Everyone there is so kind, they always help me with what I need . Weather it very a part or just a question, and always knowledgeable on everything I have ever needed.

If I could put a -5 stars, that would be more appropriate. Ordered a part, stated it would be there at 8am the next day. It was not. Stated to come back at 4pm. No one knew where the part was, finally they were able to find it. Was the wrong part all together despite me specifically talking to the parts person about what was needed. Use the new Auto parts place in Corunna, Rock Auto or Amazon.

Staff is always helpful... Kevin and Jeff helpful, and are NOT lacking in customer service skills! We often bring our vehicles here for small parts. Never had an issue.

Not very helpful. Seemed more interested in having conversation with coworkers. Many auto parts stores to choose from in town. Ill check out one of the other ones next time.

This auto store in my opinion is the most unprofessional store management I have ever witnessed. Ive only gone in 3 times first 2 times I was not greated or asked if I needed help. The employees are always hanging around the counter gossiping about another worker who was doing a poor job. Thats not something the public needs to know. They really just need a new crew in there because in my opinion its just a terrible place to shop. I was getting a change of bulbs for my car. Had a total up to 50 dollars. I heard them bashing their employee(s) and I put the bulbs back and went elsewhere. Dont bother with this place. Autozone is just down the road and the customer service is outstanding.

Ive always liked advanced auto parts theres so many different auto parts stores now and its nice for the competition But advanced auto parts has pretty much everything you need And they go out of their way to help you out. I stopped in to pick up some oil and I was out in no time Good prices.

Nice to deal with. Clean store. A short wait. However, I was there for a favor. So, I am not complaining. They are very busy. Only 3 people working. Having to cover the counter, get deliveries ready & do the internet/phone orders. So, the wait is understandable.The check engine light was on. So I stopped in to see if they are still using their scanners to check codes during this pandemic (or are again). They are still offering this free service.They gave me the codees I needed to get it to the right mechanic. My car is now fixed. Thank you.

Advanced Auto Parts store.i ordered a 10qt Oil Drain Pan. With my Speed Perks its a real good deal! $9 Thanks.. But I was going to buy some Extreme Windshield Wash Solvent on sale at Famly Farm Home on sale .99. While in Advance Auto I seen they sold the same product.. Asked about Price Match right? When I asked one person they said only if its the same product they would do it. So I opened up the FFH add and showed them it was. But the other person asked price match for what? The Solvent I said well it was not possible know? No way! So I got the Drain Pan and left and went over to O Reilly Auto Parts and asked them about the Price Match and heck yea how many do you want! Different Brand? Yup no problem! So I got what i was going to get at Advance at O Reilly. After the sale was over I said Advance said yes on the Price Match then Absaloutly not in two minutes! Hardly ever bought anything from O Reillys store until this want down. From know on they got my business. Never wanted to do this but it was after the yes we do price match to Absaloutly Not! Petty for sure, but saving money is what Im about.

When others places decided to lock doors 20 minutes before they are supposed to. Advance Auto Parts employees did not choose to follow they remained open just as they had hours postedvto.

The employees are very knowledgeable, the prices are comparable to other auto part stores. Placed my order online to use a coupon, and it was ready to go within 10 minutes. The store itself was neat and tidy inside, as well.

Great prices! They carry a lot of products on hand and if they dont have it they can usually get it with a day or two! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help! If you have any questions about your car you can ask one of the employees and will most likely get an answer. If they cant answer it they will tell you where you can find the answer!

Helpful staff. I have been several times for auto parts, and they are always great. I needed an oil filter for a generator, they were happy to help cross reference to ensure I got one that would fit properly.

Great place to go very knowledgeable they put on your wipers test anything you needed tested and I love it

Literally no help whenever I go there. Asked about a gasket and they told me it didn’t exist, even though it did. Went another time and tried to rent a couple of tools and was told they don’t carry them even though they were very basic and they didn’t even search the computer for them.

Definitely a good place to go for parts and help. More than qualified associates who know what they are doing and are good at their jobs. I recommend coming here for your vehicle wants and needs.

Half of them on first shift like Greg and Marcie are very disrespectful and i know if i was a owner they would not let them work for me. One day i went in the store and both of them where talking to each other they see me at check out and continue to talk to each other for 10 15 minutes so i stood there untill someone from the back on break came out to help me
