I had a terrible experience up until today. We needed to find my wife a new vehicle, and she fell in love with a Ford Explorer on the lot. It was a very frustrating situation trying to deal with the sales person who my wife first met with. There were several un-responded requests for paperwork that our credit union needed. And the kicker was today when I emailed at 9 am and requested an appointment to take delivery. When we arrived at the dealership, no one knew we were coming and the sales person left for lunch. Here’s the reason for the 4 * review…Elisa and Collin stepped up and took care of us 100%. Without being notified that we were coming, they had the paperwork ready to be signed and within 40 minutes, they had the explorer fueled, washed and prepped for delivery. When I walked into the dealership this afternoon, I told my wife, I will never return to this dealership. Due to these two dedicated employees, I will return. Thank you Elisa and Collin!!

This was my first experience buying a vehicle here but Ive used their service department several times. Everyone here is great. Randy Bailey is one of the best! I told him what I wanted and he found the perfect vehicle for me. Their finance team was extremely helpful and I was able to trade in my old vehicle without issue and get a great deal on the vehicle Ive wanted for years!

This so far has been our best dealership experience!! We just purchased a Dodge Caravan and couldnt be happier! Salesman Aaron was really helpful. He was personable and not pushy, which we appreciated. We had to wait a bit for all the paperwork to get filled out and they invited us into a nice lounge where we could wait with our 2 little children. Aaron even sat with us a couple of times and chatted. He made the whole experience super easy n relaxing. They even showed attention to the kids. We will definitely be back, if a new vehicle is needed in the future!!

Was not impressed with the service. Bought a 2021 Ford Escape off the show room floor had some issues with the tires and a bad rattling sound coming from the front end. Wasted time money and gas to drive from Houghton Lake Michigan where I live to Owosso Michigan to have it fixed. By the time I got back home the rattling came back worse then before. Called the service manager Mike and he said that there wasn’t anything else they could do and that we should call a Ford dealership closer to us. So I say it again I’m NOT Impressed and I will NOT go back and I will NOT recommend Signature Ford to anyone not even my worst enemy. They don’t even deserve the one star I gave them but unfortunately I couldn’t post this review without it.

Salesman Aaron and Manager Cheryl were extremely professional and helpful with the purchase of my 16 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. They went above and beyond with my requests and GAP related issues due to refinancing after the fact. I drove over 3 hours to purchase my car and it was worth every second. I had found a Ford Taurus SHO (2016 & 45,000 miles) at this dealership that was at a reasonable price and seemed to be in respectable condition on the surface. After looking the vehicle over and taking it on a supervised test drive I asked to have the vehicle independently reviewed as this location had just purchased the vehicle from the mangers family friend and they didnt feel the need take it through the service department for anything more than an oil change as a formality. These quotes are direct from the dealerships manager, Brendon Bead.I was told an independent review would not be allowed. I followed up by stating that an independent review would be necessary for me to purchase this vehicle and that this practice is allowed and accommodated at many dealerships.They decided to accommodate my needs by allowing my trusted mechanic to perform a short inspection & test drive only. Nothing may be hooked up to the vehicle or the vehicle may not be placed on a hoist. Additionally, this inspection may only be preformed under the supervision of a dealership employee.There was mention of allowing the mechanic to come to their location, however, that was not reasonable as my trusted mechanic cannot abandon his business for several hours.I informed the sales representative that I was uncomfortable purchasing a vehicle that could not be properly independently reviewed and would be looking to fulfill my needs of a vehicle elsewhere.This is probably the best time to state that I had purchased my last vehicle here. I was much younger at the time and got caught up in the idea of a new (to me) beautiful truck. I expressed the desire to have that vehicle reviewed as well. I was told they were happy to allow this but was assured that the truck was extremally reliable as the previous owner had been meticulous and all the service had been done on site. I did agree the purchase without the inspection. Within three years the cam shaft & transmission were on the verge of being replaced and body had begun to rust completely through.I accept the flaws in my judgement surrounding the purchase of the truck and blame only myself. I hold no animosity against this dealership for my own choices as evident by my return to this location when I needed my next vehicle. I did, however learn my lesson.The dealerships response was to contact me via phone to establish that they had been willing go above and beyond to accommodate all my needs.I was not willing to discuss this further despite the fact I disagreed strongly. My time is valuable and it was not being taken seriously at this business.I would advise any potential customer of this location as buyer beware regardless of age or miles. This dealership will not ensure a quality purchase under its current management.

Had the year wrong for when the extended warranty expired (ended a YEAR earlier than stated by the salesman). Told me my trade in wasn’t worth much then tried selling it for 5 grand more than they gave me. I think I’d rather get slapped than buy another car from them.Side note-the salesman was nice. But he’d better do a bit more fact checking when it comes to warranty expiration dates.And don’t tell me my trade in is only worth 4 grand and then advertise it for almost 10. 😂

Signature was awesome! After having a horrible experience at another Ford dealership, we decided to drive an hour to Owosso to look at the Ranger we wanted. Bart was our salesman and was so nice to work with. It was a night and day experience from the previous dealership. Bart showed us how to synch up our phones and all the features in the Ranger. We were so glad we made the drive. The dealership was very clean and relaxed. Everyone was helpful to everyone else even if they weren’t working with us. Cheryl was also awesome in finding us the best financing deal. We will be back to Signature in the future for oil changes, and I will be bringing my car in as well even though I purchased it at another dealership. Overall a great experience. Their Service department was very responsive and open about the whole thing, really. From what was found, what the cost would be, etc. To boot, the cost this last time was actually lower than the estimate. I would like to note here as well, for small things (airing up my tires, reattaching the engine compartment cover - being that its a ford focus, this would have sucked to get under and do myself) they do for free too. At the rate they are going, I will be a customer for life.***EDIT***: Just got a call for review, missed the call so I figure here is as good a place as any. They still take phenomenal care of my vehicles. HOWEVER one thing that I have taken note of is getting things scheduled. Michelle is great, gets things scheduled, gives calls back in a reasonable time. BUT ****I CALL TO REACH SOMEONE**** not to get a call back 30 minutes later to schedule. I am busy, as are most during business hours. To make customers wait just to get a hold of your establishment is silly; I know first hand this only affects service, not sales... I will continue to go through the tedious process because in most cases I can answer, but it is a problem I have noticed in recent years.

My wife and I were exhausted from car shopping for our second car. We needed one for a specific price range with specific details inside. When we talked with them on the phone they didn’t try to pressure us into anything out of our price range but instead gave us a good amount of options of vehicles they did have within our requirements. Randy had them up front and ready for us to look at! We found our dream car perfectly in our price range and the customer service was amazing. They were honest and understanding and bending over backwards to try and get us as many discounts on the vehicle as they could for my young family. When our car only had one key, they did all they could to try to contact the previous owner and retrieve the lost second key but ended up providing a brand new one and programming it to our car for free and with a smile. The service there was to die for and their facility too was impeccable! Very clean and family friendly. We would highly recommend this place, and will be back when we need another vehicle.

Was in a time crunch, 3 days to find a truck have bed liner sprayed in it and have our fifth wheel hitch installed and they accomplished it with even finding us a lower interest rate than our credit union saving us 8500 dollars. I love my Ford F-350 Platinum Super Duty. I get all my service done on my big 4x4 Plow truck. Professional and friendly service. Knowledgeable and fast. Always get me in and out and explain all that needs attention. Even find a few things like a slashed tire on the inside from a track grazed while washing my big truck in the auto wash down the road. Could of been a horrible blowout. They saved me a nasty accident and even costly repair. Love the team at Signature Ford Lincoln.

My son Michael and I went to see a 2016 Ford Mustang at Signature Ford and worked with Randy. This was by far the best car deal experience we have ever had at a dealership. Randy was the most accommodating sales person we have ever dealt with he was knowledgeable, accommodating and bent over backwards to help Mike purchase the Mustang. I had my Ford F-150 in for a fuel issue in February and my wifes Ford Flex for a steering issue in late March. Brent at the service counter did an excellent job both times! The mechanics did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing my vehicles! I was extremely interested in a vehicle they had for sale, the individual I spoke to was Randy, I told him I wouldnt be able to make it in until the next day, due to work, he then told me no problem he would hold the vehicle for me and let me know if someone were to come look at and hed call me first. I drove by that night after work, saw the truck was gone, stopped at the dealership at 8 p.m and talked to Randy, he informed me that the vehicle was already sold. I am very upset that he didnt consult me first before selling the truck. I do not recommend this dealership as they are worried about money rather than customer service.

I was having one of the worst weeks of my life. We were planning a trip to visit my ailing father in law when we had a sudden death in my family. My f-150 had developed a very bad vibration and needed the brakes done for the trip and we were running out of time. There was only a few days before we were suppose to leave. The service department stepped up above and beyond to accommodate me. They resolved my vibration issue and did the brakes in time for us to leave and at a reasonable price. They also took the time to wash the truck and vacuum the interior. They have won a customer for life. Thanks guys!

All I can say is, With so many options of places to purchase a new or used vehicle, well…Being a Ford Dealership, Signature Group has a fully staffed Certified Ford Service Center, so there are only two options to the following scenario. 1. They didn’t do a thorough check of the vehicle upon arriving at the dealership before listing for sale, or 2. They did do a thorough inspection, and yet simply didn’t care and still listed the vehicle for sale to an unsuspecting person like myself.At any rate, lesson learned, moving forward, I will always have my mechanic check over prospective vehicles; but figured I could trust buying a Ford, at an actual Ford dealership….Took ownership of the 2012 Ford Expedition Limited (with 124K Miles) on Thursday (1/31/19) afternoon, by Saturday (2/2/2019), the power running board was stuck down and would not go down or up. Now, we all know these are a problem…however, I had specifically asked the dealer to look at it (because during my test drive, it was stuck down) and fix it. They said they did fix it…their fix was to get the running board in the up position and then to disable the power boards all together, nice job.In the same two-day time-frame, (this is the one that burns me the most) the truck also missed fired heavily getting on the expressway and was now sporting the wonderful check engine light, P0420 & P0301 codes.Bought the vehicle “AS-IS”, so had no real leg to stand on at this point.I called the salesperson and explained to them what had happened (check engine code, running board issue) and expressed how unhappy I was with my purchase and the disappointment. Not once, did they try to reach back out to me to try to correct the situation, I bought the vehicle “AS-IS” remember.Here’s the damage so far: (Haven’t even made the first payment yet.)New passenger side power running board motor - $350.00 (New aftermarket running board motor, installed it myself in about 4 hours)First round at the shop for the misfire - $608.90 (8 New spark plugs, two new ignition coil packs, will require yet a return trip to take care of the P0420 code.)All I’m saying is this, there are so many options and dealerships out there, keep your search going. Also, have your own mechanic check your vehicle out.Hard lesson learned…

Newly remodeled store. The best and cleanest used car inventory in shiawassee county. Friendly sales staff and concierge service where they pick up and or deliver your car. These guys go the extra distance. Also lots of customer parking, sparkling floors and bathrooms, free coffee. Hopefully they can find the short in car. Looking forward to getting it back on the road. Update Sept 12 went to pick up and shifter is messed up and hard to get into drive. Wasnt like that when I had it towed there. Dropped a few stars because I left car there to have them figure it out what went wrong.::update Sept 13 they say they didnt break shifter and its normal wear item and want $1100 to fix after I just payed over $500 to get something else fixed. The shifter worked just fine when I had and drove it till they work on car. So I wouldnt recommend them to work on anyones car because they will put blame on something else then their mistake.

Was not happy with the service, they did not put my hub caps back on.I dropped off my car Friday, HAD to have it back Saturday. They said it would be done by then. They never got back to me. I called and was told service was closed. And the rest of the business was going to close in 20 minutes. I had to hurry and get there to find my vehicle. No one seem to know anything about it. After several minutes of them looking for it. The vehicle was found I ended up taking it and not paying at that time. (No one to take care of the bill.) Was called the following Monday morning wanted to know why I took my car without paying for it. Thats why Im not giving them a very high score.

Amazing place a good for getting a quality oil change at an affordable price. Only issue is you have to schedule an appointment for it and sometimes it takes a long time at the appointment but hey your saving money and you know your getting your car done right.

Ive been a Signature Ford customer for about a year and a half. My husband and I both drive Signature Fords and I just had a routine oil change and maintenance done at the Owosso location on 3/20. I cant say enough good things about this place. From our buying experiences to service appointments. Everyone is always so accommodating and punctual. Whether they are picking up my car for an appointment or Im dropping it off they always seem to do as much as possible to limit any inconvenience to me. And when Im almost always accompanied by 1 or 2 of my kids that means a lot. If youre looking for a Ford this should be your first stop because the service youll receive will make it the only one you need to be a customer for life!

I came to the day in November of 2017 where I was DONE with GM vehicles. I went to go search for my first Ford. Signature happened to be the most recognized name for me as it was the larger dealership in my area, as well as having owned a prior vehicle (94 Dodge Ram 1500).I’ve always had my doubts with Ford, because I was a GM guy. Not anymore. The team at Signature of Owosso really made my car buying experience a great one... TWICE.. within two months!My first trade in was a 2009 Aveo. I went to Signature looking at the Fusions. Tiffany was GREAT help in getting me to decide on which of their used Fusions I could get into.Once I finally made my decision, Cheryl and Jim (I believe it was- so very sorry if I am forgetting his correct name) were able to get me approved and my papers signed.At first it was a little back and forth between a few different lenders, but, in spite of my not so awesome credit, Cheryl was able to get me approved.At first I wasn’t able to afford the extra $10 for GAP. The team at Signature was so loved that ten bucks would break me that they sat down in a meeting with a lender, got me approved with half the original APR added the GAP insurance, and saved me over $20 on my loan payment. Might not sound like much, but it showed they cared and could do a lot for a family of five.Then two months later came by and I was wanting to trade my 2011 Silverado in for a car. At first I was looking at used, but made the decision to buy a Brand New 2017 Ford Taurus!! Tiffany again helped me. Again with the same lender and at a very similar APR! Two vehicles. Two months. Similar credit. Similar APR!The team at Signature Ford is AMAZING!! I truly can not thank them enough for the effort they put in.I know if any of those team members read this, they will know exactly who I am! Quite possibly the best dealership in Michigan. Everyone I have encountered at this establishment has been the best, including the young lady at the records window. A couple months ago I took my 2002 Explorer XLT in for a transmission issue (250,000+ miles). I had transmission issues with this vehicle before so I decided to take it to the dealership this time around. My worst fears had come true and I needed a new transmission again. By this time I decided Ive put enough money into this vehicle and Brent at the service counter suggested I talk to a sales representative about buying a vehicle here and that is exactly what I did. I made my way to the sales floor and was greeted by Jackie. She is quite possibly the best sales person I have ever encountered. We talked about my situation, ran my credit and after about an hour, found a 2015 Explorer with 4WD that I just had to have. After several signatures and many laughs, I was driving home in a certified used 2015 Explorer. Since then I have taken the vehicle in for oil changes and a couple minor issues that were covered under the warranty. The service staff has always treated me kindly and the technicians always seem to happy. They must love their employer/job because the Chevy dealership down the road doesnt have happy technicians. I hate when I have to take my wifes Captiva there and cant wait to trade it in. We just need to make a couple more payments on my wifes car and Ill be back to see Jackie for another vehicle. Keep up the good work Signature Ford. Youve earned my business for life...
