I have ordered several custom cakes from the bakery at Wal-Mart in Ozark and I am impressed every time. I love to order the whipped icing instead of buttercream because its so fluffy and light, and guests always ask where I got the cake from. I could only find a few pics, but I want to share how much I appreciate their attention to what Ive asked for! Kind and helpful, always.

This is my 2nd time visiting this museum. As a commercial photographer who Enjoy it capturing interesting architectural works. Stopping here is high up on my priority list when passing through Arkansas. Its worth the stop, do not miss out.

Jade (working through Walmart for T-Mobile) was very rude and asinine when we brought a samsung A12 in to return. She talked to me in a very condescending tone and I will definitely not be using T-Mobile or this Walmart electronics department for any of my future cellular needs. I highly recommend that others not waste their time

Im not too ashamed to say that Ive been to a lot of Walmart stores, and theyre all the same. This Walmart on the other hand feels gross. The entire store feels cluttered. The isles are too close together. Oh, and the people here honestly just smell bad. But hey, its Walmart! You know what youre getting!

Ive always had great customer service never had a my trouble

Gave the Auto Service 3 stars because the service technician were great doing the oil change on my 2011 F250. The only distraction from a higher rating was Hunter, the person that checked me in. He seemed like I was irritating him because I came to his location for a oil change. His attitude was very negative and unconcerned. Seemed like I was affecting his break time. The Walmart on Independence Drive in Springfield has great customer service. The only reason I went to the Ozark location was they had the oil I use for my truck.

I believe her name was Deborah. She made an absolutely beautiful birthday cake for The plant lady. Everyone commented on how special this cake was. It was beautifully decorated and was delicious! I hope I have the correct name. Also, the person that took my order over the phone was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Thank you both for the fantastic service!!!

Had the best Walmart experience thanks to Sherry (or Sherryl, don’t quite recall). OP 006018. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s workers like her that can really turn someone’s stressful day around by having such great customer service. Thank you!

We were informed that starting very soon Walmart will no longer post prices physically. All scanners have been removed. Customers will have to scan each product into their phone and see what is the price.

Prices are reasonable. But the items I shop for are frequently out of stock. No Vernors Ginger Ale, no scallions, and no quart size Walmart brand Half & Half. Have to make a side trip to your competitor to fill in. Wondering if its worth the extra few cents to have to shop 2 stores.

It’s a Walmart Supercenter. It’s pretty typical. The location of this Walmart in particular is convenient for those traveling on Hwy 65 to Branson. Their produce section is large, always fresh. The thing about Walmart is...you found a new salsa you like? They stop carrying it. They have what they have.Staff is always friendly here, they seem exceptionally patient so I think the store is run pretty well. The store itself is very clean. The building looks basically new. The Asian and Hispanic sections are limited.Walmart has stepped up their organic and natural market product game lately. For instance you can find natural bars of soap for $.88. At natural food store you’d pay 4x that for the same product.

As is the trend for WM, constantly reducing choices of brands and flavors of foods, hair products, etc. Smaller shelving areas might be part of the problem.Employee personal shoppers tend to not be polite and will have near-misses with their carts while you shop. Not all, but happening more often.Its disappointing and WM should do better for their customers AND their employees, to be honest.

It has more selection that Nixa Wal-Mart but I couldnt find raining boot for my toddler boy there.

We shop here all the time, the new store remodel and layout is nice. The people that work there in the morning are nice a friendly.

Was having so much trouble getting insulin covered by insurance. But one of the pharmacy techs Maggie got it straightened out for me... And caleb was very helpful also. Thanks guys

For the most part its kept clean. Very spacious and the employees seem to tend to their departments fairly well.

Didnt have any workers following me though the parking lot trying to start a fight. It was nice being able to park in the lot and walk in to the store calm without any problem

Was told if I paid $10 extra the oil change included vacuuming vehicle. They didn’t even move the front two floor mats to vacuum and they skipped the rest of the car. The manager and 6 other guys standing around the empty bays refused to refund or vacuum my car. They did they never vacuum anything except the front floor boards. They did not disclose this information prior to serving my car. My receipt says vacuum carpet: COMPLETED. what a JOKE. POOR communication and TERRIBLE customer service.

Had a hair appointment inside for my wife . Wearing the mask we entered into the one way sheep entrance. My personal opinion this is a joke. Proven mask do not help. Anyway she got hair done while I looked around. Upon leaving we made it out door and I stopped and ask door checker if he knew of a good restaurant and his answer wasnt to enthusiastic. I guess after checking as many people as he has probably lost his zill.

Not impressed with the majority of checkouts being made to self checkout. Have been trying to do Walmart pickup now because of this and its also not impressive. For example, Substitutions made for one flavor of yogurt then a different flavor is just simply not filled because its unavailable...not sure how that makes sense🤔 they forgot around 10 items and I noticed when I got home and unloaded everything. When I called the store about this they acknowledged that they realized they forgot items but didnt bother to try to call me and notify me. Just felt like they had hoped I didnt notice ...Went in today for a few items and intentionally used a lane with a cashier. Cashier was rude and blatantly ignored me when I ask how her day was. Finished ringing up my items, I paid, and she hands me receipt without saying a word. Starts ringing up the next customers items before I could even get the bags out of the carousel.I get things are just different and almost everyone is feeling stressed at work with staffing shortages everywhere....but theres just no need to have poor attitudes to customers.

Asked the store manager about the layout changes and he was super polite and took the time to show me rather than just gesture. Then when I asked about 2nd wave MOTU figures, he asked a clarifying question and said he would check on it. A store is often like a lot of stores, but it really helps when the manager is cool to random customers.

Always clean, always good experience. I enjoy grocery shopping here. Great prices obviously.

This Walmart actually had multiple cashiers working! Loved having someone there to cash me out. I will always pick a cashiers line over self checkout.

This location was undergoing a remodel during my visit which I cant overly fault them for, but the manner in which they force people to pack into a tiny space almost shoulder to shoulder to self check out during covid19 seems negligent. Most people arent wearing masks, and this makes it impossible to social distance. Some might be alright with this but a lot of us arent.

Need cashiers, Ive never seen such a long line going from checkout all the way back down isle clear around corner where food is, open registers with cashiers and they would be lined up in checkout registers so we can get through isles, I had to leave, theres no way Im waiting in a line like that

Carts are always outside overflowing in the corrals, not enough staff and cause people with FULL carts to check themselves out. You coming to management and they act like you dont matter.

This is one of the best Walmarts in the area. The store always has what you need and seems well stocked and maintained. The cashiers in the morning are always extremely friendly and welcoming. When it comes to grocery shopping this store is always my first choice.

Sure do miss the employees at the registers Everything was excellent one question. Does Wal-Mart have the USB fans or lights for computer anymore in store.

Its a decent medium sized Walmart. selection is above par in most categories. tech section is acceptable but not as complete the Ozark Walmart. Overall its a Walmart with all the Walmart quirks and features you would expect.

They still check you out. That is why we go there. Very nice and clean too

I keep getting frustrated with this Walmart for not having enough services for the evening hours. Was at the store 2 hours before close and there was no one available near customer service or anywhere around to take returns. Went back to the door and they pointed me to the only cash register open. I waited in a long line for someone to tell me they don’t accept returns in the evening anymore? This Walmart was great during the daytime pre-pandemic but now it seems to really have gone downhill with no available cashiers or helpful customer service. After that I didn’t stick around to do the shopping I really needed I’ll spend my money at another store.

This walmart never has anything stocked that someone is looking for. Its one of the worst walmarts there is in this area.

The shelves were bare, a rude man yelled at me and took the last case of water from me. I called a manager who was apologetic, but made excuses for the state of the store and the rude customer (I know that was out of his hands) stating that they are between 40-50 workers down. Seems to me that IF Walmart hired people full time with real benefits like (full) healthcare benefits, and 401K, and long and short term disability, they would have workers instead of being a last resort for people who cant be hired anyplace else. I know they shut down several FT positions and moved them to PT last year.Ive been shopping elsewhere as much as possible ever since this event.

We did an online pick up order on our way to our destination. The process was so efficient and the grocery staff was friendly! Def recommend.

Grocery pickup process was terrible. We had a pickup time of 7-8 pm, but a later slot was also available when we ordered. We showed up at 810 pm from out of town and the pickup area was closed and the store manager was unable to get our groceries and also could not give us a refund. Very disappointed with this terrible and disjointed Walmart process

Friendly people. Wish they stocked some of the over the counter products better though. They lost a lot of my business when they did the store remodel. They lost so many products in that change. I started shopping much more with Price Cutter and Aldis. I dont believe the coin shortages. I have a friend at a different location that says its for nefarious reasons. Shame on corporate Walmart.

As we travel we frequent Walmarts and Murphy gas. We have a 32 RV that looks nearly new. We prefer to make one stop at nights - gas, groceries & spend the night @ Walmart... We were very dissappointed to see signs throughout their parking lot, no Trucks or RVs when there was ample room for RVs. With those signs, we wrre not even able to go in & get our groceries & had to make other arrangements, suddenly, in a strange town, in the dark, after a long days drive... We did however get our gas. So this Walmart lost $100+ more in sales, not that it matters to this store.

This is one of those places you go in for 1 item. and you come back out with your arms and a cart Running over with all the stuff you found.

Has good supply of many different items. Has a full grocery store, garden center, home, office, pet supply, crafts, clothing, jewelry, automotive.

I dont normally give 5 stars but this time they earned it. My first time using the pickup service. The process was simple and quick. Everything was there. Best of all was the amazing young lady that delivered to the car. Awesome!

This store has been going through a floor resurfacing that seems to be going on indefinitely. Items are no longer in the same place as they were even days before. Whoevers orchestrating this remodeling is doing a poor job.

Think it is terrible that a company as large as Walmart cuts out cashiers causing many to either change lose their jobs. Plus expecting people to wait while inexperienced customers navigate the cash register. Wont do it. If they cant afford cashiers then Ill shop some place that does provide experienced cashiers. The wait to check out was long enough before you removed them. My time is to precious to spend waiting longer while someone is trying to find the correct key to punch.

Vision center employee Colt was helpful and courteous. His service was excellent and he was friendly, he needs the computers upgraded to make customers have less of a wait. It would be frustrating to be busy and have the computers running slowly due to a fixable problem beyond his control.

The staff at the Ozark Walmart are generally helpful and courteous. Walmarts policies, new layout and lack of stocking the items I purchase have me wanting to shop some place else.

Its a good WalMart, they also remodeled it recently so it looks more nice inside.

Older store setup with a fresh face-lift. Very heavily trafficked on most days, especially weekends. Has a TLE, and a good selection of fresh. They carry some locally sourced products as well. Not as well stocked as a larger store perhaps, but being the one Walmart in Ozark, its not surprising. 3 stars for frequently out of stock of desired products.

It was under remodeling when I went and really hard to navigate. Checkout was fast. Mask policy isnt enforced but staff was wearing them.

Do not use the tire center unless you want to pay for service not needed. I was charged for lifetime rotation and balance and when I refused the service. I was told they dont balance a tire when they install them and that they would go take the weights off the car. Even though the sign clearly states that the lifetime balance and rotation is an additional service. I was then belittled by a service manager that obviously knew nothing of tires.

Not many flowers yet and mostwere dry to touch. Prices competitive. Season is early so more will be arriving per checker.

The staff do not know much if any about the products, as dont ware deodorant 🙄🤔🤮🥴

Come from Nixa to Ozark Walmart because they have everything Im looking for. Could use more cashiers to get people out of store.

Poor employees, I completely understand why they frequently gather and communicate with negative facial expressions often and or a concerning elevated level of giddiness..

I go in and get everything I need and then some I always get everything on my list but I seem to walk out with more than just what I needed to get...

Employees were very friendly and helpful, and the checkout lady was extraordinary. I found everything I wanted (except brussel sprouts - guess they were out), and a few things I didnt know I wanted. LOL!!!
