One of the tires on my wifes car had been losing air at an ever increasing pace over the span of a few weeks, but it hadnt been a real problem until recently. I brought the car in at the end of the day without an appointment, and the guys at Big Brand Tire were able to somehow squeeze me in. Not only did they then find and fix the issue (not one but TWO nails in my tire), but they did it within an hour during a very busy day, and they did it for FREE!I am SO impressed! I went into big brand a few days ago for a new tire and a few complications ended up arising with it and I honestly thought my bad day was only getting worse but then Oscar really helped me through it all. He made me feel appreciated and did everything he could to make my experience there great. He really went above and beyond for me and I really appreciated his positive attitude the whole time.

I was very upset with the one who said Ive fixed youre flat tire No charge! Wow great! NO3 hours later I was stranded with another flat same tire. The plug job popped back out!! So annoying. I went in last minute to get a nail removed in one of my tires. When I arrived, there were a lot of people waiting so I was skeptical in stopping by since I didn’t have the time to wait. However, I’m so happy I did stop! The service reps were very polite & took my car in right away. I also thought they were going to try to up sell me more services than the nail issue, but they didn’t. They just gladly took the nail out and patched it up and sent me on my way! I didn’t even have to pay them a cent!! They wore masks at all times, they had excellent customer service, and based on the service I received I’m definitely coming back to buy my tires there.

Im not one to leave reviews, but I felt like this time was the right time. I had been here before and everything worked out great, so when I had the same issue arise I knew I could come to Big Brand and they would fix it. Yet, this time there seemed to be an issue with the TPMS because it wasnt reading and it kept going off. I started to become overwhelmed and frustrated, but Luis reassured me that he would be able to fix the issue. After having gone back 3 days in a row, the issue was finally resolved and Im glad there was reassurance given to me during this whole process. I will definitely be back in the future for any issues that may arise. Its true what they say 3rd times the charm.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I bought 4 good year tires costing me over $900 dollars. I had to buy tires in Oxnard because my tires where worn out and I did not want to drive to IE with them. The same day that I bought them I had issues with the tire checking light, went back that same day, the guy only reset it and said “this happens often, all you do is press this button and it should be fine “, one week later the light came back up, went back did the same reset, the guys didn’t check anything they reset it. Again the light came back on and unfortunately I was already in Corona couldn’t go back to get it fixed. I tried calling every time they would have be on hold for 20+ minutes. Until today that I spoke to Luis, I was extremely frustrated with the whole situation because I couldn’t get any help or answer as to why this was happening. This had never happened before, Luis said “I’m sorry but I think you’re being a bit dramatic”, are you kidding me ? He tried helping but I think he was very overwhelmed with work and unfortunately we didn’t go anywhere. Came to find out that three of my tires had to much air and one had very low air. I finally spoke to a superior manager and even than he wasn’t helpful, my tires where all fine it’s just that the guys at this location did a poor job and did not inspect it properly. My tire was at a low 12 PSI!!! So yes I was being very dramatic because had I not got with America’s Tire I would have had a horrible accident. I kept insisting to get a refund and unfortunately all I got was we will pay for a new tire. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE. They do not have integrity and all they do is talk mechanical so that you’ll get even more frustrated. GO TO YOUR FRIENDLY AMERICAS TIRE where honesty is key.

Oscar helped me out as soon as I walked in. He took my info and then looked at my tires after. Oscar was very informative on what I wanted done to my car and was very professional especially when answering my questions and concerns. I left my car there. Oscar called me later that my rear brakes needed to be replaced. I straight asked Oscar to be honest with me and with everything he was telling me, I believed him. Oscar went as far as taking before and after pictures of my rear brakes and Im so happy that I said yes to fix it. Oscar went above and beyond his duties which made me appreciate him even more. The other guys were also just as nice as Oscar. My car is driving so much better and Ill be going back there in the future. Well as long as Oscar is there. Thank you again Oscar for the best customer service ever. Yes, I would recommend this location specifically to my family and friends.

Felt very welcomed by the staff. They checked my brakes, my alignment, patched a hole in my tire and rotated my tires free of charge! They also realigned my vehicle and is now driving good as new! I consider them a very reliable and helpful mechanic shop and prices are reasonable!

My experience at Big brand was outstanding. Although they were very busy oh, they were very professional and acknowledged my presence even though my wait was long, and that was okay with me. The service was very great. They did try to upsell. And thats fine with me too I would do the same if I were in their shoes. I have taken my car here to have my tires rotated and they have always done fast and excellent work. Today, i took my car there that had a NAIL in my tire and was losing air. Again, I was IN & OUT in 30 minutes. AND...they did not charge for the repair. It is standard service. No charge for flat repairs and just to check your pressure and put air in your tires! The gas station will charge $1.50. I am writing this on my own.

Best new tire experience in a long time! I was able to choose my tires and make an appointment online. They had outdoor space set up for waiting.
