This was my first experience with the shop. I am a private user (not a company) and the staff was great to my wife and I. Since AR150 tanks are being phased out, Ricardo Lopez helped me by upgrading my tanks to AR200s. The store is simply has the best pricing in the area, and the staff is very friendly with a great sense of humor. The store is easy to find and has a large parking lot to ease loading. Due to my recent surgery, Ricardo loaded my new tanks (easily 100 lbs per tank) for me. Their showroom is large and comprehensive in terms of equipment and accessories. I can honestly give my highest recommendation to this business and its staff.

Read many online reviews that this company refills tanks. It wasnt true. The customer service was horrible. The Hispanic man there, although busy counting money, was eager to help me. The caucasian, fellow sitting at the computer at the counter, seemed bothered that I was trying to do business with them and quoted me a crazy price for a refill of co2. $50 dollars is nuts for 5 pounds. That quoted price was after the first guy said $19.99 beware of this store, sketchy location and poor service.

Employees were amazing, no doubt about that.but the upper management and people of authority were hateful and rude to the employees. i hope they get treated better under different management
