I honestly cant say enough about these guys. Theyre very knowledgeable and every single time someone will meet you at the door and walk you directly to the product you need instead of making you hunt for it. Everyone is extremely friendly and they have a great selection of products.

I am a new home owner this year. These types of stores are out of my normal comfort zone. But the service here is great! I was promptly greeted and guided to what I was looking for. Saved me a ton of time instead of aimlessly wondering around trying to find things I am in no way knowledgeable in. If I have hardware needs I will be coming here first!

All the guys here are great. Willing to help in any way they can. I always expect your local hardware store to be a bit more expensive. Not here though. Prices are right at the big chains prices. Ill continue to frequent this store for sure. Thank you l for your job dedication

Honestly the worst customer service I have ever seen. Jim or James attitude was so dis respectful. Doesnt seem like he wants to help out his customer or care for their safety. No one in the store was wearing a mask even though it is posted on the door.. I will not be going back. Its a fine just so you know if your not wearing your mask.

I really wanted to support a local business, since I live next door. I came in to buy a hammer but saw the sign on their door effectively ignoring the mask ordinance. As well, several of the employees and customers inside were not wearing masks. I left without purchasing anything as I cannot support this business.

My go to place for household emergencies or just to refill on propane and propane accessories like wood chips.

The staff is always extremely helpful and will assist you with finding and getting whatever you need. I am always able to get in and out quickly and their prices are great.

First time out in weeks due to current events and requested a few essential items for curbside pickup. Once the items were ready I called and requested the items be left next to my vehicle so that I could avoid contact with anyone. Not only did they open my van tailgate and put the items inside without asking they required me to physically sign the pick list.

Best hardware store in Ozark! The store is always clean and organized. The employees hold the door open for you and always greet you, eager to help. They have always insisted on carrying out my heavy items. We purchased a Weber Q grill here and it has been one of the best purchases we made at Ace Hardware. After years of use we needed to replace some parts. The owner made sure we had all the company contact information for replacements. He could have talked us into buying a new one from them (I will buy a new one there someday) but he was honest and helped me find an affordable solution.

Ive been A long time Stihl owner and purchaser, and started purchasing them around 15 years ago. These guys are some of the nicest and down to earth that Ive purchased from. It seems like many of the other Stihl dealers act like they are way to busy and important to answer your questions or even appreciate your business. These guys are pretty awesome. I took a chain saw blade there to get it sharpened and purchased a couple of new ones while there. When the one blade was done I was getting ready to go pick it up and found out theyre a UPS drop off point. We cut the cable recently and got rid of Dish Network and were returning their equipment by UPS so I decided to drop the two boxes off with the guys at Brickstone. After I left they called me and it turns out Dish had sent two identical labels for the two different boxes so they couldnt be processed. I had the fear of being on the phone with Dish all day trying to work out a solution when one of the Brickstone guys called back and said why dont you just tape the two boxes together and send them as one package? I told him Id buy the tape if they could put the two boxes together so I paid for the tape over the phone with my credit card and they wrapped both boxes together so they could ship and we were done. You dont see that kind of customer service much anymore so Im going to try to send them more business. Great group of people!!!

Manager on duty, AJ, was a tremendous help during my time of panic on July 9, 2018. AJ saved the day by listening to my missing parts problem that was directed to an equipment/parts issue regarding an outdoor pool maintenance dilemma. He searched high low and delivered a brilliant (outside the box) plan that is working very well. AJ did a great job providing me with insight about his own personal knowledge in servicing swimming pools back when him and his brother lived with their parents. AJ communicated a level of understanding that gave me peace of mind. This store and their crew always goes above and beyond the sale of duty. Ace hardware in Ozark, Mo continues to deliver all the needs for my home. Their service is second to none and their price is always fair.
