Staff is nice but never has my prescription or information despite having refilled there 4 times. Ignores prescriptions filled over the phone when you talk to the phone robot. Very annoying.
I tried two separate times to get a flu shot (with an appointment) and both times was unsuccessful. The first time was my insurance company’s fault, but when I rescheduled the appointment, the pharmacy canceled it and didn’t tell me why. This location is constantly backlogged with the drive thru and walk-ins, not to mention the phone going unanswered, so even when I tried calling multiple times no one ever picked up and I have no idea why my appointment was canceled. I will be switching all of my services to Walgreens instead.
This is regarding the pharmacy, the girl I spoke with I think her name was Natalie (purple hair) was very rude and interrupted me almost every time I spoke to her. They marked my fiancé’s COVID test as a no show and said they didn’t have a line when we were waiting behind a car there. We also had 2 people tell us two different things about times. Very unprofessional place if I could give 0 stars I would.
Drive thru is so so so slow i mean unbelievable slowBeen here 40 minutes they have waited on two cars.Still on the second if i could back out i would!!!!
I arrived at pharmacy closing time after the pharmacy tech on duty was made aware it would be relatively last minute to pick up my prescription. When I did, she acknowledged knowing who I was and why I was there and followed up with my register is closed, we dont wait for people to get here from work. I know that was a rude and unprofessional response but I also have staff members who work in customer service and can relate to some irritation with last minute transactions. When she proceeded to the register she slammed, yes slammed, the drawer while mentioning the conversation she had with my fiance, in a very unprofessional tone, followed by letting me know had I been 1-2 minutes later Id have wasted a trip. I manage a staff much larger than your pharmacy in a much more professional and respectful manner. Ive contacted my physician as well as family members to have any and all prescriptions moved from CVS to another pharmacy. Sorry I ruined your evening Jessica C. Be more professional next time.

The front staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy however... they have never answered the phone for me, even after 10 minutes waiting, I’ve stood at the desk for upwards of 20 minutes waiting to be helped, some of them are friendly but some of them are quite rude, and the drive-thru usually takes about 30 minutes if there’s more than 2 cars in front of you. cvs as a whole is great but this location is disappointing.
Never have waited less than 10 minutes for a prescription that is already filled. The techs and pharmacists are always very rude. If you can avoid going to this pharmacy, do it!!
This is my pharmacy, and Ive found they are quick, caring, and double check my doctors prescriptions carefully if they see a potential for interactions, etc. They are always helpful with advice and available to educate about medications. Front of store staff are always warm and friendly, too. This is a quick in, quick out option for personal care, snacks, and medicines. Oxford has a great CVS store. I really appreciate their text system, too.
Everyone is very nice but the pharmacy. NEVER. answers. the phone. I finally gave up and went to the store and heard over and over 6 calls for the pharmacy and no one would answer. This has been my experience three times. I have had it and am going to Kroger.

They suck big time. I went to go get my daughters meds an they gave me they wrong one to be gain with an made me pay for it when her insurance already did. An their service there sucks they are all super rude....

Looking through google maps this establishment states it is open. I arrive and it is closed. Doesn’t open until 9 AM according to the time posted outside.
So glad my insurance made me drop Walgreens and go to CVS. Far superior pharmacy, app, and service.

Ive never had a good experience at this CVS. Always slow, never has certain medications in stock and always takes an hour or more when waiting for a perscription from a doctor. Go to Kroger or Wallgreens.
The people always seem so rude and lack customer service, I called in a prescription and before I could finish what I was saying the lady hung up on me!
