Placed an order for 190 2’x2’ pavers on 3/17/21 and was told it would be delivered the following week and that I can cancel any time prior to delivery. For the following 2 weeks, Prime Masonry provided every possible excuse for why the delivery is delayed but didn’t actually deliver any pavers. Since we were on a tight schedule, we ended up finding a different merchant who had the pavers in stock. When trying to cancel the order with Prime Masonry, they refuse to cancel the order and after months of back & forth, they now refuse to cancel the order, deliver the pavers OR provide store credit. They claim this was a “special order” despite the item being a standard item in their offering…this is pure theft and while we are going to resolve this in a legal manner, others should know of this business practice and note their BBB rating.

They had a driver on the freeway throwing tons of rocks and debris all over behind them. Multiple cars got hit with rocks, but my car got the brunt of it. My windshield was just replaced and now i have multiple good sized chips all over my windshield. Not t mention the front of my car is chipped now in multiple places. I called the company and a rude lady didnt even apologize just said shell call the driver. I told her the damage is already done i need my windshield at least repaired. And she tells me call your insurance? And pay a deductible for negligence of a company not securing their rocks and debris correctly? No i said thats not right. Your company should step up and fix a problem and damage that they caused. She was very rude telling me theyre not gonna fix it, denied me when i asked to speak with the owner. Then hung up on me when i infuse insisted. Hopefully the other cars that got hit with rocks contact them as well. Im going to make sure i get as many negative reviews for them as possible! Very shady company and Im sure that this isnt the only bad things they do with this business. STEP UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR LIABILITIES! VERY BAD LOOK WHEN A COMPANY WONT EVEN PAY FOR A FEW ROCK CHIPS THEIR TRUCK CAUSED!

Knowingly sold us bad decomposed granite. Manager had been told batch was bad. Had to return heavy bags myself and they gave me attitude. Paid for new batch and they charged $85 for delivery when we live only 3 minutes away. Worker delivering the new scoops wore no mask and needed to borrow our shovel. Prices are high so we expect better products and service. And they don’t seem to treat their workers well either. (The workers loading materials are always polite and hard working.) We try to buy local, but they don’t seem to care about their community.

Prime was the best for having a great selection of small gravel for a yard project. The guys behind the counter knew their products and calculated approximate prices quickly. The delivery driver was extremely kind and made the delivery process very workable for me and my husband, who were wheelbarrowing all the rock. Thank you, Prime! We’ll be back as needed and will refer to you when someone needs a quality masonry business for their needs!

Had a major problem with Alan Block’s shoddy & unacceptable material that Prime sold us. Ian at Prime fought tooth & nail with the Alan Block rep for us and represented our dissatisfaction like a champ. Ian elected to take responsibility for something that was not Prime’s fault like a true customer service professional and we could not have been more impressed. Even though Alan Block did not come through to our satisfaction, Prime won our lifelong business and admiration. Thanks again, Ian.

These guys are awesome! Ive come to them several times seeking suggestions about what materials to use for projects. Theyve always been very helpful and informative. Great humor, too - enjoyed a good laugh with several of the employees today.They had exactly what I wanted at a great price (75lb bags of Mexican pebble stone) and helped me load my vehicle. They have a HUGE selection of materials.Go here! Thanks guys!

I havent bought anything here yet, but Im going to. The people inside at the counter were very knowledgeable, and the guys outside in the yard were helpful and quick. It was easy to get paver samples and samples with a few different sealers on them as well. Their prices seem reasonable and competitive with the other stone places we checked out.

Good prices and friendly people there. They get your order and load it for you very quickly.

Good Help

Went in to get some projects going around the yard. You could find me here anytime. The staff was top notch and really knew their materials. They were able to identify my existing faux stone of 10+ years old, and I was able to order more. If it wasnt available they advised me they would suggest something similar. This was all done by a photo on my phone. Took their time with me and really helped me to understand what was available. I highly recommend this business for masonry supplies.

These guys take exorbitant to a new level. Prices are outrageous! There are much better suppliers in the area that arent as greedy and have superior customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this trainwreck.

I purchased 2 trucks of gravel. The sales person helped me calculate my order, which was spot on. The deliverer was very accommodating and friendly. I also rented a wheelbarrow. Everything went as planned, very happy with overall experience.

Its a great place they treat you well very fair prices its worth visiting them and talking to one of their Stone consultants!!

Went there today and spoke to Grant about building a firepit. He had a lot of good advice and took the time to explain some things to me I had not considered, showed me what they had and generally was extremely helpful. Ill be back for that and some other ideas I got while there.

For a place that relies heavily on repeat customers and word of mouth, their customer service is terrible! They dont stand behind their products and they tell you one thing on the phone and the opposite when you show up.As a customer that spent over $4000 in materials, they nickel and dimed me over $40! I would be shocked if theyre still in business a year from now.
