Great store. Got a dolly to move, 2 flights of stairs. Great deal and in and out very quickly. Also, I worked here for a very short time before I got a different job, and they treat employees extremely well. I believe this definitely contributes to the great service they provide.

I was at this store today 05/05/21 at 5:15 pm locking for some tools today and i could not find one tool that i need, and i asked to one of the girls employees I think her name is Ana or Lucy and she was busy she was dragging some stuff and she just passed by and she ignored me and she tell me to wait and i follow her to the front waiting for her but she went to the office for about 30 seconds then she went out doing some other stuff, and asked to a second employee the cashier and she send me to an specific aisle and still could not find what i as locking for and when i was paying i let both girls know about the issue still they did not care. they need more customer service in that store and not ignoring the customers when they need help because we are the consumers they are there for us.

The parking lot can be a bit difficult to get into but there is loads of parking spaces. Inside is very clean and the customer service is great.

Great place to get anything toolwise! Very excited to see they now have throw away liners for HVLP paint sprayers at the lowest price Ive seen. Been a customer since the 90s

Good place for inexpensive tools. Their prices are still ok but its unfortunate they did away with their coupons. The store was under staffed and had a line with 15 customers and 1 check stand.

Always love HARBOR FREIGHT after a builder friend schooled the people on the deals they deliver...anytime tools are wanted...its the place to go...dremol set, carver for wood, metal and glass... heat gun, etc etc...the choices are unlimited and some..

Although this store replaced the Camarillo store at their warehouse facility, they do not carry all of what is advertised. I was waiting for 4 weeks to get an Earthquake Hi Torque 3/8 rachet, the price dropped on them last week and still the Camarillo store, CLOSE to their warehouse didnt have it. The clerk searched other stores and found that their Oxnard store had 7 of them. I ended up going to Oxnard to get it as well as few other items. If you are going to the Camarillo store buy something call them first, you maybe just wasting your time and gas! This store even called me and said they had them, 2 weeks prior after sent an email to company inquiring about their inventory of this item. I made a special trip just to find out they didnt have it.

The segunda is open to customers. it looks just like it did before covid except its more organized and appears cleaner.

Was looking for a vice found one within 15 minutes and was able to finish project earlier

Newer Harbor Freight store. Convenient to Channel Islands marina so good for picking up tools and materials for working on boats. Helpful and knowledgeable staff as you would expect from Harbor Freight. Well stocked store. Plenty of convenient parking

A little slow on the checkout as expected, due to Covid-19. But it was worth it since the cashier was disinfecting the area after EVERY person checking out..

Shopping was ok,but I dont like it when your employees follow me around the store while Im looking .I $200,00 a year so I work for what I get. Need to use tactics on people that deserve it. If it happens again I will confront them.

I always have liked Harbor Freight since I went with my dad in the early 90s I think it was. Sometimes you get what you pay for (cheaper) and sometimes you strike it rich.

Purchased a Voyager carry on tools bag that tore soon after the 3 months. Store would not help. Focused you having a proof of purchased and if defective would not correct it.

The employees who work there are the ones that make the difference. This store rated per my expectations 5 stars.

The lines were long plus someone was doing a return taking for ever so I step out of line to put my bike lights on and took a screw driver from the shelf to mount them, No charge for the screw driver or the lights. The store employee even help me put them on. I told him thanks and he said they work good and have a goodnight as I walked out the door. Thank you habor frieght !
