Customer service was good, at first. However, the suites were very cheap and buttons were popping off during my wedding ceremony with ease. Not to mention one of the groomsmen tried on his tux and his mother found blood on the white shirt. It was then exchanged for another. Then, later another groomsmen who is 16 years old, he noticed blood on his white shirt during the wedding. He missed it during the try on, there are no mirrors in the try on room and the outer layer of the tux hid it so I could see how he missed it. Plus its a fitting, why would a teenager even think to be looking for blood and what is supposed to be a brand new suite. Not to mention that the tuxs didnt come in until 3 days before the wedding. When we returned the tux we told them about it, and since another from the same group also had, had blood on the shirt and they knew about it, we figured theyd apologize in the least. However they did not. They didnt care the buttons came off (even though we certainly cared, after all its our wedding) they also claimed the blood was makeup and we were told wed be charged if it didnt come out. We were then later charged $40 for a white shirt, that did in fact have blood on it, because he was no where near any form of makeup during the wedding and we didnt serve wine or anything that would have stained the shirt. So overall it started out great but ended very poorly.

Nikki in the tuxedo department is amazing! She has been so helpful while planning my sons wedding. The manager on the Bridal side is also great! She ordered shoes for my future daughter in law from another store because they did not have her size. They arrived within a week. The only reason I did not give this store 5 stars is because there is a lady on the tuxedo side who has been nothing but rude!!! We only go to the tuxedo department when Nikki is working!

I took my daughter to find a prom dress and my son to get sized for a tuxedo. The ladies there were absolutely amazing. They were very helpful, kind, and respectful. I would recommend for anyone looking for something to wear to the prom to go there. They have a great selection.

I had to be in and out quickly because my boyfriends daughter was with us and she was getting upset. I didn’t find the dress I was needing, but they had so many options and they were very helpful! Great customer service.

It was not the greatest experience when trying to find THE DRESS for my wedding. The workers were nice but were not really helpful. They kept bringing me dresses out of my budget, I was looking for a particular style and coverage and they just kept bringing me the opposite stuff. I tried not to make a big deal about it and was polite but it was def not the experience a bride wants when finding her dress. It was overall just a blah kind of trip. I did not get my dress from here.

Did not have a lot to chose from. However, the young lady that helped me was very professional and helpful. She tried very hard to help me find the right dress. I told her what I was looking for, which they didnt have, but she tried really hard to help.

Horrible service. Consultant was a very young woman who offered absolutely no assistance, and knew no answers to any basic questions. We had to pull the brides choices, unpack them, assist the bride with dressing (and clamping), hunt down/pull accessories, and return dresses to their place on the rack. During the entire session the consultant just stood there and stared at us like she wasnt sure what her objective was.They also have no onsite seamstress and no resources for post-wedding gown preservation.

I travelled all the way from Australia to visit this amazing bridal store. Now let me tell you, I was not dissapointed.I was so impressed with how the staff catered to my needs, Kate in particular, was absolutely fabulous and I couldnt recommend her enough.Im glad I came all this way from the outback in Australia, because here at USA Bridal, I said yes to the dress!! Well actually two, I couldnt make up my mind and you really get great value for money here.Sorry for my long tangent, just go!! Make sure you visit this shop for any and all of your needs and make sure you request Kate 🤩🤩

This store is horrible!!! My mom and I went to look at wedding dresses there back in April, the staff constantly makes you feel pressured like you have to buy something!! And to top it off when I walked into the store, literally no one greeted me.. the tux staff had to go get a bridal consultant for me, which would have been fine, if I hadn’t been the only costumer in store!! Oh but the best part was after the consultant had me fill out a slip, she walked me to the dresses, and started pulling stuff.. she didn’t ask my size or anything! Little did she know I knew my size (in about a 14 in bridal) the consultant had pulled sizes 20 and 22s for me... did I really look like I needed a 22 when I fit a 14?? I was very offended!

Had the worst experience dress shopping today, the lady I have did not help in any way, whats very friendly or acted like she liked her job, and I just did not feel welcome! I will not be back!

I only went in for measurements for a suit, but the level of customer service was exemplary.

The staff here is legit. They totally love making your wedding the disney princess fantasy youve always drempt of ALSO if youre a punk, goth or other goddess, THEYGOTCHU. Ask for Kate, shes the best.
