They sell bad vehicles, I bought a truck last month from the start it had cooling issues, the sales guy Steve keeps telling me to drive it to get more miles and see if the issues go away, do not buy cars from here, I am hoping the owner Steve will take responsibility for this and make it right... UPDATE... I am not out over 6k in repairs made to this truck, my mechanic told me that it was impossible for them to miss the issue that it had, they knew what was wrong with the truck and still sold it. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE HERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY LIKE I WAS

Great service, Abel Sanchez is the Best when it comes to Explaining every single step in the process of buying a vehicle. Also he got us approved with an interest rate that No bid franchise dealership was offering us. (I Guess this guys dont need to make money for fancy outfits) they dress casual/sporty so you dont feel that pressure of that guy with a Tie following you everywhere. I worked with Abel and Eddy through the process of buying a passenger van from their Oxnard location. I am based in Oakland, over 400 miles away so this was not an easy process. Both Abel and Eddy were super easy to work with and helpful. They helped coordinate an inspection with a mechanic I chose and were forthcoming the whole way through. I now have the van I needed without issue.

I found a vehicle i liked and tried to get a hold of a person to do a test drive and called all the numbers walked around the building and never was able to make contact .This location is the worst .I dont recommend checking this place out its a waste of time .

OMG.... horrible... I bought a Ford Focus and started having problems right away... they refused to do anything. I have now spent alot of money on it and still not working right. The car will not start and dies in the middle of a drive, not safe. do not buy from these guys

Sold me that 650 black convertible BMW out their with the 22 inch wheels. It broke down three times in 3 weeks had bad tires and brakes. Im from Arizona where you have 30 days to return the car if theres a problem, but not here in California. I broke down last night at the stop light and after talking with a few mechanics around town which I wont mention their names because they dont want to be involved. The car had a bad transmission and the owner decided to sell it to me instead of fixing it. This is how they do business there. No need for me to even go argue with them Ive already done so and they knew what they had planned. Thought the public should know before they get robbed too.

Liars and Thieves, they tried to make me tell the bank I was self emplyed (even though I had pay checks) so they could sell me a more expensive car and make more money. I told them I could not afford it and they did not care...............

These people are liars and crooks. Like others are saying do not buy a car from them. One week after buying our van it started pouring oil and the transmission began slipping. THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR OT FOR NO CHARGE. THIS IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY. I also paid 1500 for tax, title and REGISTRATION I BOUGHT VAN IN SEPTEMBER OF 2016 AND AS OF MARCH 2017 I STILL DONT HAVE MY TAGS AND AM FORCED TO DRIVE ON EXPIRED TAGS. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THIS ARE MET WITH EXCUSES AND STALL TACTICS. YOU FOOLS WILL SEE ME IN COURT!
