Customer service was great. Seems like games are getting scarce for resale which is a bummer. Not a big selection.

I called down there and asked simple questions. Didnt think anything about it and I said xbox one series x and she got all mad and just had to be mean over the phone. Ill make the extra long trip to the other gamestop now. Her name is Amanda. She is snobby and rude to her customers.

This Gamestop has some of the best trained staff in the area for games. They actually play the platform or game its self and can give you insight to the actual game.

Staff is great and so is there manager.

I do enjoy the toys and collectibles sections that have grown over the past few years. But Im one to search for physical copies of more Indy or less popular games which they never seem to have copies of. Therefore each time Im there I just find myself browsing and leaving without a purchase.

The crew always has great recommendations and so very welcoming, it almost never feels like a store more like you are visiting friends!

They have always been super nice and helpful. Really hate the refund/store credit/trade in values but companies have to make money too. Dont ever hesitate to ask questions they love to answer them!

Wouldnt take my PS3 (worth $22) without a Dualshock 3 (>$40). Has a great selection for modern consoles though.

Every time I go in there, and every time I call, the employess there are ALWAYS nice and as helpful as they can be. I dont usually write reviews, but I really felt like I needed to for this particular store. I call them for information often, and they are always so glad to help.

Well I dont have an issue with store itself but more with the company. My power-up rewards account was hacked back in October and all of my points and personal information (thankfully didnt have a gamestop credit card). I have contacted them multiple times through email, over the phone, and in the store. None of which helped, the phone call in particular was concerning for the fact that the representative was very rude and also hung up on me. When I would go in the store they would tell me to call the help line, and the help line would tell me to go to one of the stores. Email never received a response. Totally unprofessional company I will greatly enjoy shopping at competitors even if it means paying more, at least best buy will treat me with respect.

I have been a GameStop customer (online, in Madisonville, bowling green, Paducah and Owensboro) for years, I literally spend thousands there a year, yesterday I was treated rudely, literally lied to on a trade in value and told it didnt matter what I thought. I was trading in a pristine 64 gb iPhone 6 Plus and their maximum trade in value was 74 dollars! Thats preposterous!

The workers knew the info I needed to buy the right game at the right time for the right person. I only wish they organized better.

My only complaint is that they give you so little cash for trade. I had a $100 game and was only given $16.

Bought a PS4 and wasnt offered the in store warranty had my PS 4 for only 6 months and the mother board crashed Tried to get the Sony warranty and they wanted the original receipt and game stop couldnt even help me
