Still the worst customer assistance by far. Called on a Saturday around 3:00 p.m. for a simple question: if spare keys are made in inside their store and waited on the phone for four minutes still without an answer to that question. Called twice after that and both the doors & windows department, along with some other department called pro desk what ever that even means. Both areas also still no answer and hung up after several minutes waiting. Thought the lack of customer assistance was just in person when visiting the oxnard location as expected but it definitely stretches even on to getting answers on the phone.
Worst service at any Home Depot there is. Pro Service is more like amateur service. They act like they are doing something, when theyre not and dont even mind their customers. Oscar at the pro desk is the most unprofessional. You can tell he knows nothing about customer service and never takes care of the customer first. I often observe him while Im waiting to get checked out and there be a line and Oscar is the only one there but he will not be helping anybody...
No staffing, so 7:30 am. Pro desk, forget it! Two cashier registers ole, self check out 10 deep.Horrible.
