It’s a good store, my question is do they order shoelaces from places like New Balance? We ordered shoes online from new balance. one pair that arrived today had no shoe laces in them. Any suggestions? I would appreciate it :)

We love this store they have a large variety of shoes

Was in and out with ease. Only 2 people working and they were both on a register. Glad it is a self serve establishment. Overall store was clean, and we found what we needed.

Wont let u use the bathroom wasnt very helpful for me needing a size 14 shoe .basically told me to find it myself.have to have the exact amount of money and i still needed 2 more pairs of shoes and yea i bought 4 pair today

They were very kind. I had bought shoes on line. I had worn them because i have to see if i can walk in them. I couldnt. They gave me a refund. They didnt make me feel bad. And they were helpful. I will go back when my four year old needs shoes. They showed me that there still are super people in the world.

Rude assistant manager! Poor customer service. Came in to swap shoes that I bought last week for a differrent size. An employee behind the desk took the shoes and receipt and told me to get what I needed (very friendly). Upon returning to the same area where I gave her the shoes I stood there while she was on the phone. Three other employees were behind the register while only one of them was helping a customer. The assistant manager very abruptly and loudly across the front of the store gets my attention and says that is actually the exit you will need to come around and enter here. She stated this with a disrespectful tone. I explained that I was waiting on the employee on the phone because she had my shoes and receipt. The assistant manager said well she is on the phone and he will help you when he is finished. Before I left another employee was seen at the front of the store. With 5 employees present the customer service should have been better. Very disappointed with the interaction from management.

I cant say enough good things about Corey, the manager. He is a wonderful person and always helps my kiddos when we buy shoes. He goes above and beyond and gives wonderful customer service.

Literally just left here disappointed. I went in because I saw the BOGO sale signs on the outside. The young guy at the front was very nice and greeted me and I started looking around and saw they have public restrooms and decided to go ahead and go since this is just a stop on our road trip. When I came out I noticed the salesman on the adjacent aisle working with some shoes on the ground and smiled at him as I proceeded to continue to look for shoes. I only got to the end of one aisle before that same salesman was standing right behind me, I thought nothing of it until I noticed he was literally just standing there like 🤔 and once he noticed I was looking, he just awkwardly walked away and hovered near the end of the aisle. I didnt appreciate this at all, I wont be returning to any Shoe Carnivals.

Visited this store 9/29/18 between 4-5pm. Lots of cutting up by 4 of the 5 kids working (one girl on ladder stocking shelves in kids department, actually working.)Male and two females joking around at front of store while I stood behind the only other person in line for 15 minutes waiting to be checked out. The male employee went behind the counter, got his iPod and earphones and walked away. Didnt offer to take the next person in line and wouldnt make eye contact. Another girl stood behind another empty cash register and when I walked toward her with my purchases, she walked off to chat with other employees.When it was finally my turn to ring up, my cashier was abrupt and impatient.Shoe Carnival needs to send their employees to Customer Service training to learn how to treat customers like Publix employees treat their customers!It will be a long time before I visit this store again.Disappointing service, even with the BOGO sale.
