She let me talk with Scott who actually works with the materials and he had some recommendations that worked out beautifully. I love how the quartz top looks and feels. When I decide to replace my kitchen countertops, I will use Ozark Mountain Granite for that project as well. You have won a loyal customer with your great customer service!

Sales staff was accommodating. We were very disappointed that our granite piece came without the section we requested. We paid $1000 extra because we wanted the design to be on our counter and we were assured there should be no problem with that request. However, when installed, the only chunk cut out was that very decorative piece. The gentleman that made the template and installers were very polite and professional. We are just sad that we spent hundreds of extra dollars for nothing.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Employees super helpful in store and quick to respond over phone and email. Prices better than a few other places I got quotes. Install date sooner than elsewhere (and they actually even installed about a week earlier than their estimate). 3 guys who came to install were friendly and quick and my granite countertops look SO good, can barely see the seams (and they cleaned dust and whatnot after).

OMG gave us a true OMG moment that has lasted since they delivered our beautiful perfect fitting quartz counter tops! They went out of their way to get them here for us and and we HIGHLY recommend them for your custom stone needs! Thank you Ozark Mountain staff especially Chad!

We needed a large slab of granite - they went out of their way to find a large slap in the color we wanted in order to keep the project affordable. The installed product is beautiful. Holy cow, talk about an environment filled with helpful people and quality products. I had a remodel project with a lot of granite and sinks that needed replaced. Marianne and the team at OMG were nothing other than helpful and kind. They didnt have the granite I had in mind but did everything they could to get it shipped to their facility in a timely manner. As someone who didnt know much about granite and sinks, they made sure to answer any questions I had and keep me updated with the process. Would 100% be comfortable recommending this company to any contractor or person like me who doesnt know anything about the industry. The aftermath of the whole process resulted in a stone that matched perfectly to the image I had in my mind. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and more importantly my wife was happy.

They answered all my questions quickly and in detail. Our build took longer than anticipated so template and install date of granite was rescheduled several times - not in any way their fault and they were very patient with us through all the rescheduling. Love the final product. Very reasonable cost all around. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

We are so happy with our new kitchen countertops! We had a wonderful, positive experience throughout the entire process. We went to OMG first due to how many great reviews they had. Marianne gave us estimates for a few that we liked and answered every question we had. I did not feel pressured at all to buy anything out of our budget and she actually waited until we pointed out one we liked to tell us it was one on sale! She was also very prompt to email back everytime. Everyone that came to the house was professional and we will definitely recommend them to everyone!

We werent treated particularly well by the person who gave us our estimate and the estimate we received was devoid of details that explained the pricing. It just had a price, thats it.The woman we dealt with offered very little assistance, we had to ask specific questions in order to get any information (pricing, lead time for installation, what cuts are included, what additional concerns we should keep in mind, how to compare granite versus quartz, etc...). She seemed annoyed by us. Im unsure what about us was so bothersome, but my suspicion is that it had to do with us wearing masks (We were the only people in there wearing masks.) In any case, it was poor customer service.As for the estimate we received, wed requested pricing for 3 different quartz options, each with and without the backsplash, but only got pricing for 2 quartz options with backsplash and were told that without the backsplash it would be a few hundred dollars less. The prices she gave were also incredibly high based on the square footage we need and the price per square foot we were told (no pricing was listed on the samples, the employee told us ranges for the quartz we picked). The estimate had no breakdown showing what made up the total, so I have no idea what additional charges made up the costs.Im happy this happened before we chose a company to work with. Weve choosen to work with a different company who carries the same products, treated us much more professionally, gave us a detailed estimate with appropriate cost breakdown.I do think this place has a beautiful showroom and a good selection. Obviously, others have had good experiences with this business (the good reviews we read were why we chose to look into them). Unfortunately, our experience was lacking.

Marianne went above and beyond on our project With her help in using remnants, we were able to do our whole house in granite vs a mixture of granite and cultured marble.the installers worked cleanly and with perfection during installation too. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

We are building a new home and wanted to take a look at this company for doing some of our work. The first time we visited this business, we ended up purchasing a faucet (on sale) from one of their showrooms. The lady assured us the faucet was brand new and worked great! We got it home, and the faucet was locked up and absolutely trash. We had a plumber, and a brand specialist look at it to try to fix it. I called the company to explain our visit and purchase and they said bring it on back, and they will credit us. We live 2 hours away but visit the area from time to time. So we brought the faucet back. And they would not credit us, even store credit. The owner got very rude with me, horrible customer service!They did not care one bit that we just might have been a very valuable customer to them as we are building our new home.

In 2008 I built a new home in the Shell Knob area. I used OMG for the entire home for my granite needs. There was a kitchen with an island and several baths.
