Im from Pennsylvania but was in Baltimore to help my son move. Totally unexpected, my Xterra had a complete power failure. Fortunately, the Antwerpen dealership wasnt too far from where my X became disabled. But now looking back, I consider it a stroke of luck that Antwerpen was nearby. Their team in the service department did an excellent job of finding the parts and getting me in during a time when they were inundated with service calls. For the fourth time in about 5 years I have had to have a leak around my sunroof addressed. Being on a very short notice, I called this nissan location at 8AM when then opened and Brooke was super helpful with getting my vehicle in, looked at and repaired the same day. She keep me in the loop throughout the day.Nothing against this location or the staff as they were able to help me out same day especially with how much it rained over the next couple days following the repair..Its a bummer Ive had to have this same service done 4 times in 5 years (with the last repair done a year anda half ago) with the last 3 times having to pay out of pocket. Maybe Nissan should take some ownership on a flaw in the 2015 Pathfinder sunroof or whatever the issue is that continues to cause a leak in/around the sunroof resulting in water to come into the vehicle.

He also offered to help me with any answers after the sales. I already received 2 calls to check on me which I really appreciate. Im glad with the purchase.

She is a such a nice person, noted all of my concerns regarding service for my vehicle and promised me to keep me informed on the progress. I had a very bad experience at this location. An employee was very rude and disrespectful. I came here to buy a car and he tried to impose and force options onto me. Whenever I expressed my concerns and thoughts, he completely disregarded them. He lacks basic respect and costumer service skills. I came there again to ask a question and he seemed mad and annoyed that I didnt already know the answer. He was trying to intimidate me. Im even scared to call and ask questions that I have.This wasnt my first time coming here. The first experience with an employee named Evander was excellent. Its unfortunate that he no longer works here. I even tried to go to his new location but they only sell used cars which is why I went back to Nissan. His costumer service skills and communication skills were amazing. Its sad that I didnt have an experience like this the second time I went.

I purchased my vehicle from this location approximately 2 years ago after a horrendous experience with Liberty Ford who is now out of business. With many challenges they were able to get me into a brand new car with a reasonable monthly payment; even with negative equity from the other dealers mishap. All preventative and necessary maintenance service has been done through this dealership. I have had a superior experience on every single occasion! The service team is honest, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. While the entire team is stellar; I have worked with John and Phil in the service department the most. Me and my Fiancée went to this dealership with excellent credit. Because her 2013 Nissan Sentra Sr transmission failed. We was straight forward what we could afford. The salesman was misleading and told us he could do things for us that he could not do. It was a total waist of time/hours. Some of the most common issues with Nissan vehicles directly related to the transmission. Reported issues include loss of power, transmission slipping, CVT coolant hose leaks and failures, and a CVT error message being displayed.These problems call Nissan CVT transmission reliability into question and can result I serious harm to unsuspecting drivers. We have experienced these problems with my fiancées 2013 Sentra SR. Nissan Corporate office refused to do anything about it. There are many class actions Lawsuits about Nissan transmission issues. I will not recommend buying a Nissan.

I had scheduled service for my car, was very much satisfied with the experience.

Attempted Bait and Switch. We called about a specific car, they told us it was available, but when we arrived they tried to run our credit before they even showed us the car and to upsell us to a different car (we had pre-approval through Nissan). When we asked again about the car we called about they told us, they couldnt bring it down without a pending sale. (Who purchases a car without seeing it?!?) When we asked the price of the car salesman danced around it and told us hed be back in 10-15 mins. The Internet Price was $12k lower than the price they offered us and they couldnt explain the breakdown of the rebates. The salesman was pleasant, but we took our business elsewhere despite purchasing from Antwerpen previously.

I’m totally annoyed & disappointed with Antwerpen dealership. I called Cheryl B. for info about a car. I informed her I didn’t have a down payment nor a co signer. I also told her I wanted to trade in my car! She had me drive 66 miles to later tell me I needed a down payment, consigner, and my trade in was useless? I wasted all day sitting there only to be told I needed a down payment! She told me on the phone, we won’t have you come this far if you’re not approved! The games she played to get me out there is unforgivable ! I highly wouldn’t recommend going to this dealership! Jack said yes, with stipulations & games. So stay far away from this dealership. Cheryl lied to me and I’m very dissatisfied with her service. She later confirmed that it’s her job to get people in the door! This is not out of bitterness, I have a 2015 vehicle, I wanted to trade it in. I’m sharing this because I don’t want others to waste precious time! Time you can’t get back. I have rated them one, I really give them an 0!!!!

The Communication with this dealership is unbelievable in a bad way .. first off let me say this the sale man Was great I will give him that but it went downhill from there, first I got a random email from someone saying I needed to take my own car through inspection in my state and they try to say it was a Maryland law that’s a lie I buy all my cars in Maryland and never had to do that. My temporary tag expire on 7/28 I been emailing and calling the dealership the sale man stated that’s not his department and it’s basically nothing he can do, I been emailing the correct department that man will not respond back, how hard is it to say your hard tag is not back yet but for the inconvenience we will mail you another temporary tag to get you back and forth to work but they just won’t respond at all .. and when I spoke to my lender they haven’t gotten any response back for the information they need for the loan .. I’m very shocked and lost for word that this dealership would be so unprofessional to their customers but will blow your phone and email box up when your looking to purchase a car tho.

I took my car in for warranty service I should have had done ages ago. The work they did on my 12 year old Versa was great. The Service Team at Antwerpen Nissan was top notch! They were friendly, informative and very honest. They performed a top to bottom inspection and, after completing my warranty work, correctly reported that all the car needed was fluid flushes on my next oil change. I was truly amazed at how kind and accommodating everyone was! John went above and beyond when I thought I had left something behind. I have been in service industries all of my working career, so I recognize truly exceptional service. Recently my husband had warranty work done on his Ford at another local dealership and was not treated nearly as well as I was. That made me appreciate Antwerpen even more!Thanks Guys!

They will make you come to them and once you get there, they will tell you they are going to get the car, a car of course that will never come because they NEVER had it to begin with. This was my first time getting service at this dealership and I have mixed feelings. My service technician was a bit cold and unfriendly. I mention I was new and could he explain the process to me and he said “I will get to that” which he never did. Our whole conversation I think consisted of him verifying my name and address. He seemed like he was having a bad day or just hated his life. When I came to pick up my vehicle, no one knew where he was. I ended up paying the cashier (who was very sweet) and left with so many questions. While walking out there was also a nice sales person who struck up small talk with me.I will most likely come back but hope to get another service advisor.

All service representatives took their time and took care of me. The place was clean and everyone had on mask. I was offered a space to use WiFi and work while my car was being serviced.
