I been coming to this place for so years and always loved my experience but I had to write a whole new review because the customer service experience Ive had the last 6 months or so is what I call UNFORGETTABLE! I never seen some one take so much pride in their work or work harder then HECTOR!!! This guy knows his stuff and has WIDE RANGE of knowledge. He knows all the right places to call for what part and who not to call. This guy is life for me I never been happy or more comfortable to take my car any where else if HECTOR is there. I showed up Saturday with my husbands Ford Escape needing to change my front brakes and rotors HECTOR did it all by himself in 30 minutes. SHOCKED AND IMPRESSED doesnt describe how I felt because I was so happy to be in and out so quickly. SERIOUSLY if HECTOR ever stops working there Im gonna follow that guy. The prices are unbeatable and his work though OMG no exaggeration is reliable to say the least after he changed the brakes I felt like I was in a new car. The best part he does basically everything!!! People like this I love to show my support in tips when I can because you couldnt pay this guy enough for how hard he works. I APPRECIATE HIS WORK ETHIC, HIS KNOWLEDGE, AND HIS EFFORT FOR TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive had work done at Kia, Chevy, and Ford... they are a joke compared to HECTOR if you dont believe me try this place and request for HECTOR promise you wont be disappointed 😉
