Its got the basics that one would need on the job site. The staff on site was nice during my visit. If youre looking for more then just basics, you may want to look somewhere else.

Saturday. And helpful employees. Bought a 2000 watt Jupiter inverter that works great in the Semi for under $169. Only $30 for an awesome 1 year warranty that can be used at any Harbor Freight. FYI disregard the 1/0 guage sticker...a 2/0 is standard and works great.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Store is clean, the restrooms are very clean as well. Theres almost always some kind of special running or something on sale and the stock is good.

Easy parking even with trailer. Always have what I need at reasonable pricing.

I really enjoyed walking around the store. It is vlean, the staff are friendly and they thank you for taking time to shop with them.Love the fact each week they offer a free item with any purchase. I also found a great deal on a shop vacuum/blower that had been a display but it was in perfect condition. It was regularly $50, marked down to $35 but due to the 20% extra. Off coupon I ended up paying $28. And some change for it.If they had a larger selection of strong cordless tools, I would have easily gave them 5 stars. I will be returning to the store next week to see what other types of bargains I might find.

They need to get a better return system but other then that good prices.

The sales manager came out while I was checking out and gave me a discounted price that goes on it tomorrow! Very prestigious and showed thoughtfulness of the employees of harbor freight on Frederica in Owensboro KY. The guys name was Benny. Its the small things that can show you something big.

Needed a screwdriver and being a full time mechanic you would think that I would have several of them somewhere close well if I didnt need 1 I would have had a handful of them at my disposal so it was alot easier just to run and get 1 plus it saved me a extra 15 mins or so just to run and buy a new 1 and thats what I did and while I was there I noticed a rechargeable light and again you would figure I would have multiple lights as well and guess what nope lol so I picked up a light as well and I must say so far I am very pleased with my purchase since the screwdrivers have magnetic tips I dont have to worry about using my magnitizer/demagnitizer every time i need 1 that is magnetized and I was VERY surprised on how strong the magnet is on the light will buy another light on my next trip

I really like the store and moat products you sell. Dont like how for months you always out of hot items or never have anything overstocked. I worked for menards for 7 years and we would never have a problem like that or to keep facing that problem. I dont know how you guys stay open doing that. I dont like the fact that i feel like i have to call to check other then to come and shop. Thank you

Well...they make it hard to hate. Most of the stuff here comes from china. Unfortunately the prices are great, the customer service is good, the selection of most everything they carry is excellent. You can usually pick between at least two quality levels...you can get a really cheap jack or one that you could use in a shop. Tools and cabinets are like that too. I went in the last time for a pair of snap ring pliers. They had a decent one for seven bucks I grabbed, Ill most likely never need them again, but they also had a really nice pair for twenty five ...Anyways dont go in there...You will spend all your extra cash.

This is a standard Harbor Freight. If you have never been in one and you are looking for a tool whether it be a standard thing like a hammer or a table saw, or a odd ball like a welder or lathe.The staff is friendly, and at less knows where most of the tools are.For the price and quality of most of the tools they will fit the need of most home owners and hobbies.

After buying an inferior Badland 2000 lb winch that was now out of warranty they were nice enough to give me a new Exchange I think it was cuz mostly I was I was coughing over place but now because I have covid-19 I know if I coughed enough they would probably want me out of there and I wasnt leaving without a new winch I mean after all you should be able to drag a bulldozer onto a trailer with a 12000 pound winch

Visited looking for a Christmas gift for my fiance. Store was clean and staff was helpful. They didnt have many colors left in a product I wanted but the gentleman who helped me searched for the one I wanted. A little wait at check out but nothing horrible.

I wanted to buy a particular 4 wheeled Cart, I wheel it to the register and the store manager says I cannot buy that one but he will get one from the warehouse, well there Isn’t one in the warehouse and then refused to sell me the other one 🤷🏼‍♂️Isn’t the purpose of the store is to sell products??? I will NEVER set foot in this poorly managed store again!!!

Needed an engine hoist, cherry picker, crane lift or whatever you want to call it. Go to my local HF, grab a take one ticket, go to the register and they say they dont have it in stock and will take several weeks to get. Why have something on display yet take weeks to get? Could have at least sold me the the display....no can do on that. Guess Ill save money by ordering online from another company.
