Wish I could rate at zero stars. Waited a month for product, never delivered. No updates, follow up or returned messages/calls. Had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back.

I like their line of flap disc abrasives and the sanding discs! Great quality! Also love to support products made in the US. The Jag10 team has been a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to ordering again.

Im a brand new customer of Jag10...Im used to shop suppliers calling me daily to let me in on their hot new deals and overpriced packages blah blah blah...but wait theres more... Their staff was very professional when they contacted me and even got into a friendly conversation about daily life! No pressure, no hot new deals today only, no bunk about some fire near their storage facilities so I feel bad when they need to liquidate their inventory and buy a mass quantity out of guilt!!!! I am not easily impressed. I had ordered 8 new hoses for our air supply lines to our tools. I was honestly shocked when the Owner actually took the time to review the order and call me prior to shipping to make sure I got the color I wanted!!! Great customer service and impeccable attention to detail. And yellow hoses are supposed to be in a Goodyear service center! Glad Im a customer. If youre not then youre missing out.

BOUGHT THE DRILL BITS THEY OFFERD, WORK AMAZING HARD OR SOFT MATERIAL, STAY SHARP. BOUGHT BOX OF ROLOC DISC NEVER USED CLEANING DISC THAT LASTED AND PERFORMED THE WAY THESE DO, JUST TURN THEM SLOW AND WILL LAST THRU A HEAD GASKET JOB. PHIL
