Ordered my laptop online and shipped to this store. Helpful staff. They have very good discounts on electronics and office supplies online and in store!!

While the staff are nice, at least one of them does not know much about mailing packages when that is a service they offer. I purchased a box from the store, and the employee was helpful with purchasing the box and affixing the label to the box, but when I asked if there was a way to she could give me a tracking number, the woman said yes. After a few moments of looking at her computer, the woman said the code on my return label from amazon was the tracking ID. This was incorrect. After arriving home and entering this code, it was clear this is not a tracking number. Also, while at the store, the employee told me I would need to purchase stamps if I wanted to ship from their store. I purchased a book of stamps and asked the employee how many stamps would be needed since the package weighed a few pounds. The employee told me to only put one and took the package to be mailed. I received the package back from the post office today because obviously one stamp was insufficient. I never leave bad reviews, but the item I am attempting to return to amazon is a $280 book. I may not be able to receive my money back now because it is near the deadline to return the book, and it just arrived back at my home return address. This store is okay to purchase supplies at, but I would NOT recommend mailing anything from their store.

Made an order for business cards 2 weeks ago. They have changed the pick up date 3 times. Each time I go to pick it up I get an excuse and it’s never the same. I call customer support and all I get is an Indian Call Center. I asked to be refunded and they say their resolutions team will have to call me back and then another 5-7 business days...this printing service is a complete scam....if not done in the store....DONT DO IT! Support the local business.

I entered this store and I couldnt find what I was looking for. I walked the entire store passed by several workers who did not have a customer with them. In fact, I was one of two customers and NO ONE asked if I needed help with anything until I was about 4 feet from check out after 23 minutes in the store.Unbelievable

Today was our first time visiting this store as we were trying out their photo printing service. When we picked up the prints half of them had scratches but Emily was able to help us out and made sure we were happy with the new prints. She even came to find us on the sales floor to hand them off to us which I thought was a kind gesture. Happy with our visit.

The assistant Manager was very rude. I was later helped by two floor employees, Logan and Devin i think it was. They made my visit much more enjoyable. I found everything i needed with their help. I also found much help with Avery at the copy center. Impressed for the most part. They need a nicer manager.

Was told if i placed my order this morning for 3 copies i could pick them up this afternoon. Now it will be 6pm and an associate named Jessica was rude on the phone and unhelpful. I asked if i could pick up at 4:15 instead so i wouldnt have to drive all the way back into town (we live 30 min out of town) and she told me no. ITS 3 COPIES!! NOT COMPLICATED AT ALL!

What a relief they gave me. After taking my laptop to a local overrated shop that couldn’t get the job done I went to Office Depot. Ryan did awesome job on the repair and saved me money! Can’t wait to come back for all my electronic needs.

Nice place with friendly staff, and store is nice, big, and clean. If you come for standard paper products, its a good place with decent prices. But for electronic related office items, they often dont have whats needed or they are a bit pricey. It is a good place to get school supplies (before school starts) however, with prices competitive (cheaper on some items) with Walmart for those who care to comparison shop.

Didnt have an item I was looking for (brightly colored paper mixed set -- they only had pastel or card stock in mixed sets). I had to purchase four different items instead for a total of $80. And no teacher discount whatsoever. Very disappointed. Will be going to our local office supply store, Pitner, on Monday.

Came in twice in one day. First time, i came to look at prices and called my boss to let him know the price ranges.. i was never approached by any employees. I came in the second time and asked for help from the front desk and was told he would send someone my way. I waited 15 mins as a group of employees congregated in the front and walked around. I left and walked right passed them and was never even acknowledged. I guess I’m ordering $400 worth of software elsewhere!

This rating is only for the print shop. Haha havent had the best experience elsewhere in the store, but those print shop guys are fantastic. They go above and beyond every time to make sure I get what I need when I need it.

They are always really busy and I often feel like I bother them whenever I come in to do a print order. Some employees are nice but others have been kind of short with me :( their print jobs are good though

The store was not very busy, and still it was trouble finding someone to assist me in finding the items I was looking for.

For office supplies, it has some things I actually cannot get on Amazon. Just never, ever take your computer there for repair! They will absolutely destroy your machine.

Well organised, clean and staff is helpful. Could do with better stocking of electronics(loads of empty spaces) perhaps a sign on the rear of the building.

No self-service scanning, scanning service at desk is outrageously expensive. Just buy what you want from Amazon. There is nothing special here.
