We could not be more pleased with the service and quality we received from Castle Granite. All granite stores are closed on Saturday in Nixa, Ozark, Springfield area. I happened to see this shop while driving by a few days ago and decided to stop there on this Saturday. They had a sign posted with hours and by appointment only on Saturdays. We called to schedule an appointment and met with someone about 5 minutes later. He was knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions. We selected a slab for our new bathroom counter top which was a remnant and on discount. I received a call Monday morning confirming the order and price. We had someone out on Monday afternoon to get correct measurements and the new slab was installed by noon on Wednesday. Talk about turn around time! Theyll get my business in the future! My only complaint is that they are currently unable to accept credit cards as they are in the process of moving and setting up a new showroom. I like collecting points on my card and prefer that option.

They installed granite in my Kitchen. All the countertops and an island. I was very happy with their work and I had them come back at a later time and do one of my bathrooms. Amazing work and timely.
