Go in for deer corn. Manager was rude. We went to where the corn always is, none there. So we asked If we have any it will be on the other side if the store No assistance offered. Told the person at front, still no assistance offered. Only one other person in the store. .maybe that is why.

When they first came to Ozark, they felt more like a local farm and home store, but over time, theyve started to feel more and more like a big chain store. On the plus side, they have adequate service, the store is never too crowded, and they sometimes run good sales.

I was looking for a particular style of jeans, but they were out of them. However the cashier gave me the number of 2 other stores in the area.

Little town courtesy, big city variety with great prices. Clean and well stocked. Easy on off Hwy 65 at Lamberts exit then 3 blocks straight East. Parking accommodations up to large rvs. Pet supplies and medications in stock.

I enjoyed eating here with my family, Had a great selection of beverages and the dining environment was nice.

Lots of items for your pets and other thing you might be looking for.

They are always very helpful! On one occasion, I walked in right at closing time without realizing their new store hours. I wouldnt have intentionally stayed so long if I would have known they were closing. I felt really bad after I realized they were closed but even after staying quite a while, the staff remained very friendly and continued to be helpful. It wasnt until the store manager had to unlock the exit door for me that I realized they had been closed for 30 minutes! I told the manager that he should have run me off and he replied with a friendly, we would never do that.That attitude proves that the customer comes first here!

We have to go here for a certain dogfood we cant buy anywhere else in our town. Unfortunately the teenagers that work at ours dont know anything about whats in stock or prices. They never what breed of chicks are in and the prices are insanely high.

Was in here looking at boots for me and my wife. Wanted to try on a pair of 180 dollar work hogs they had a security tied together ask for help was told they couldnt do that. Seriously im soposed to by 200 dollar boots and not try them on. Walked out went to pfi where we bought 3 pairs of boots higher quality and 4 hoddies for less then we would have spent on two pairs of boots there. Service sucks, obviously over priced and wont wast my time in their store again. Ill spend my hard earned money where they actually want your business

I would like to thank the store manager for making sure I got the jeans I wanted after a long drive to the store and they were out of my size. The manager ordered what I needed then called me to come pick up. I appreciate the extra effort on the managers part and will be back to get more. Thank you again

I really enjoy shopping here, Im allowed to bring in my fur baby, and she can even walk around. The staff are excellent, customer service is awesome. And if they dont have a product, they will recommend another store. Wow!

What a great place! I needed help with locating and then carrying oats and hay. Kyle was the associate who located the item I needwd, loaded my cart, checked me out, and then loaded my car.I drove a bit if a distance to Orscheln because I needed feed on a Sunday. I will definitely make the trip again because of the good prices, good selection, and GREAT service.

I do love the convenience of be going here. I just dont like the fact that theres always items not properly marked so the prices are often wrong. Also Ive asked about certain items on several occasions and the answer every time was I dont know if we have that Ill have to ask. I just dont feel like theres very little communication amongst the employees so theres a lot of confusion.

I go here for a few items & leave with many items. I really like browsing.

What happened they lost good employees and have somebody that is inexperienced and doesnt know anyting when we went in there the other day...

Great place to go! I moved here from Nixa and honestly I would drive to Nixa to buy my dog food but time, value and money are the reasons why I come here. The people are always smiling and nice and the store is generally clean although they have limited selection and they don’t price match.

Nothing like this back home. Amazing selection for big or small garden projects.

If you cant fit it into your prius, just go back in and buy the tools and or rope necessary to solve the problem.

We went in here looking for a gift for our daughter.. She has a horse and needed a bridal well they have a couple different kinds of pics from along with horse treats horse leave several other items.. This is a great place for farming but it is a horrible place if you need plumbing supplies or electrical items

Almost always have what I need. I go here a lot. Great feed prices. a bit high on hay and I dont like their Alfalfa bundles. But great staff there.

I used to shop at Orschelns all the time when they were back down in the old Walmart closer to Ozark the old Walmart location and I remember why I quit shopping there they are higher and more expensive than everybody their chicks were $2 higher than tractor supply, higher than farm n home they boots the ariat boots were $20 higher than farm and home. This place is a ripoff.

First time visiting the store and will go back again. We like Tractor Supply but Orscheln has a better selection of clothing and many different products for the home gardener and farmer.

The employees all stand AROUND and act like theyvdot see you OR hear you when you ask for help. IF you do get one attention, they dont try to help they try harder to BLOW you off

Without a doubt this place has the rudest clerks in this part of the country. This behavior has to come from to top. Went in today to buy bird seed listed at $7.99 a bag. At the register the lady rang up $14.99. When I informed her and showed her the ad in the paper she nastily informed me the price was for something called grow club and even though the ad didnt mention a price restriction it made no difference to her. What kind of a place is this anyway?

Employees were friendly and helpful. The store is layed out well, so that things are easily found. My only complaint is that many of the shelves are above my reach. Those shelves are ok if I have my six foot four tall husband along with me. They suck if Im on my own. I know its called customer service, but I dont like having to call for an employee every time I cant reach something. I know I cant be the only short ranchers wife in the area LOL.

Orschlens is similar to race Brothers as well as MFA it carries all your farm needs or animal equipment as well as many other things they do around Easter and I dont know all year round but they have baby ducklings baby chicks and rabbits they are many kinds of feed and I mean if youre a farmer or you try to have horses cows chickens anything its definitely a place to check out
