgeable and courteous

If you go to Wal-Mart car center for anything it will be hr at least thats for simple things flat tire up to 2hrs, they dont know the difference between road hazard and tire failure where the belt breaks inside tire and it forms a big ball on tire they try to say you hit a pot hole to hard so be careful the manger in that department has tried to rip my wife off on their tire and myself on my truck tire they are very dishonest from the manager to people that works in thst department.

They started with 29.95 but charged me 45.00 she said its because he charged me an Xtra quart of oil, so why was the left over oil that I paid for left in my car be careful check your bill.
