I did a long distance transaction with Party Paper Place and they were WONDERFUL! Id give them 6 stars if I could. Friendly, helpful and willing to answer my endless questions. The lady I interacted with made thoughtful suggestions and I am really pleased with my experience! I just hope the recipient will still speak to me after getting her 50th Birthday balloon bouquet!
