Car went in wrecked on whole rear drivers side came back looking and sounding brand new! They could’ve had better communication but they worked as quickly as the could without having access to some parts for quite a while. Ruby was a great help!! Made things go more smoothly for me and my partner!

I ended up at Fix Auto by a recommendation from a friend. When I came two months ago I received from Carlos an honest answer regarding the repair of my vehicle. I had a dentman work on it and brought my vehicle to be buffed out and to my surprise. I met the owner Gary whom I had no idea was the owner. I thought he was a helpful individual here and I showed him my vehicle and where I needed it to buffed out.He did not charge me. I did not expect this I was expecting to be charged. He said it was no big deal. One of the employees took my vehicle and buffed it out and it looked amazing!!! If you want honesty and quality work you need to come on by and receive an estimate. I know where I will be bringing my vehicles for any body work done for now on! When you can respect and trust a person on what your vehicle needs one is then reassured and has less added stress.

If I could give a zero I would. I walked in for estimate The girl in front was very rude and unwelcoming. Seemed like nobody was there to work. After telling a coworker about my experience she informed me that they have unlicensed drivers driving customer vehicles. If you want a good welcoming customer service experience DO NOT GO TO FIX AUTO.

I had a very bad experience with another repair shop prior to going to Fix Auto. The prior shop made me very concerned about the entire process of getting my car repaired,but Fix Auto quickly reversed those concerns into something positive. Work was okay but they removed a shift lock cover, and didnt replace it. They also replaced all my bolts in the interior of the car with big black ones. The owner, Gary was also a jerk. Places like this rely on insurance companies to bring them the business, not their service.

My husband was in a car accident and we went through this auto shop. Now my husbands car is having so many electrical and transmission problems and they are claiming that it was prior to the accident. Although, we have a 2016 that never had any problems prior to the accident. Then they claimed “we never touched the transmission”. Well obviously they lied about doing an inspection on the entire car!Also, they took 3 weeks longer than expected so we had to pay for a rental car. AWFUL company. Do not go to.I only gave them one star because I couldn’t choose zero stars.
